We went Saturday to look at cars. The salesman came out and asked what we were interested in. My husband mentioned a Honda Pilot and the salesman said - there are two up the hill - you can see. Then he left. So we walked up the hill and looked into two locked cars. We went back into the showroom to talk further about the car and we saw many people in their office Some on the phone - some just at the desk. We wandered around the showroom for at least 5 minutes - and not one person came out to ask if we needed help. We then went to Danbury Honda. Salesman was standing in front door asking what he could do for us. He personally showed us several cars, gave us info and had keys ready for us to go inside car and drive it. 45 minutes later we bought our new Honda Pilot. Brewster missed out because one of the cars we saw on the hill was the exact same car we bought. and we got a great deal, too. Picked up the car two days later. I would NEVER recommend Brewster Honda. Terrible customer service!!!!!! read more

We just purchased a new 2022 Honda CRV-EXL for are daughter and the whole experience was awesome. When we arrived at Lia Honda there was not much inventory do to the supply chain issues. We got lucky and they had the exact car we were looking for and they were detailing it for the showroom. Ken Seiferheld was awesome from the time we met him on the lot to the time we picked up the car. I really enjoyed dealing with a professional that had a no pressure selling technique. Like most dealers they were charging above MSRP and since I'm in sales I understand why they need to charge more or they will go out of business. With very little inventory they need to charge a little more to stay in business so we were willing to pay more for the car we wanted. We added additional accessories and everything was in stock except one item so we will return to get that next week. The car was a surprise for our daughter and the whole experience was terrific. Although we didn't deal much with William Darnell once of the sales managers, I had the opportunity and pleasure to speaking with him the day we picked up the car and he definitely knows how to treat customers as family. My older daughter purchased a Honda CRV from Lia Honda in 2020 and she was equally happy with the whole experience. If your looking for one of the top Honda Dealerships in the Putnam, Westchester or Fairfield county areas, I would highly recommend going to Lia Honda. I would also highly recommend asking for William Darnell or Ken Seiferheld to help you out. read more

Highly do not recommend this place. Just another sketchy dealership full of professional liars. We went to pick up a car everything was taken care of and ready to go and as they handed us a pen to sign the papers oh by the way the car isn't actually certified and if you want it certified it's gonna cost a few thousands dollars to replace "aftermarket" pieces that magically appeared day of signing that none of their employees were able to identify for however long the car was there and the week process of us purchasing it? Riiight. The car was listed as certified preowned on their website, one of the managers stated when they receive cars they automatically list them as certified "while in the process of being certified before they know if it can be certified or not" so watch out for their false advertising. Just a bunch of bs, the car was certified based on miles, year and advertised on the their Honda website. Too good to be true to deal with honest straightforward people, they just had to try to scam us out of a few thousand dollars. And of course when we said we didn't want it anymore they changed their tune at the last second and said we could have it certified for the original price and followed us out to our car begging to offer something to change our minds. Don't waste your time here. Misleading, untrustworthy, and will obviously try to take advantage if they think you're an idiot, desperate, or won't stand up for yourself. read more

I dont even know where to start. Every employee here are low life thieves and lie to your face. After getting a quote from them for a new vehicle , in an email and after going back and forth, i goto the dealership only for them to add miscellaneous charges to my offer. They got upset when i told them this is not what we agreed upon, so I left. Big waste of my time! The manager then calls me and tells me I wont get a better deal at any other dealership, which was not true, Friendly Honda gave me a better deal without all the Lies and deception. Every time I've taken my car for service, something would get broken. A brand new car always in the garage for service. I went in for a 30,000 mile service and not exactly sure why the cover for windshield washer fluid was removed entirely because I typically don't have a problem lifting the cap and pouring washer fluid in and popping the cap back on. I believe it was removed from my car and given to another customer. I told the service rep the issue and of course he denied any wrong doing. Brewster Honda could build a brand new shiny service center but that doesn't help the situation of poor employees. read more

I've been having my 2014 Ridgeline serviced at Brewster Honda since I brought it. I now have 116k miles on it and I must say from my first service advisor Jon who has moved to another dealership the service has been great. I've been using Kira for the last 2 years and she is very professional and courteous. I call and make an appointment she arranges for a loaner if the service is going to take a few hours. I have had nothing but a great experience while working with her. She lets me know the cost up front and calls me if the Machinic finds something that needs to be addressed immediately or when I pick my truck up she'll advise me on what needs to be done the next time I bring my truck in. If you want professional treatment I highly recommend asking for Kira the next time you need your car serviced. read more

i had them put a clutch an fly wheel i bought on my civic si for me and i cant be any happier with the job! they did a great job on my car bottom line and they did a radiator flush and over looked my AC unit for me cause it hasent been working right.. they found a leak in the AC unit and tool me the cause of problem to fix down the road and they did a drain and refilled my AC for no charge.. i was vary happy after picking my car and driving home happy with just how nice an smooth my clutch drove.. the service manager took var good care of me and was varry varry fair to much he helped me and want to come back again.. i thank them all for all there great service! read more

Terrible Awful Service. Bought My Honda In 2011 and bought a service & Maintenance plan. First Mistake. The Maintenance plan expired, Thank Goodness, because everytime I brought the car there, they found $300.00 to $500.00 of "Recommended Service", Mostly brakes & Tires that didn't need to be done or done for half the price at my local Mavis. I brought the car in for a defective seat warmer, replaced under Zurick plan, which was great, but for some reason they removed my tires and removed the balances. When I picked the car up late in the day, the car was basically undriveable. Had to leave it there to be fixed. Loner Car? Never even offered. Went in to have the sliding door fixed, not fixed properly. Brought back, and after being there all day, I CALLED, and they said didn't have the part. Why did it take so long to inform me? Explained that since I left my car instead of waiting for it, the priority is for customers who are waiting. ???? WTF does that mean. Just happy that my Zurick plan is effective in all Honda Dealers, because I won't be back. Fool me once shame on you, fool my twice or three or four times ..... shame on me !!! read more

Terrible service. My wife took her car for a oil change beginning of June. She has only ever brought her car to have serviced at Brewster Honda. Apparently they recently changed staff and they are terrible. It took 2 days to get a oil change and key programmed. They never bothered to call me or my wife to tell us when the car would be ready for pick up. The overweight guy working there tells us tire is bad needs to be replaced. Fine. We go to pick up the car, he keeps us waiting an hour before he bothers to help us, tells us he doesn't have the tire and the price went up $100. Fast forward a month my wife's car breaks down. We get it towed to Brewster Honda seeing as how they are the only ones who ever worked on her car and they tell us the alternator died out. The service guy John who was extremely pushy trying to sell my wife an extra $1,000 of work goes to tell my wife there's a leak in the oil line. Brewster Honda just changed the oil 1 month and they didn't see the leak??? I'm quite positive seeing as how their behavior was shady from the oil change that they broke the oil line and refused to admit it. To top it off they tell my wife she now needs 2 tires that are extremely bold. In a month 2 tires went extremely bold? My wife works 3 minutes from our house. The car is not driven long distance. And the woman manager just stares at you with a snarky look. Refuses to ask if everything is ok or try to resolve the issue. If you don't want your Honda having issues DO NOT EVER bring it to Brewster Honda. Terrible. Now I'm filing a complaint with head quarters. Terrible. read more

One star is giving a lot.... by far the WORST experience I've ever experienced. I bought a cpo car... breaks were warped the second I pulled out of the lot... tires were basically bald. When I called them to discuss this they stated there's no warranty on tires and they could check the breaks. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FOR LIFE! My family took me there to pick up his brand new car and we were treated so disrespectful by the manager. We left without signing the deal and he purchased the same car, same options from another dealer at lower price and lower financing rate. I was really surprise at the way the manager spoke, the tone of his voice and his body language. This dealer deserve 0 star rating. I recall many years ago, I took my dad there to dropped off his car for his scheduled service. For the entire day, no one bother to follow up with us until I call to check on the status in the afternoon. I was told his car will be ready by a certain time. We got there and realized no one has worked on the car. We just picked up the car and went to another repair shop. Obviously all these years, this readership has not improve. I will not advise anyone I know to this dealership after the verbal abuse I witnessed. read more
