I had gone to a different dealer and they did a full inspection of my car after aligning and balancing my wheels and an oil change. The ONLY issue they found was that might right wheel bearing needed to be replaced as the back of the car was making a louder sound. I went into Billy's a week later (because they were cheaper) to get the right wheel bearing replaced and after I got the car back, the car was louder than ever. All of the sudden my left wheel bearing supposedly had an issue as well despite another dealer saying it was in great condition. Two days after leaving the shop, my check engine light has been on and despite a few calls to the dealer, no logical explanation has been explained and overall service was awful. I guess you get what you pay for here - strongly recommend going anywhere else, even if more expensive.

My boyfriend and his mother kept pushing me to drop my car off there to have a look at. I was wary as it being a very small shop with practically no review online, but with both of them telling me they have gone here for 15+ years and this shop knows what they are doing, I took their word for it and dropped my car off the first week of September, The worst mistake in this entire world. A week and half later and a $900 bill from the repair shop, Absolutely no cure for the smoke. All was done was a oil change and a treatment was added to the oil for the smoke. We were told the car will forever be like this. OBVIOUSLY, There is something wrong with the car. After some googling online. I opened my hood, pulled out the ignition coil AND DRENCHED WITH MOTOR OIL. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. So because I'm afraid of my car being further destroyed by this horrific shop. I am now forced to either spend 1,000+ at a certified dealership OR repair it myself, a beginners in mechanic. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. RUN AWAY.

First, my mom called in advance that the car needed to be checked out and confirmed that we could drop off keys and car before opening (done this multiple times with no issues). Turns out, the car was stolen from the lot and the manager (I don't have a name) refused to look at the security tapes, accusing my mom of never dropping off the car there in the first place. They knew to expect our vehicle as we call to make sure each time. We only found out after calling in the afternoon since we hadn't heard back in the usual time that our car was looked at, ready, etc. Once report was filed, police got to look at the footage. No apology for not believing my mom dropped off the car or just general acknowledgement that their customer's vehicle was stolen. Again, this was not our first time dropping off the car before opening so we knew we didn't leave the keys in the wrong place.

I mentioned that I smelled exhaust to my Audi dealer and they checked it and told me everything was fine. Cut to about 8 months later, when I was really dragging-so tired I couldn't do much exercise and my brain just wasn't working right. Around that time my car started sounding like a lawnmower was running inside the car. I took it to the dealer and they told me to take it to a muffler repair shop. I knew just who to see- the people at USM Discount Muffler, located near where I used to work, across from the bus terminal in Danbury. The owner (Hos) is always on the premises, supervising work and making sure customers are taken care of with a smile, 7 days a week. I called him on late Friday afternoon and he said I could bring it in the next morning, leave it overnight (I had to go out of town for the day) and pick it up on Sunday morning, no problem. Dropping the car off was easy, although the parking is a bit tight, they put my care into one of the bays and kept it there overnight for me, safe and sound. While waiting for my wife to pick me up, I watched the mechanic do work on cars, trucks, and vans. He was quite talented with his welding work, working quickly and accurately. He was a real pro. When I picked up the car the next day, the owner hoisted my car up and showed me exactly where they had cut and welded- turns out my exhaust system was much worse than I thought, but didn't need complete replacement; mainly both flex pipes coming from the engine needed replacement. The difference was immediately noticeable. No more noise from the engine, and my head felt clearer. Gradually over the next few days my energy level increased and I feel back to my old self. The shop was clean, organized. Waiting room was nothing special but clean and perfectly fine for waiting if you need to do that. Price was awesome, really good deal at only 395$ (parts and labor). Service was friendly, courteous, prompt. Quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend using USM Discount Muffler for any exhaust system work. If you are driving around in a vehicle more than 5 years old, you should definitely get the people at USM Discount Muffler to check your exhaust system- it could save your life!
