From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, respected, and never pressured. Michael Rose was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all options, making sure everything was easy to understand and that we felt confident with every decision. Communication was excellent throughout -- timely, clear, and proactive -- and the entire process was handled efficiently without ever feeling rushed. The vehicle was delivered exactly as promised, in perfect condition, and exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out was the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall care shown during the entire transaction. It felt less like a typical car lease and more like working with someone who genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. If it were possible to give more than five stars, we absolutely would. This was one of the most seamless and stress-free leasing experiences we've ever had, and we would confidently recommend both Ford and Michael Rose to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Since it wasn't local, I didn't check it out right away--but as I neared the end of my search, I reached out, and I'm so glad I did! The customer service I received was outstanding--far better than anywhere else. We handled everything through email and phone, and within a week, I was picking up my new Jeep. The entire team--Ken (General Manager), Aaron (Salesperson), and Tim (Finance Manager)--made the process seamless. Every question was answered, and I had zero concerns walking into the dealership. I expected to spend three to four hours there, like at every other dealership I've visited, but I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Jeep. It was absolutely worth the drive and my time. Thank you to Ken, Aaron, Tim, and everyone at Meadowland of Carmel for making this one of the easiest, smoothest, and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had!

PSA for anyone shopping used Jeep Wranglers (especially 2012-2018 JKs with the 6-speed manual)…read more After 6+ months of hunting I finally found what looked like the unicorn: * 2017 JK Rubicon * 6-speed * Less than 32 k miles * one-owner, spotless CarFax. I drove 200+ miles to a NY dealership, test-drove it, and drove it home thinking I'd scored big. The reality, one week later: My trusted local Jeep dealer + a top-notch transmission shop both confirmed the same hidden issue-- Reverse gear pops out under load = NSG370 manual transmission needs replacement Cost of a reman unit + install? $5,000+ (and the part is often on back-order). FYI: this "reverse pop-out / synchro failure" is a known weak spot on 6-speed JKs and can show up well under 50 k miles. I fully expected 8-year-old wear items--ball joints, axle U-joints, etc.--and I'm fine upgrading those. But a stealth transmission failure on a 32 k-mile Rubicon? That's not routine maintenance. Take-aways for fellow Jeep shoppers Always get a pre-purchase inspection by a shop you trust--even if the dealer is 200 miles away. If you're buying a 2012-2018 6-speed JK, ask about reverse gear engagement and listen/feel for it popping out on a test drive. Budget or negotiate for a reman transmission if there's any doubt (Powertrain, Jasper, etc.). "CPO" or "great CarFax" does NOT guarantee the driveline hasn't been abused or band-aided. Not naming-and-shaming (yet), but I will say this dealership either missed the problem on trade-in...or sold it anyway. Buyer beware, friends--get it inspected before you sign.

When we saw online that they had a used Audi A3 diesel, my husband was excited because he's always liked those. We checked it out on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and could see it was very nice. Based on the Carfax report, it had also been well maintained. He contacted the dealer the next week and we made an appointment to test drive the car. Our sales rep was very nice and low pressure. We drove the car and liked it but had a set price in mind that they couldn't quite meet at the time, so we parted as friends and left it at that. A couple of days later, we got a call and they were able to get closer to our price and it seemed reasonable, so we went ahead and said "let's buy it". We were able to do most everything remotely, so we signed the purchase contract and sent the payment all via the internet. The only thing left to do was to pick up the car and sign the paperwork to get the registration/title paperwork done. It was fast and easy! I'm not sure how fast but I know that I didn't get to the train station in Brewster until 5:35 and then we drove to Danbury and signed the papers and were driving off in the car by 6:01, so that was pretty fast. Loved that there was no pressure for add-ons or being trapped in the room with some finance guy. Really a pleasant experience. The staff at the dealership was nice and they always have very interesting cars (I would have loved the BMW convertible but that was out of our price range!). We recommend Weeks Pre-Owned.

Nearly 10 months ago, I rented a vehicle from them that turned out to have expired registration and inspection. As a result, I received $250 worth of tickets--tickets that were entirely Enterprise's fault. Despite acknowledging the issue early on, they have refused to issue my refund for almost a year. What's worse, I've been ignored repeatedly--emails and calls go unanswered, and every time I manage to reach someone, I'm given the same empty promises or told to "resend documents" they've already had. To make matters worse, this entire ordeal unfolded during one of the most difficult periods of my life--I lost my father and had to move out of the area shortly after all this happened. Even so, I've tried time and time again to resolve the situation calmly and professionally. Instead, I've been met with complete indifference. Now, after months of silence, they're suddenly demanding copies of the tickets that I no longer have--tickets they should have record of, since the expired registration was their own violation. The lack of accountability, empathy, and customer care from Enterprise has been astounding. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to think twice. If this is how they treat loyal customers when their own negligence causes the problem, imagine how they'll handle anything else that goes wrong.
