When I took the car delivery, the ESP sign was on and since i have already paid for it the salesman is not willing to fix it for me. The Engine oil was not changed either which was agreed to be done as part of pre delivery work. When I call the salesman up, he completely refuses to do any service on the vehicle as he thinks he did not make enough money on the car. Now, 1 month after I have bought the car, I'll have to take it to a dealer and get it serviced for 200 quid !!! Really poor after sales support.

The service department remind you when your "Precious " is due it's yearly check and offer a £10 discount to regular customers. They service all makes of cars at a basic charge of £99 . The showroom is clean and bright with a good display of all makes of Suzuki and the sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting you to make the right choice.. The business has a variety of cars from family friendly cars to the likes of most people who have just past their driving test. So to sum up my experience it was just very .... genuine and just a comfortable environment to be in and for me it was just as good as it can get.

The showroom itself is very bright and welcoming and I noticed that there was an air of efficiency about the place. I didn't have to wait any time before someone came to my assistance and before I new it all my enquiries were being dealt with over a very welcome cup of coffee and in a very professional way. As I had my drivers licence with me I was able to be offered a test drive there and then in a car that I felt could meet all my needs.
