Highly recommended! We were new to the area in 2021 when our next-door-neighbor recommended BHD to my husband for an emergency fix. SO glad she did. Everyone in our family is now a client - even our college-attending son who lives in Virginia! BHD is an old-fashioned customer-serviced based dentistry with state-of-the-art equipment. Their office is gorgeous, obsessively clean, and the staff is super friendly and respectful. Great location in downtown Claremont. I love that they send text reminders for appointments! They accept our rather obscure dental insurance, too, which helps tremendously. After seeing close-up photos of a cracked back tooth that had a filling that was failing, I just had my first crown done and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Frank was the dentist and he is amazing! So was Sara, who did the temporary fitting. The whole process was entirely pain free and super efficient. The team took extra time to make sure the crown fit perfectly, not just "good enough". Dr. Frank tested my bite about 10 times to make sure my jaw was aligning correctly before he let me leave the office. My husband has had crowns done by many dentists (we move a lot) and since I file insurance for the family I can say the pricing for us at BHD seems to be in line with what other dentists charge. Hygienists have always been on time for all of us for almost two years now. Great service, professional staff, and caring, friendly service. 5 stars! read more

My first visit here was excellent! The location: great, with off street parking The Office: furnished to make you think you are in your living room while waiting (as soon as i finished paper work they took me right in)! State of the art exam rooms with the latest equipment The front office staff: (Angie, Annette, and Yulie, about as professional and welcoming as I have experienced anywhere! The Dental Hygienist:(Kristine), Professional, skilled , experienced as has the best attitude! The Doctor: Dr. Finazzo, 5 star! takes time to discuss any and all my questions. Well trained with tons of experience. They did a fantastic job! I have found a new, permanent Dentist! Thanks guys! read more

Please avoid this office. I have been a loyal patient for many years and have enjoyed wonderful care and service. However, their lack of transparency is extremely concerning. I went in for a routine cleaning, as I have done for many years. I had some sensitivity and the hygienist went to check if Fluoride was covered by my insurance. She came back and said "yes it is" and proceeded with the rest of the treatment. I walked out happy. A few months later, I received a bill for $190, of which my insurance paid $99. All previous visits had been covered 100%, with no copay necessary. I am now being asked to pay the remaining balance. At no time was I informed there would be a copay for services. Not before, during, or after treatment. There was no communication, only an expectation for payment through a letter in the mail. This practice is unethical. Calling their office yielded no results. I will be looking for a new dentist who will communicate cost of services to their patients. read more

The front staff is rude and act like they don't want to be there. My son had 4 molars removed and they wouldn't even prescribed a strong ibuprofen. He ended up having heavy bleeding and went to their sister clinic which prescribed him antibiotics, cleaned up his mouth nicely, and gave him strong ibuprofen for the strong pain. He ended up going back to their sister location for a check up and discovered that he had a piece of a molar that was never removed during his original procedure! I will not be doing business with them ever again. read more

This was my second visit to Blue House and I had a great experience. Christine the hygienist explained everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Finazzo is the calmest dentist and takes the upmost pride in his work, and is very gentile. Highly recommend Blue House Dentistry! read more

Beware! When my wife asked they said they "took" Delta Dental. It was never explained that claiming to "take" Delta Dental was semantically different from being in the Delta Dental network. That seems purposefully, or maybe accidentally, deceptive. My wife trusted this was the amount our insurance would normally cover. But, we later found that in-network dentists have caps on what they can charge, and obviously they are not held to those guidelines. We paid significantly more than our Delta Dental insurance would have charged us with a different dentist for all services rendered. So, the issue was about being deceived with unclear semantics, either purposely or due to an oversight from the person that said they "take" Delta Dental. They still maintain they "take" Delta Dental. Part of this is on us...for being busy, and having a job, and not being a dental insurance expert. On another note, I was told I needed two crowns, and once I got a second opionon I only needed one crown, and I paid a 3rd of the price they quoted me here. read more

With my dental history and past experiences in mind, BHD's diagnosis's didn't add up. Red flags went up when they called and told me what my portion of services would be and that they also offer "cash prices". I went with my instincts and got a second opinion from my old dentist in my old OC neighborhood. It was worth the drive. You can see the difference in the bill amounts. My dentist said I did NOT need most of the services quoted by BHD. My dentist charges under $300 for a crown vs BHD $1,655.00. read more

UPDATE TO MY FIRST REVIEW: As much in life as in business consistency is key. Blue House has this in Spades! Dr Finazzo continues to be the best dentist I've ever worked with and it's not even close! Not to mention everyone else who works there is amazing as well. The ladies at reception set the tone every single visit with a meaningful greeting and conversation. The Dental techs are skilled, polite and very easy to talk to about what's going on during the procedure. As far as my procedure which is a full mouth rehab or restoration, I am beyond happy with the results. We started in early May and I've only got 2 visits left until I'm done! My new teeth look absolutely exquisite and quite honestly, I'll never visit another dental office EVER. I'll post a picture when they're all done! read more

What can I say? Dr. Finazzo and Dr. Ned are the BEST! Everyone at Blue House is fantastic from the first phone call to the day I walked out with my new smile I felt cared for. I felt like I was being treated by family members. I walked in those doors hoping for help and what I received I never could have wished for. The technology at their disposal was amazing and the speed at which everything was completed was not something I was prepared for. LOL. I talk about them all the time, I recommend them to anyone who will listen! read more

I absolutely love Blue House Dentistry. Dr. Ned and Dr. Finazzo are the greatest. I had put off going to the dentist for years. I have bruxism and grounded my teeth down broke my bridges and crowns. My bite was collapsing I never smiled and eating was hard. The first time I walked in the beautiful office I felt at ease. The staff is so friendly you feel at home. After discussing a plan for my reconstruction. Dr. Ned did my upper implants and root canal which was absolutely painless. Dr Finazzo worked on my bottom teeth to build my bite back up crown my teeth and had a night guard made to help with my night grinding. I now smile and laugh all the time. My teeth are absolutely beautiful and I can eat so much better. What a difference when you are comfortable and trust your dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Ned, Dr Finazzo and staff at Blue House Dentistry. Rhonda A. read more

After my first visit at Blue House I was impressed. After my second visit I am elated and looking forward to my cleaning which will be my third visit. I had a crown/bridge issue that no one could fix. Even a specialist didn't fix the issue. After one visit with Dr. Finazzo not only the the issue gone but I was without pain and I could chew again! The entire staff is kind and patient. Dr. Finazzo is so incredibly nice and conservative when it comes to dental treatment. If you haven't been here, go here. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much to the entire team at Blue House!! read more

The place is great! Front office is very nice and professional. The equipment is all high tech! They have monitors that show your X-rays but also pictures of your teeth and gums. Super happy I switched over! Had been with my previous dentist for 12yrs and finally had to break that up. My cleaning was nothing like I've ever had before! This was an actual cleaning! Not just that polish process but actual deep cleaning to get all in those crevices where it tends to build up! Dr. Ned redid one of my crowns and it looks like my natural teeth now! I was able to watch Netflix during this procedure, because yeah, the dentist is always scary! But I feel great with all my visits so far! Danielle is super friendly, attentive and professional! Carlos too! Love being able to be myself when I come in! read more

I had my teeth whitened here and it turned out to be a great experience. I was warmly greeted and taken back right away for my appointment. This review is way overdue! I absolutely love my dentist- I can't believe I'm saying this about a dental office- but I really do! I live in AltaLoma and drive to Claremont because I refuse to try another place. The staff here is top-notch, they treat me like family and are always so pleasant and professional. The dentists Dr. Ned is great, and hygienist too, and Chissie is always super helpful with helping me set up my appts. Oh and they have TVs everywhere! I get to watch movies every visit. How cool is that?! If you're looking for a dental office that truly cares and that won't make you hate going to the dentist, this is the place. I'd give more stars if I could! Have a major fear of the dentist and a huge teeth drilling pet peeve, so had to convince myself over and over that I needed to go. I finally found the courage and called them with hopes to fix a potential cavity issue and they set me up with an appointment the same day, deep cleaned my teeth and drilled and filled my cavity all with zero pain and while being extremely comforting at the same time. They went above and beyond while knowing I was deathly afraid of being there. Can't tell you the last time I've wrote a review on here, but felt the need to do it. 5 stars. read more

Blue House is by far the nicest dental office I have ever been in. Seriously, it's like you're in Beverly Hills or something. All of the equipment is brand new, state of the art stuff. Dr. Ned and his team are amazing, and get this: They saw me at my scheduled appointment time! I wasn't too fond of my last dentist so I tested the waters and am happy to say I have found my new office. If you are looking for a premier dental experience look no further. read more

Pamella Schmith. Everyone is very nice and make you fell very comfortable. Dr. Ned Paniagua is very gentle and makes sure you are always happy with the work he does. Hands down best Dentist I've ever had. I'm so happy with my teeth implants. Dr. Frank Finazzo is also amazing at the work he does, I am very pleased with both of them very much. I sought this dentistry out after it was highly recommended from those close to me. I drove 45 minutes to this location and I can tell you that my experience there was 100x better than any I have had in Orange County. I asked if I can have a tooth cleaning, followed by an implant in one visit...I'm very demanding I know...but they made it happen with ease! Hopefully Christina is there whenever you visit because she was kind and amazing! Not just her, but the Dr. and the rest of the team truly made you feel at home. I will be returning for any future dental work. read more

Let me start by saying my entire family and I used to be DEATHLY afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Ned is so gentle and calming! We have all been seeing him exclusively since we found him! He truly makes you feel like family. All dental work I have gotten from him is absolutely PAIN FREE and to be honest I can never even tell when he's giving me the numbing shot, I have never been able to say that about any other dentist. The entire office is so beautiful and welcoming, and the waiting room/lobby is very homey and warm. I hear people talk about feeling anxious at the dentist but I can honestly say I have never experienced that here thanks to Dr. Ned and his friendly and professional staff, always making you feel like you're at home. I needed a crown and a filling replaced and, being new to the area, I visited this office because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was different. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Ned to discuss the work and when I went in for the procedures, I was seen by a different dentist. When I'm new to a dental practice, I prefer to have the initial consult with the dentist who will be actually doing the work. The office never mentioned that I'd be seeing a different dentist and when I asked they said Dr. Ned was called into a meeting. I needed to get the work done so I went ahead with it. They did a filling on one side and a crown on the other on they same day and unfortunately now my bite is horribly off. In retrospect, I feel they should have done one side at a time to allow some frame of reference for my bite alignment. It didn't occur to me at the time but I wish it would have occurred to them. I would not recommend. read more

I highly recommend Blue House Dentistry. Dr. Ned and his staff are great.

Like other people I'm not a big fan of visiting the dentist but Dr Ned and his staff are fantastic! The receptionist Danielle is great. She was fast in getting me an appointment and helpful in expediting my prescriptions. The assistant Amber was very professional and explained everything in detail prior to the procedure. Dr Ned is the first dentist that has totally impressed me. With his state of the art equipment it shows he's a true expert. There was virtually no pain during my root canal procedure. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary work like my last dentist. 5 Stars and Two thumbs up for Blue House Dentistry read more

The minute I walked into Blue House Dentistry I was greeted with a friendly smile, I say that because unfortunately that's not that common these days so to experience that from the get go was a huge A+ to start. When you receive outstanding service it should be noticed and appreciated and I certainly did, from beginning to end. Blue House Dentistry is like no other I've ever experienced, from he innovative technology, the extreme cleanliness and the comfortable atmosphere, has a kind of East Coast feel. Dr. Ned is a lucky Dr. to have such a gifted and talented designer, the office is beautifully decorated with class and warmth. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but I think you just might change your mind after visiting Dr. Ned at the Blue House Dentistry. read more

Blue House Dentistry has made visiting the dentist more enjoyable and less stressful! A few months after seeing a dentist, my teeth were still bothering me. A friend recommended Blue House. I was amazed at how quick I was able to see the Doctor. I wasn't waiting for more the 5 minutes. After they saw what the other dentist didn't, they helped me right away with my problem. The staff is amazing. They are so welcoming and attentive to your needs. The office manager is so kind and makes you feel at home. I love the location. It's in the heart of Claremont in a adorable craftsman style home. The inside is nicer then any office I've been to and very relaxing. I highly recommend Blue House Dentistry! read more

Dr. Ned, Gina, and I'm sorry I don't know his dental assistants name and his dental hygienists (I've seen two different women)are all professionals and make going to the dentist easy. I've had a lot of work done lately, fillings, root canals, deep cleaning, and today Zoom whitening and have been very pleased with the outcome each time. In the past with other practices I've had to see an Endodontist but Dr.Ned was able to do it and saved my badly neglected incisor and back molar. He has a pleasant chair side manner. He has up to date technology. He even has Netflix so one is distracted with watching a movie or nature documentary while he does what he needs to do. No one is pushy with services they just explain and recommend. Gina is very knowledgeable and kind and remembers the little things you mention in passing about family, his dental assistant is kind, and considerate and remembered what I like to watch on Netflix, both hygienists I saw were excellent and explained everything they were doing each step of the way, and his Zoom specialist gave me the whitest teeth I've ever had! Thank you Dr. Ned and team! read more
