Great location on the boardwalk overlooking the water. I tried their own brew, which was good. There was live music on a Thursday evening, however the singer was singing country/western - Reggae would have been more fun. Moderate prices. Friendly waitresses.

Was able to snag two seats at the top floor bar on a Friday evening. The water view from the deck is amazing, even in the dark. Our bartender was young and friendly. There were several locals at the bar with us and he seemed to have a good report with them. I had the bushwhacker and it was the perfect after dinner drink. It was smooth and sweet and reminded me of a milkshake. I also ordered the hummus plate with mixed vegetables and pita. The hummus was pretty bland, to be honest. The pita and vegetables tasted fresh, though I didn't eat the sliced onions or bell peppers. Would definitely recommend for a fun cocktail on the water. They have crab races on Wednesdays!

Wonderful view right on the board walk. The mahi tacos were good & not fishy, but a little dry. Service was consistent. The beer was on the warmer side.

I ordered the oysters and a burger and yall!! I've never seen so many oysters in my life!! They had this bowl full of curry flavored oysters! If getting the oysters and not sharing (or sharing but no one goes eats as many as you) don't get an entree as we were stuffed!! Our server was very attentive, being right on the water made for a lovely afternoon.

Spent St. Patty's Day Parade day here! So much fun, the band (No problemo) on the water. Next day went back for drinks. Steven made me a peanut colada and man oh man was it amazing! He even added chocolate and made it a peanut chocolate colada! Def going back and getting another!

basic bar food (burgers, sandwiches and salads) but great cocktails and location on the boardwalk to people watch, shop and watch a sunset. We had fun at the crab races Wednesday at 5pm (pick your own hermit crabs for $3 each and have them race others!). Really nice staff and yummy drinks while we cheered them on!

First night here in STX and I can't recommend the peanut colada enough! This is a cool little bar to sit at on the boardwalk and watch the evening go by. Lots of random wildlife, strangers, and a beautiful view to look at! They were unfortunately out of quite a few of the menu items when we got there at 5:30 on a Monday, so I'd plan on an earlier dinner if you have your heart set on something. I had the fish of the day - not local mahi - it was ok but nothing to write home about. My daughter's build your own bowl was quite good. I would come back again for drinks and apps. Our server was great; everyone we talked to was quite friendly and welcoming.

Great atmosphere cool vibe and soft island music in the background. As a visitor of the island and seeing the new renovations this place is going to stand the test of time and become a go to place on the water. Staff was friendly and attentive. We can for the wings and some beers and then people watched. We also went for the crab races and that was a lot of fun to enjoy some visitors and locals. Big Fan!

This is a nice bar/restaurant located in the heart of Christiansted, along the board walk, overlooking the water. They have seating on the boardwalk, bar seating and open air dining room seating available to eat. They have a couple of televisions above the bar and music playing throughout. There is also an upper level to the place that looks like a reception area or a dance floor. I can imaging that the view from up there is amazing. There is a dead end street right off of the restaurant that has a few spots, but they are premium real estate and hard to come by. I have seen the police ticket cars illegally parked in this area a few times. There is free street parking within a reasonable walking distance that is also available. You may have to be patient and/or park a little further out during peak times. You will find a spot though. They have a full service bar and an abbreviated menu packed with items such as salads, fish, burgers, wings, pasta, pork chops, and shrimp. I sat in the bar area overlooking the water. They seemed a bit overwhelmed and I had to do much of the servers job like go to the bar and get my menu and place my order there as well. I ordered the fish tacos with fries. It took about 30 minutes for me to get my food and I found it funny that a couple that ordered the same thing that I did, but came much later, got their food before me. Anyway, When I got my food, it was luke warm at best, as if it was sitting back in a kitchen for a while, waiting for them to bring it out to me. It tasted decent, but I could not get over how cool it was. I will admit that it was a decent amount of food though and that the tacos were packed. I also got a Lime in da Coconut, which was also subpar. It was very watery and had small chunks of ice in it. I also did not get a straw (not to drink it per se, but at least to mix it up). I had such high hopes for this place and really wanted to like this place more. However, my experience was not the best. I had sub par service, non-excitable food and blah drinks. I do think that this place could easily be a 4 star joint with a few corrections.

Brew STX is a great place to sit by the water and watch the water and boats and people watch as well. They know they're there as a one time tourist stop, and prices and service reflect it. It's overpriced, even for its location and service is lacking. There are other places along the water I'd try first.

Fish tacos and fries were delicious. Server was good and attentive. It was super hot this day maybe add some more fans near the bar. Would definitely visit again.

This place has excellent food. We ordered a lobster and it was definitely delicious. The drinks were good and the atmosphere is great; the bar is cool. It seems our server was having a bad day because he was crappy, even though we were always kind to him. We were told afterwards that aparently the servers have been always crappy in this place and guests have complained about it.

Super spicy hot sauce for your food!

Stopped here to add some beers to my untapped collection to find we had really great service and really amazing food!!! Shelby our server made sure we were taking care of all night giving us great beers and we also got to enjoy some mahi tacos, which I highly recommend!! We also got to try some very over-the-top spicy hot sauce at the table give this place a shot the view of the bay and the chill out experience is absolutely worth it.!!! Support local businesses this place is a great stop on the boardwalk!!!

The only thing good I can say is the view of the ocean is beautiful. Food was like gas station nachos. Service sucks also.

Run away. You're better off tossing the food into the water for the tarpon than eating here.

We sat at a high top in front of the bar and were greeted immediately. I had the espresso martini and it was sweet and frothy and garnished with shredded chocolate bits. It was the perfect dessert drink. Trevor answered some questions we had about the island and was prompt and pleasant through checkout. Wished we could've gotten over there a few more times during our trip.

Once your eyes have adjusted, you can start reading the truly extensive cocktail menu. There are both classic tiki and newer creations available, and during happy hour, some of the simpler drinks (like Mai Tais) are discounted. If you are new to tiki, you might get frustrated with some of the service times, but each drink can be so complex, they take a little longer than your average rail to make (but it's worth it for the layered flavors). Breaker's Roar is my favorite bar in Christiansted, and it is great either as a first drink of the night spot, or as a final hurrah. I have never had a bad drink from them, and I don't even have a favorite, everything I have tried is so delicious. Each drink also comes in a carefully selected vessel, and that id definitely part of the equation in placing an order. The last time we went, there was also a small bites menu that was a pleasant surprise. We liked the two plates we tried, but already had dinner reservations. Next time we go back, we plan to eat a full meal. This place is a must if you are on the boardwalk!

My son ordered the wings, my cousin ordered the cheesy garlic bread (I believe that's what it's called), and I had the Cruzan Confusion. The wings were good, though I personally would've liked them fried a bit harder. The garlic cheesy bread was also good, and my drink was enjoyable as well. One issue we experienced was with the billing. We were a party of three, but my son and I were on one bill while my cousin was on a separate bill. The waitress provided two clipboards, yet the charges were still mixed up and placed on the wrong bills. Although she corrected it, it wasn't an easy fix. Additionally, the wait time to receive and pay the bill was longer than expected. It did get busy, and it seemed like the waitress struggled a bit with multitasking. On a positive note, the ambience is really nice. As shown in my photo, you can see the water while seated, which adds to the overall experience. Will I return? I'm not sure, as I'm only back home in St. Croix for a week and want to try other spots. However, if you're on the island, it's still worth checking out.
