Having moved back to NI recently from abroad we needed a car. Colin found us as we started our…read morelittle dander around the forecourt looking for our new wheels and invited us in for a cuppa, and a screen-search to filter out cars that weren't suitable to minimize our time outside in the cold. We told him our must haves (automatic, heated seats, good sound system) and our budget, he stuck to it without us ever having to repeat it. We narrowed it down to 3, test drive 2, picked 1. Decided to buy her (Beitris "traveler"). The next day he called to let us know she didn't pass the sale inspection and would be delayed for a few days while they put in a new gearbox. Colin was helpful, knowledgeable, had great communication. The car has been great (we are a few weeks in) and the price was good too. We'd happily go back, and can't recommend Colin, or Jack Reid enough!
