Ignore the bad online reviews; I am so glad I did. Everyone at Clarke's has been professional, friendly, considerate, and a pleasure doing business. Our pool is very small, only 2,200 gallons. We did not want to stress our well or equipment and was so happy Clarke's services our area. They have 3,000 gallon trucks for smaller pools and larger spas. From our initial info call to scheduling, and delivery , we could not be more pleased. Clarke's delivers pool water and excellent customer service. Clarke's accommodated our schedule, answered all our questions, and did not dismiss our small job. I am happy to recommend Clarke's for your pool water needs of any size. Be Leary of using them. Drivers not trained well, drove onto hill that was apparently too steep for truck "because I told him too". When I contacted company regarding saman he caused when water poured down driveway kept insisting I told him to drive up driveway and that I was a liar trying to claim damages that they didn't cause even though I sent pictures with tire marks. read more

I don't have a pool, so I don't need pool water from this company, but I would never deal with them in any capacity. Today, several of their large trucks were parked and idling on our street, for over an hour, with no pools in sight. I called the number on the side of the truck and began to explain that there were several trucks parked on my street and in front of my house (I said they were blocking my driveway, but that was okay, because we didn't need to go out). I was just letting them know that these large diesel trucks were running there engines for over an hour for no apparent reason. I was informed by the person on the other end of the line that "they need to run the trucks while a pool is being filled." I told her politely and calmly that there were no pools in the vicinity and the trucks were just idling, not pumping any water. The person responded: "stop screaming at me." I was not screaming at her. She then said "get a job," obviously assuming that a person calling from home in the middle of the day didn't have a job. Lovely [and sort of ridiculous in the pandemic -- and what if I didn't have a job, would that have ever been the right thing to say?]. She then proceeded to say "this call is over" and hung up on me. I called back again to ask for the owner and to explain the situation (again, calmly). The same person just mocked me and said "the guys are just taking their lunch and running the trucks, get a life" [thereby changing her story that they needed to run the trucks while they filled a pool -- again, no pool for blocks, no filling of any pool was happening, the trucks were just idling). She then proceeded to say "this call is over" again and, again, hung up on me. read more
