First off their fries are really good they're ruffle shaped and cooked well with their seasoning, kinda like seasoning salt but has a tad of spice(I am sensitive to spice). The burgers are really good, kinda like a smash style but only little crispy on the edges and juicy inside. Also their special sauce is you kinda typical one but with some spice in it. The buns are freshly light grilled/warmed when you order as food is made fresh to order, so it isn't super fast, but the service there makes sure it gets to you as quickly as it gets off the grill. Prices are good for the quality of food and probably the best for the price. I also will say it is great to have more good food that on the east side of town. At the time of writing this, they just recently opened and are not a chain so they are still waiting on a on some stuff like a soda fountain and other decor. But comparing how it looked before to now, it is way better. Hoping they start doing a combo meal or a lunch special when they get the fountain machine. read more

The other glowing reviews for BRGR Shack are spot on. The burgers are amazing. Fresh, juicy meat, and a lot of it on their double burgers. We tried the Shack BRGR and the Pesto BRGR. The toppings on both perfectly complimented the beef. Their burger sauce is really good. The fries were great, too. Never had them cut like that, but they totally work - crispy outside, fluffy inside - just how fries should be. Also tried their chicken tenders. These aren't the typical tenders you see at a lot of places. The tenders are big. The super crispy breading is nicely seasoned with just a hint of spicy heat (which is good 'cuz I'm not into heavily spicy food). Their sauce works for the tenders very nicely, though they are delicious plain, too. We tried them out on a Tuesday night. They weren't busy, which means the wait for food was trivial and everything was hot and fresh. But I actually want to see this place crowded - the food is that good. Service was perfectly fine - friendly and quick. Prices aren't bad for the amount and quality of the food. It's a really yummy burger if you're in the mood for something salty and messy. The space is cute, very clean and the staff is friendly. The wait is on the long side, never less than 15-20min. I truly don't love their fries, wish they'd stick to a quality steak fry, or any style fry, not coated or seasoned. They could benefit from a better sauce, maybe a garlic aioli. The burger price is fair, but the fountain drinks are pretty overpriced. Out of the 4 times we ate here, our order was incorrect 3 times, missing the extras we paid for. There's a stinky smell that I hope the mall can get under control because the scented cleaning product smell to cover it up is a bit off-putting for a restaurant, maybe refrying garlic or onions would keep the place smelling yummy and more inviting. read more

They are trying to do everything right, and I appreciate having something new on this side of town. That being said, I found the burger to be underseasoned, messy, overpriced and unblanced. I'd like to see them succeed. Perhaps offer a smaller burger for a lower price, and get more consistent wth slice size, things like tomato and onion were really sliced too big and kept the burger sliding around. Maybe a different type of bun as well. I found this one to be too soft for the weight and size of the burger and it really didn't hold up. Soft, mushy buns on big burgers don't really cut it for me. Again, I want to see them suceed, and hope that they adapt and do! read more

The burgers were well seasoned, and crispy on the edges, and the fries were unique, not like the same old fries you get at most other places. Went in on a Friday evening and it was pretty busy inside. They weren't selling any of their Apps other than fries but wasn't aware until we got up to the counter, so that was a little disappointing. Cashier was nice and helpful. We ordered two classic burgers, one shack burger and two orders of fries to go. Took about 10 min to get our food. The lady at the counter checked our boxes to make sure the order was correct, but unfortunately I did not and regret it because all three burgers were not made incorrectly. The shack burger had raw onions, not grilled. The burgers themselves were good, the fries were just okay. We might try them again after they've been open longer, but it wasn't a "wow" experience. 4 stars for burger flavor and customer service. read more
