The first time in 3 years I went to a dentist and chose this one. My last dentist put me through the most unbelievably excruciating experience in my 76 years so I dreaded this visit. Surprise Surprise (a little Gomer Pyle for ya) I felt like I was visiting family from the moment I walked in the door. Calling every one of them nice is an understatement but nice alone doesn't mean they do a good job. In this case they didn't. They did a great job! Dr Choi not only is a great guy but LISTENS. And more than the usual 2 minutes. He explains beautifully everything that should be done but doesn't upsell. He gives choices. His office manager and asst are great too which is very important to put one at ease. Also dealing with an ADHD person like myself can unnerve some but they got me and my weird sense of humor or at least they did a good job faking it. I need a lot of work and will be seeing them in a week plus the oral surgeon recommended but my main point is they are worth the time and can sooth any nervousness you might have. Do I recommend them? If you can read then what do you think? Now it's time for your front teeth to get some vitamin so go and smile again. read more

I went in for a consultation and that's exactly what I got. Everything was upfront and spelled out for me. I felt very comfortable with Dr Choi and his explanations of what work I needed. Looking for a change in dental offices and came across Prizm due to the reviews and newness of the office. Upon entering you are greeted by Eileen who I dealt with during my phone booking. She was patient and polite when I called to add my family of 5 to their office. She greeted us and was nice still. Dr. Choi met with me first before seeing my 3 kids. He took the time to find out what concerns I had and any issues. That is very rare to see a medical professional taking the time to know their patients. The dental hygienist completed X-rays and got my kids setup for the next step. During this time he met with each child addressed findings on the X-rays and game plans.
