Right away I will say we enjoyed it here more than in The thinkery! I am referring to a toddler…read more I think the set up and various stations are just perfect for safe and fun play time. For 1,5 hours we were able to go through entire place without any rush and issues. The fun part that register has scanning light and makes beeping noise. And they use reusable bags for shopping. Musical instruments are also available and they even have x-ray machine in doctors cabinet. 3 clean bathrooms on site and diaper changing room are available. My little one cried, she did not want to leave. I let her explore outside in outdoor kitchen. Toys are in a good condition and all is well organized and in order. Ticket cost is only $6 per person, makes it affordable to come as often as possible. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back. For someone who gave only 1 star just for parking, I was able to park easily right in front of entrance on Wednesday afternoon. No problem. Even though plenty parking around the area. For someone who mentioned that staff was reminding to keep toys organized and in order, I was told only once when purchasing tickets and no reminders. Maybe because I was constantly behind kids and helping them to put everything back. Perfect time to teach them to clean up after themselves. If anything the mother who's kid was quite loud did not take any actions.

We did call ahead to make sure they were open and there were spots to play. I showed online you could reserve time, which is nice if you're trying to make sure your kiddo can get some playtime in. The space is pretty perfect for small parties/groups. The staff was nice and greeted us when we walked in. We absolutely loved the option of having a coffee/snacks while our toddler played around. There are tables and chairs to sit and hang out. Don't forget to bring your own socks! They do have some for purchase but still nice to keep in mind. The toys are all pretty nice and in good shape. We really liked that it's nice for toddlers that are still learning to walk on their own which was one big reason for us to check this place out. They have one bathroom with a changing table! They also have their own parking lot but there are a ton of free spaces a cross the street too which is convenient.

There's a dedicated room with adorable little chairs for the kids, while the adults stand. The space accommodates up to 20 toddlers comfortably. The staff are incredibly helpful--they assist with portioning food, serving lunch, and cutting the cake. There's also a giant playground designed with various textures, stairs, and spaces suited for different developmental stages. I really appreciated that the staff diligently wipe down everything between each group--such an important touch! Adults are welcome inside but must wear socks, just like the kids. The two-hour party time flies by, making it the perfect venue for a fun-filled celebration. Parking is available on the street or in a small lot with about 10-15 spots. While you bring your own food and cake, they do sell coffee and snacks on-site.

The line to get in on the weekend can get pretty long with people filling out waivers, but the staff is friendly and keeps it moving. Once inside, there is a huge playscape that you don't feel nervous about kids getting a little lost in due to the careful stamping at the door that ensures no children leave without an adult in their party. The areas inside the playscape are large enough for adults climb around in if you need to chase them down too. There are arcade type games at the back which you need a cash loaded card to play. The little bowling lanes are a favorite in the gaming area. The kids win tickets in the arcade and can take home prizes. There is a toddlers area too for under a certain height that our little guys are finally getting kicked out of. They miss racing their little cars on the ramps that they have in there. The rainbow dipping dots are our traditional treat for right before we head home. This place definitely wears them out!

Due to there age and their guidelines we knew this would be the last time, or so we thought. The staff informed me that because one of them was 15 and the other was 12 , that they were not allowed in. Their guidelines state that a 15 year old can still come in if accompanied by a sibling under 13 years of age. The manager told me to My face that this was there policy, but they were still not allowed in. Broke my heart to see them being turned away. We had many good memories there with the kids. So sorry that the last one had to be sour. Mt. Playmore you all are better than that. No ma'am you were misinformed, my daughter will be 13 on September 3rd. This would have been our last visit. Even stated so on the waivers we filled out. Your staff was told this and they still refused our children.
