I avoided this place for year because I was under the impression that it's just another bar. I was SO WRONG and sooooo happy to be! The food is hands down one of my favorites. Their menu is quite diverse and I have yet to try something I do not like. I have told so many people I know and the ones that knew of it, have gladly made fun of my silly thoughts while others are very happy new customers. The sandwiches are amazing!!!! There is some kind of cheesy/spicy crust (on the chicken ones) that's not overpowering but gives it a fantastic flavor. The artichoke dip has a layer of melted cheese on top that's my favorite. First time getting uber eats from Brewski's. I wish I would've dined in so it probably would've been better. But we got a whole lot of foods here since they have so many options on the menu. We got the sliders, mac and cheese, pernil tostones, boneless wings, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. All was pretty good. I would recommend the wings here, the korean bbq flavor was *chefs kiss* although I would prefer bone in but the boneless was tasty too. The mac and cheese was delicious but it was missing a bit of zing to it if you know what I mean. The pernil tostones was a mess to it, it's supposed to represent as sliders but the pernil should've been shredded instead of a big ole chunk. The mozzarella sticks were cold when it got to us so i wouldn't recommend taking out for that and the onion rings. We accidentally ordered the BLT sliders which is a total miss. There's like one piece of bacon and a big piece of lettuce on a sweet bun, I would pass this next time. Overall, food here was pretty good and I would for sure return to try others. read more

I've been coming to this restaurant for a while now and it has not disappointed. The food is great, the drinks are awesome, and the staff are excellent. Never felt like I didn't belong and also a family friendly spot. The rear covered garden area is a nice treat to still eat out but inside. They have local bands that play on certain nights and are always updating their menu items. They have started doing breakfast and it is on point. I came here back in 2020, during the heart of the pandemic, and I enjoyed myself so much; it was outside, the drinks, and the food was good. It seemed like they were taking precautions during COVID. I am so disappointed with my recent visit. The first thing that I always speak about is safety precautions. What are they acting like now that NYS has opened up? Wait staff are not wearing masks! Do you know how many people they are serving in a single day? Just because you have the vaccine, does not mean that you CANNOT get COVID, and it does not mean that you CANNOT pass it to others. But they jumped at the chance for the Governor to say it's time to take off the masks. You don't know who has been vaccinated, and who has not. But they were just prancing around, talking in everyone's faces, and not taking ANY precautions whatsoever. I revisited here again last week because I felt so safe in the summer of 2020. I WILL NEVER, go here again the ignorance is astonishing to me. The food - mediocre. Not what I remember. Wings tasted like burnt wood. The fish and chips made me sick to my stomach - the fish was soggy, and undercooked. The fries were hard and overcooked. Burger, undercooked, and absolutely disgusting! Tables = DIRTY!!!! Like they hadn't been wiped down in a week. The problem is, that I saw the wait staff cleaning the table right before I sat down. Must have been with the dirtiest rag that they could find. Filthy. I always spray with Lysol and wipe down my table and chair. SO MUCH DIRT was on my wipe!!!! I have been to restaurants lately - and this is the first time this happens to me. As a matter of fact, restaurants are taking so much precaution, that they are using paper over their tables, and changing it for every patron, just like a doctors office would do! And even though the states have opened up, the employees are STILL caring for their clients/themselves, and wearing masks. Brewski's - YOU have a lot of work to do for the care of your customers. I'm sure that you will have the regulars that go in there, and don't care. But you can't live off of great drinks in a Capri Sun knock off pouch. I have to say for years I spoke highly about this place. I supported them heavily during the pandemic even when they didn't allow you to dine in or even stand in a certain area when picking up a to-go order without showing the vax card. Despite feeling like feeling like you were diseased and having to stand outside in cold weather, I still gave them my business because i understood they were under strict orders... In the last two years I've been so disappointed. The quality of food and service has heavily decreased. I can't even explain to you how disgusting the food has been. I wouldn't order the tacos or boneless wings that are NOT boneless wings. They need to change the menu name. They are large pieces of cut up chicken that's salty and dry. Those two items shouldn't be on the menu. It makes me so sad. For 2 plus years I have had bad experiences and this is my first time leaving a review. When you walk in they tell you, you can sit anywhere but if you don't walk towards the kitchen to let the waitress know you're there you'll sit there for 45 minutes waiting for someone. (Waitress older lady is always a sweetheart) If you are going to order from there I'll suggest tater tot's (if they aren't saturated with oil and being reheated) burgers or the short rib grilled cheese has remained somewhat consistent. Good and comfortable sports bar. Came upon this place on a Sunday in which is wasn't too crowded. There was ample room to sit. You can sit at the bar or at one of the many tables. The menu was decent and I went to my usual choice of a bacon cheeseburger deluxe - which was made just fine. There are plenty of TV's around - some had a game and others had mma, so you have options. There is a stage, so other activities go on here, though I'm not sure what. I'm assuming they have live bands, but I really don't know. I'd gladly come back here to find out. Staff was friendly and decent. If there is a weakness, it's the drinks. The mixed drinks are watered down and weak. I ordered a vodka cranberry and it was basically cranberry juice with perhaps a splash of vodka. Someone with me ordered a Long Island Ice Tea which tasted more like actual iced tea than an alcoholic beverage. I'm not sure if it's the inexperience of the particular bartender that night or just the way they do things there, but I'd request to make it strong if need be. Parking is street parking. You could probably find spots on most nights, but Friday and Saturday in the area can be busy, so parking might not be as easy. Overall a fun place with some options and one I'd return to anytime. read more

Went to see The guys from the 2nd floor perform and they were terrific last night!!! Unfortunately after a long day and fasting anticipated eating at brewskis because I love their food. Kitchen was closed on a Saturday at 9:30pm. That was disappointing but the ambience is always gorg, the service is never good you're always ignored or pass along before being serviced but after so many years of coming to this place I'm use to it. Recommended to check this place out for the music. Quite a large bar with good choice of beers and snack food. Band played a good selection of oldies type music. Only problem here was the sounds system turned up way too loud and sound distorted. Sound way too loud to enjoy any sort of conversation. Brewski's is great. I live in Queens and have stopped by many times when I was close by seeing a friend or coming back from work somewhere upstate. The beers are cold and fresh, the drinks are nice, the food is great and the staff is awesome. The prices are very fair as well. You'll always have a good time here and be glad you stopped by. I came by recently (my first visit since covid started) and we sat in the back. It's a really nice set up back there. We downed way too many vodka sodas (they're served in neat plastic pouches similar to Capri Sun). We tried the fried zucchini app (it's different, but good) and split a truffle mac n cheese and cheeseburger for dinner. The mac n cheese was solid and the burger was damn near great. Came here on a date last night. Not a fan of this place at all. Unless you're a local that goes often, you're invisible and the bartenders will not pay attention to you. The barback was more attentive in getting to assist me for ordering a drink through the bartender. I ordered a basket of chicken fingers and fries and the waitress brought the food over with no napkins or anything else---- table service also was not within their vocabulary. Would definitely not return. Dive bar feel with a bunch of locals. If you're a Yankee Fan, you may find some future Bros to watch a game with since it was like a sausage fest. I would recommend to people that live near by and want to watch sports on a huge flat screen tv as there is multiple. Not a fan of the food here. I just ate their breakfast sandwich and it was underwhelming. I ended up tossing the fried egg because I hate sunny side up and yolks and thought it would be soft scrambled. I made my own scrambled egg and scraped off the yolk on the bread. The cheese wasn't melted so I melted that myself. The French toast sticks don't taste made in house, but they were ok if you like the ones that come from the box you'll like them. The hash browns were way too hard to enjoy, they were like chips they were fried so hard. I never had a hash brown that could snap in half like that before.
