The hostess was amazing -- friendly, warm, and genuinely accommodating. I ordered the curry chicken salad wrap, which was absolutely delicious -- flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The pesto macaroni salad on the side was just as impressive. Before leaving, I picked up a ginger scone to go. Later that evening in my Burlington hotel, I made a cup of tea and enjoyed that scone -- and it was fantastic. Moist, flavorful, and the perfect end to a travel day. On the second visit, I arrived here around 9:15 am and ordered breakfast takeout. I ordered a BYO French Omelette ($12 plus tax) with baked tofu and Swiss cheese, with tater tots and Portuguese muffin. My ordered was ready to in about 10 minutes. I grabbed packets of ketchup and hot sauce on the way out. I already picked up my coffee nearby before stopping here. The omelette was a fluffy folded egg filled with tofu and melted Swiss cheese. The golden tater tots were hot and crisp. The sweet Portuguese muffin was toasted and buttered. Overall, this breakfast was fairly filling to eat and I was all set for the day ahead of driving over Hogback to NY.

Very friendly and easy to chat with. A local fund raiser raffle was going on in the back of the shop and a Jazz group is scheduled to perform later in the day. Artwork on the walls by a local photographer is for sale. A price list is on the sofa table if interested. A display at the end of the counter offers locally made cards for sale. Comfy sofa and arm chairs fill the front of the shop by the picture windows. Tables and seats the back area and potted plants are scattered throughout. Coffee is sourced from Dean's Beans, an organic coffee roaster, employee owned company in Orange, MA.
