I waited so long for a strawberry açai refresher, 10 people behind me got there drink before me and one of the ordered the same thing as me and got it before me. I want to start by saying I truly respect and appreciate the staff at this Starbucks location. I know how hard they work, and I've had many positive experiences here. On most days, their service is efficient, however, Friday seemed to be an off day--possibly due to being short-staffed? I placed a mobile order for a grande drink at 9:20AM and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I ended up being early and waited inside the store, but my drink wasn't ready until 10:15AM. While I understand delays happen and everyone has tough days, waiting about 50 minutes for a single drink felt excessive. It also appeared that the drive-thru orders were being prioritized over in-store pickups, which made the wait even more frustrating. Again, I recognize and value the efforts of the team, but I hope this feedback can be helpful in improving consistency and balance between drive-thru and in-store service. read more

Me and my friend went into Starbucks to get coffee and a refresher, I got a vt icd coffee and my friend got a md pink drink. Keep in mind when we got there at 2:00 and immediately ordered as no one was there so tell me why when no one is there my coffee took 10 minutes and her pink drink took 25 minutes, it was 2:30 by the time we left. read more

Starbucks has recently undergone quite a makeover that being said we walk in to a clearly irritated staff. A gentleman walked by in a not too clean starbucks t shirt and walked off to the gents passing dirty counters both where coffee orders are placed and at the entrance. Windows smeared,bin dirty, floors messy. Everything out on the counters, empty shekves and messy stock .Yes the covid has made staff scarce. There were 5 staff and not one cleaning up in the good 12 mins we were there. No one minds waiting for something good when staff are cheery and the place nice and clean. We stopped in here one morning before a business meeting to get caffeinated! I ordered a Grande dark roast coffee with room for cream, my coworker ordered a Grande Mocha. This is a tough one, love the bevs and the staff are great but the layout and cleanliness is disappointing. Thy recently changed a majority of the furniture inside. It's nice, but not conducive to studying or using a laptop. There used to be a large countertop with outlets in it... now it's gone and been replaced with 3 tiny high tops(with no plugs in them). There also used to be a bar top that overlooked the server station, this also had outlets on it. This is also gone. Please if you can not replace the furniture at least add additional outlets for computer usage. The bathrooms and counters are also always a mess. I find myself pushing in chairs and cleaning counter tops while the baristas seem none the wiser. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to!!! In the past 2 weeks of my travels around the North East I have been collecting the "been there" cups. We have bought over 15 cups and countless beverages and food items in the past 10 days. We walked in stood in front of the empty cash register (no customers were inside) after what felt like over a minute (I'm sure it wasn't that long) we were greeted and told that someone would be right with us. I stop at the Keene Starbucks on West Street quite often when I'm traveling through the area. This Starbucks store with drive thru is the best Starbucks in New Hampshire, IMO! The layout here is fairly spacious & clean with ample seating and tables and two unisex restrooms adjacent to the glass entrance doors. This store was formerly a Taco Bell many years ago. This location offers the full menu of hot coffee & tea drinks, lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, macchiatos, iced drinks, and frappuccinos, plus a selection of cold bottled drinks, sweets & baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, snacks, but this location does not offer salads (logistical reasons). This store has a CLOVER MACHINE, which is a plus! Ground coffee and cups/mugs sold here too. I always go inside the store to order my drinks. I like to enjoy my coffee and take advantage of the free wifi. If I finish my coffee while I'm in the store, I can get a free coffee refill with my Starbucks Rewards Card or app. The staff here is friendly and well trained with very efficient and prompt service. I usually order a Grande Hot Coffee, sometimes I order Pike, or Dark Roast (depending on the blend of the day). I may decide to go after a Tall Hot Blonde instead. 30 minute wait for a coffee. There was 10 people waiting for their orders inside while mobile orders (with no customer in sight) and drive through orders being prioritized. Employees are pretty and lax and not in any sort of rush to get orders compete. This Starbucks needs better management structure and a faster system to complete orders in a timidly fashion. I used to come and work from this location during the week quite frequently and loved the atmosphere and staff. I would literally sit there all day and do work and buy multiple things during each visit. Today was a disappointment though, and it's not the first time since reopening from COVID. The staff doesn't seem all that friendly, it's not as clean as it previously had been and the music is super loud (even when asking to have it turned down a few times - someone would turn it down and then it would go back up in a short time). In addition, the drive thru has been taking forever to get through and more often than not, my order hasn't been correct (I have not complained about this because the time to get it corrected would have me there for almost an hour in most cases, and I don't have the time). I'm pretty bummed because I can't rely on coming in to work from this location any more. I hope things get better as I'd love to have this as a reliable source for great drinks and pleasant atmosphere. read more

I want to give a shout-out to Ashlyn at the Keene Starbucks for saving me a moment of utter disappointment. There's nothing like the feeling one gets when going up to the counter, ordering your favorite drink, and then being told it's been pulled. That is a unique disappointment. Fortunately, when I ordered an Irish cream cold brew yesterday, Ashlyn was kind and thoughtful enough to let me know that the drink had been pulled and would no longer be available when their supply of it was gone. So I had my Irish cold cream in hand as she was telling me that. Big consolation prize. Of course, I was disappointed but it was not of the order of an "utter" disappointment. Service is good and the lattes are always made to perfection but what I like most is the large seating area. Unlike most Starbucks, this location is fairly large and you can almost always find a place to enjoy that cup o joe and connect to the free wi-fi. I would suggest avoiding the drive-thru as they tend to be a bit slow and don't always hear your order correctly. Take the extra few minutes to park and go inside to place your order. read more

Quality find en route to Portsmouth. This Starbucks provides a coffee bar for regulars to engage with baristas and center placement of creamers, etc. an easy find rather than a search and find. We frequent this Starbucks on a weekly basis. Mandy and Todd are our favorite baristas. It is well managed. The coffee is always tasty (not burnt!) and consistently made well. Drive thru is clutch when you have 2 under 3 years old. The baristas are pleasant and even give our children a friendly hello. They used to have all the stars to me barely any mess ups and wait time was tolerable. Now it seems every time I order something I have to go back and have it remade. For example today I ordered my usual everyday drink a simple venti Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel drizzle and extra whip. Today though I threw in a WARMED banana nut bread, you think the bread was warmed? No and by the time I got my fraps they were all melted but the lady still gave them to me. You know what they do put all the extra Carmel on a normal amount of whip that is disgusting to me to have the Carmel all in one spot instead of some around the cup then on the whip. There's also one lady there who is the rudest person ever she glares and always wants to rush you out as soon as possible as if you bring there is an inconvenience to her. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE - I was in line for, get this, THIRTY minutes while the barista explained flavor shots to an incompetent customer named Janice. When it was finally my turn to order, I eagerly approached the counter, with a hankering for a chai latte. Expectantly, I looked to the barista with a smile. Unfortunately, I was met with nothing but contempt -the two baristas were blatantly ignoring me AND the customer behind me while they gabbed about lack of tips - TALK ABOUT IRONY! When they took my order after five more minutes of me standing at the counter, they proceeded to make the drink at their own pace, meaning I was waiting for another ten minutes. When they finally called it out, I didn't even know it was mine - they got my name completely wrong. As I was rushing to get out, I was rear ended by someone racing out of the employee parking space in a white Chevy truck. My Prius sustained PERMANENT DAMAGE. I go to this location all the time. I never had a bad experience until last night. My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks which the server repeated correctly to us through the speaker. When we got to the window I was first handed my girlfriend's drink which was a smaller size than I ordered. I stated this and he replied politely and remade it. However when it came back it was filled almost entirely with ice and had a huge clump of unmixed matcha at the bottom and soy milk instead of coconut milk, which we didn't realize until after we left. And although the wrong milk was not a big problem for us, it certainly could be for someone with a soy allergy. Next I was handed my drink which was also the wrong size. When I informed the barista of this she did not reply but instead ripped the drink out of my hand and aggressively threw it in the trash in view of my car. I could understand if she was feeling stressed because it was busy but it was clearly not. We could see from the window that there was no line inside and there were no cars behind us. I should not have to pay for a service where I have to deal with someone with an attitude problem. It was incredibly rude and frankly it's really put me off of this location. read more
