Came by during lunch since I work in the same shopping center. I didn't have much time so I ordered a quick iced chai with oatmilk. It was mediocre at best and large looked like a standard 12 oz instead of a 24 oz so I was disappointed with that. It was incredibly watered down. I would like to try their food next time though because it smelled really fragrant when I entered the establishment. Service was really good hence the 4 stars especially because I didn't have much time for lunch.

Coffee here is spot on. I have had cappuccinos, lattes and regular black coffee. I love their breakfast burritos, portobello mushroom sandwich as well the quesadillas. Staff is kind and the ambiance is cute. They also have outdoor seating. It's a cute cozy place.

They've got a full menu, breakfast, sandwiches, burgers. A good selection of seasonal house-made syrups, tasty matcha, and Counter Culture espresso and coffee. The decor feels a little like fast food or TGIFs, but there's enough seating to find a space to wfh. The staff is very friendly, gave some good recommendations, and was enthusiastic about sharing info on their offerings. This spot has a nice laid back vibe, and it's easy to get to with plenty of parking. Not my kind of place, but if you're nearby, check it out.

Yummy! We stopped in for a quick lunch. I had a wonderful portobello sandwich that was bigger than I expected and was amazing. I don't know why I was surprised it was cold, and while I think it would have been better warmed on a panini press I would definitely order this again. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Limited seating available in this small space, but we were able to grab a spot without waiting.

We order 2 burritos breakfasts, avocado toast, chocolate donuts, a cappuccino and some juices. The place was packed. Overall was a great find. The cappuccino was great!

I FINALLY came here after seeing the lines, crowds, etc. I came here when it was once known as mug'n'muffin (?), could've been different ownership. The shopping center itself is EXTREMELY busy...always, so I would assume parking can be hard to find. I love everything about the interior. The ceilings are high, cool decorations, fans for when it gets too hot/crowded. There is plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The staff taking orders were very friendly...even the customers seemed friendly. We came on a Sunday morning, so it was very busy...now we know better!! The baristas were keeping up with the drinks, but the wait time was a little too long to wait for the drinks. They have the basic espresso/tea drinks, but also sell ice cream and different beers. I mostly saw people ordering the hot/drink beverages. They had a small display of pastries, which didn't look terribly fresh. They also have a decent food menu with wraps, sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc. I ordered a small [hot] oat milk latte with the seasonal toasted coconut syrup...which was definitely pricey ($7.42), but delicious. Unfortunately, when my drink was ready and they called my name, one of the other customers ran up and grabbed it, only to realized he grabbed the wrong drink...my drink haha. I didn't want to interrupt them, but didn't want to wait another 10 minutes, so I politely let the barista know someone accidentally took my drink, if they can please remake it for me, as I showed my receipt showing the order. They made the drink and apologized for the mix-up, as did the other customer who grabbed my drink lol. Would I return? Yea probably, if I am in the area and want to grab a hot espresso beverage or try the mac'n'cheese.

I did a carry out order on a Sunday around 1pm and it was pretty busy inside. My food was fresh and delicious. I did have to wait a bit for the food, but it was worth it. There is inside seating and a few spots by the coffee bar area. Definitely a nice spot to get some work done or chat with friends.

Needed a place to get a tea and get a little work done while family had another event down the street. Let's dive in with Pros and Cons. Pros: very friendly staff, quick service, great selection of teas and coffees of course. Lightning fast internet, was able to get some work done. Very clean, staff hustles to clean up after people. Cons: too small, felt people were all on top of me, I get it working with the space they have, not my thing. In between Pros and Cons: only 1 muffin choice? and not heated up, nope. I like adding my own milk, they do it here. Not a place to linger, just not a lot of seating and way too noisy. Anyway, fine place, not great, not bad.

This is a local coffee shop that is much needed in a growing suburb that has plenty of chains. Support local when you can and at Brew Birds, it's easy to do so with its welcoming setting, friendly staff and solid drinks. Located in a small business strip, Brew Birds doesn't have the largest of spaces; however, that doesn't stop those from visiting. We visited on a Monday morning and the place was packed, with many patrons sipping and dining inside among friends. I loved how lively the place was. I ordered a drip coffee and an iced dirty chai latte, which were both solid. The menu features a lot of different caffeinated beverages, as well as taps for something boozy. There's also a food menu and merchandise for sale. I'll have to come back to hang out and explore more of what Brew Birds offers. But from what I can tell so far, it's a good, neighborhood cafe.

Formerly Mug & Muffin now a nice neighborhood fast coffee and lunch break in Aldie VA! Service is quick, you go up put your order in then they call your name or bring it to your table if you happen to snag one. Small inside but plenty enough bench seating and some high top, and wide outdoor area seating great during warmer weather. It's run like a diner or dive vibe and cool. Small assortment of wines including bubbly allows more options than just coffee or non alcoholic beverage. Wine ranges from $8-14 a glass, also available by bottle! Only gripe I have is not having proper stem on those wine glasses or flutes for my bubbly or mimosa! Options for food from omelette to sandwiches and salads. Prices reasonable from $7-20... Overall 3.5!

I was looking for a new cafe to visit near Ashburn and decided to visit Brew Birds. From the outside, it looks like a really small cafe but it has a lot of seating inside! Finding a table however, can be tough. My friend and I got lucky that a table opened up the second our food was ready. I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and my friend ordered the Italian breakfast wrap. Both of them looked really small but it filled us up so quick. I also noticed their board with the seasonal syrups on it and they made me a latte with one of them. The latte was so smooth and tasty! I will definitely be back for breakfast!

Good coffee but food is meh. Wouldn't come here to eat. The best thing I've had is the coffee cake, it's to die for!!!

Silent Wings is a Coffee Brown Ale from Honor Brewing out of Sterling, Virginia. As a veteran myself, I have a massive amount of respect for this veteran-owned local outfit. The brew is excellent--smooth and flavorful with a distinct coffee profile. While it was delicious in April, the flavor profile strikes me as a perfect fit for a fall or winter evening. I'll definitely be looking to stock up on this again once the weather cools down. I may never make it out to Sterling but will keep an eye out for the brew!

Our group hung out outside, where they have a large area with campfire pods, which was really nice since it was a little chilly that night. I'm not much of a beer drinker, so I appreciated that they had non-beer options on the menu along with non-alcoholic drinks as well. Emily did an awesome job taking care of our party, especially since we were a pretty large group celebrating a birthday. I'd definitely recommend getting the s'mores basket (it was a big hit with everyone). My mojito was pretty good too. One thing I'd mention is that it's probably better to order directly through your server or at the bar instead of using the QR code ordering system. We tried ordering drinks through the QR code and they never came out, even after waiting around 30 minutes. Thankfully, Emily saved the day and got everything sorted out for us.

Dark woods, colored lights stickers, TV playing, music going and the vats for brewing. Walked up and took a seat at the empty bar, arriving minutes after they opened on a Monday. Looked at the tap menu, as well as can for sale. My sister ordered a lemon lime cider and I decided on a Polvo Pils. After that trip to Prague, I will always search out a good pilsner. Ocelot had a wonderful pilsner, served properly. I followed this up with Little Black Book. Can you ever go wrong with a nitro tap beer? The answer is no. So, after two rounds, I was impressed with the beer, definitely better than what I had tasted the previous days. The beertender was attentive, the decor was somewhat eclectic, lots of colored lights strung from the ceiling. Barrels against the wall, as the main beer hall opened up to the production side of the establishment. The pinball room was awesome, wall to wall pinball machines, light flashing, looked like it would really be a happening place at quitting time. All in all it was the best beer experience I had while visiting. Would recommend a stop if you don't want to battle traffic out of IAD at the wrong time of day.

I have had a consistent issue with the fruit section. Specifically the red grapes and strawberries. Although this is my first time writing a review, I have been tempted to return the product on several occasions. Last night, my wife and I wanted fruit to compliment our dinner. After looking at the selection and not finding a flaw, I decided on Good4U Bi Color Seedless Grapes and Mathis Farms Strawberries Fraises. I heard my wife scream as she opened the container to find mold covering the red grapes (including the stem). If that wasn't enough, she found molded strawberries just under the ripe ones across the top. This is easily becoming habit forming because I have ran into this time and time again. Your competitor a few blocks away isn't any better so I choose HT. Do I need to now travel to Wegmans to get fresh, edible fruit? What can be done to better my experience so that I can continue being a valued customer? Prices of food are high enough as it is. I want to not put my family at risk by eating molded produce. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On a lighter note. I always have the best customer service experience with manager Tom who assisted me last evening and (Maria?) the cashier.
