Waiting room
Shawn R.

I have been coming to elevated dentistry for the past five years before that I dreaded going to the dentist but quickly after my first visit starting off with the office experience of the waiting room with espresso and water. And the care quality is what I admire the most as someone who feared the Dentist and now has no issue going thank you to Dr. Banner and his team. Thee biggest highlight of this business is how they work with individuals with special needs.

It's starting to cause pain and I let the dentist know that last time. She blamed the chipping for my bite changing. It's been a year since I got this originally done...how does my bite change that much, and did it just change in the last week as well? I don't think so. UPDATE: I wanted to update my previous review because, unfortunately, the issue still hasn't been resolved. Since my original review, I've been back four more times for the exact same problem--an overlay on my tooth that keeps chipping. I was just in the office last week to have it repaired again, and it's already broken once more. What's even more concerning is that it's now starting to cause pain, which I made the dentist aware of during my last visit. I was told the repeated chipping was due to my bite changing. However, this overlay was placed about a year ago. It's difficult for me to believe my bite suddenly changed enough to keep causing the same failure after a year, and then somehow changed again within a single week after the most recent repair. At this point, I'm frustrated because this has become an ongoing issue instead of a permanent solution. I don't feel like the underlying problem has been addressed, and having to repeatedly return for the same repair is unacceptable. I only keep coming back because I don't want to spend the money again and it's under warranty, I just want it finally fixed properly so I never have to come back here ever again!

Thank-you to this amazing team. You made this scary person feel comfortable. I was there for oral…read moresurgery. To have my teeth removed and insert dentures. I shared with Dr. Levi. I was a little apprehensive. He kept the numbing gel in my mouth for a very long time. After many shots. I was able to rest. The best of this visit is they see the patient very nervous so they put on something they think they would enjoy. So I got to watch cake boss on Tubi. Made me very happy that they would go into great detail from my comfort level. As the oral surgery was happening. The Dr and the team gave me such uplifting words. That just lowered my shoulders, and I got to relax as much as possible. They put on special glasses as you could fall asleep if you need it to be. Thank you for the care you gave me. Thank you again for raising me up and making me comfortable with the kindest words.

Fortunately, the dentist evaluated the case and successfully placed the permanent crown that day.

can't say enough good things about Pearl Dental Group. They completely transformed my smile and…read moregave me my confidence back. I had veneers done on my top teeth and the results are absolutely beautiful. His work truly speaks for itself. From the beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and addressing any pain or concerns I had along the way. That level of care made such a difference. Gloria, the office manager, is so sweet and welcoming, and every single member of the staff is just as kind and professional. You can tell they really care about their patients. I'm so happy with my results and will definitely be going back soon to start Invisalign for my bottom teeth. Highly, highly recommend Pearl Dental Group. I'm so grateful for my new smile! (Sharing a photo of my beautiful new smile too!) Thank you all so much!

First off the overall experience with the doctor specifically was awful, he is extremely rude and quite arrogant in my opinion. He will talk down on you, and just overall seems extremely tired which I get I'm in healthcare but? When you make as much as a Dentist I tend to not care as much. The staff is lovely, kind of forgetful but so am I so I never really minded that. Now let's talk about my teeth, I got my wisdom teeth removed and they really pushed it on me to get them removed in office, which is odd but I tend to trust people that are professionals (shouldn't have). They also pushed me to get all of my fillings replaced and even go on to say I have great insurance, and at this point that should've been a red flag but hey I'm 23 and I'm a bit dense and trusting and it was my first time picking my own dentistry. The wisdom teeth removal was fine and they also decided to do the fillings while I was under. I was told nerve pain would be normal for around a month and unfortunately I got dry socket, maybe my fault not sure... So come to find out the pain is not my nerve it's actually from the filling not being done correctly, which I guess just happens (apparently) ? So at this point I'm told by the doctor I need a crown and root canal $1600 out of pocket for the crown and $300 :) because they maxed out my insurance. I was put under that day, so I was unaware that fillings could fail. I thought it was my wisdom tooth surgery. Anyways I got the root canal done but still unfortunately have pain till this day. I never went back for the crown, because absolutely not! Hey it was a life lesson, don't let it be your lesson.
