You can ring up and make an appointment and John will speak to you himself about what needs done and give you an idea of how much you will be spending. I found them to do the job for a reasonable price without any hassle. His sister who does the books sends you out a nice handwritten bill in the post and when I went into pay she knocked the few ponds and pence off the bill rounding it down to the nearest note! I love that and stuff like that makes me go back!

However as I was in the area this morning I felt a great pull to visit this showroom. it was quite early in the morning and I wasn't sure if there would be anyone there to deal with all my questions. The showroom itself is very bright and welcoming and I noticed that there was an air of efficiency about the place. I didn't have to wait any time before someone came to my assistance and before I new it all my enquiries were being dealt with over a very welcome cup of coffee and in a very professional way. As I had my drivers licence with me I was able to be offered a test drive there and then in a car that I felt could meet all my needs. I was so impressed with the whole experience that I felt that I need look no further for the car of my choice this was definitely made easier by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff member dealing with my initial enquiry.
