I have to say this is favorite dentist office that I have been to yet! It's really hard to find an office where the staff is personable and makes the effort to put you at ease. Obviously most people don't enjoy going to the dentist and have anxiety towards it but this staff makes me feel so comfortable and to be honest... I actually have a lot of fun oddly enough. Lina,Kim, and Dr. Nikki are my favorite, I request them every time I have an appointment. I've never gotten a cavity fill so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Nikki was so fast at the procedure and even threw in some jokes and funny stories before hand to ease off the nerves. Also the biggest bonus in my eyes is that they are actually very timely with their appointments and your appointment starts right on time. I never have to sit there and wait for longer than expected. This is really nice specially because I come during the middle of my work day. I have another appointment to get 1 more feel done and I will continuing going back for all my dental needs. I was referred to Dr Smith by a friend after a terrible experience with my old dentist. Dr Smith and his staff were great with my daughter. She did not feel any pain when she had to get two large fillings. He also uses the newest equipment, which is important to me. Also he gave me a referral to get some orthodontic work done. He is out of my insurance plan, which means I am willing to pay a bit more for his services, but Id rather pay for more for an awesome dentist than one like I had before that would yell at me, and start work before the novicane kicked in. CLEANLINESS: From the moment you walk in the door this office takes all precautions to ensure they cover all the proper protocols and safety measures to take care of their patients. Taking temperatures , hand sanitizer, and mask requirements. The office is very clean and all the rooms are remodeled and equipment is updated. SAFETY: They take all safety measures to make sure the patients are safe and comfortable during their procedures. For example, I struggle with heart problems and the doctor is always monitoring me and giving proper doses of medication to make sure I am pain free as well as well as stable in regards to any medical conditions. KINDESS: The office staff is always kind and helpful. They make you feel welcome and at home during your visit. COST: This office takes my current insurance. When I was uninsured they always worked with me to accommodate my budget to make sure I was taking care of my dental needs. STAFF: Of course the Dr. is great and very professional but he has an exceptional team behind him. They ladies at the front desk Tam and Janet are always helpful and get you in the chair without hardly any wait time. I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Smith, his wife and his entire staff. Everyone has been so kind, caring and understanding. I'm 26 years old and after my kids put conditioner on my tub, I took a fall breaking 3 front teeth and ultimately losing one which again was up front and center of my smile. I went to a dentist prior to who gave me no hope, tried to up sell me on everything and let me leave hysterical telling me that he couldn't do anything for me for 4-6 weeks and I'd have to be without a front tooth for that long. Dr. Smith has been so empathetic and up front with no scams or up selling Involved, a truly honest man that you want to be in charge of your smile which is SUCH a important part of who we are as people (you really don't realize how important until you're missing teeth). When I left his office it was with hope, excitement and literal tears of joy. He got me a temporary tooth (stay plate) and came up with a more permanent plan right away. I can't say thank you enough and cannot be appreciative enough for giving me confidence back which is a HUGE thing for any person but personally, especially, to me. I'm able to meet people again without apologizing for my smile because I'm embarrassed or unnecessarily wearing a mask so my teeth aren't seen and so much more. Dr. Smith has been my dentist since he began practicing dentistry and came on board as an associate with another dentist I was seeing. When Dr. Smith moved into his own office, my husband and I chose to follow. I have seen his skills, which were impressive from the beginning, become awesome, and I'm not particularly easy to impress, having been a registered dental assistant when I was younger. He has also become very gentle when administering anesthetic injections. They used to hurt, but now his injections cause less pain than any dentist I've ever been to. And I can't say enough about the staff at this office. Do not use this dentist. Twice work he performed very quickly failed and had to be redone. Once he billed again for the correction work on his failed work. Twice he billed in excess of written estimates. Numerous billings errors took months to correct. Some billing errors were never corrected. He sued me in small claims court instead of making billing corrections. He raises his rates without notification. He misrepresented that he was a preferred provider under our insurance. He is the best dentist in the entire world My 18 year old daughter has had mysterious tooth issues that have stumped numerous dentists. Dr Smith and his entire staff have gone above and beyond to try and get her the best care and to solve her issues. They never get upset when she just shows up at the office without an appointment because she had an emergency. Dr Smith has personally called other specialists and had personal conversations about my daughter's condition so they are set up to treat her. Dr. Brian Smith is an amazing dentist. He has a great chair side manor and is very gentle. I had my first Root Canal today and was scared to death. He did a great job with nearly no pain at all. He also followed up a couple hours later to make sure I was ok. His office staff is equally professional, they are always happy and laughing and make you feel right at home. I moved out of the area and just don't get up to Claremont any more. I have been going to them 2x per year for many, many years. The whole team there is friendly. Dr Smith has been my general dentist for many years and I've always been very happy with the staff and their services. Recently though, I decided to finally make the move to permanently fix my two broken front teeth. My front two teeth have been broken practically in half for over 10 years. I'd have a temporary cosmetic repair done and a year or two later the bonding would break and I'd do it all over again. Now that I was financially ready to really make the permanent fix with two crowns, Dr Smith and his team couldn't have made the process any easier. We measured and took multiple impressions because Dr Smith is a perfectionist and would settle for nothing less than 100% for my new smile. Today, I'm leaving the office with my beautiful new crowns.
