I almost lived here but my job last minute changed I was moved to Chino Hills last minute. This review is solely on my tour experience and walking the grounds. If my job hadn't relocated me I would have for sure lived here. I left the deposit, toured the grounds with Amanda and had a cool one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer and new flooring ready to go! On top of the spacious and clean apartment, I was super impressed with the amenities there: Full gym with heavy dumbbells and free weights and cardio equipment, nice pool, tennis courts, a business center, and a community center you could rent out for events. Very clean and nice complex. Everyone I saw was chill or just walking their dog. They also have a taco truck that comes out regular too! The apartments have all mostly been redone with the flooring and walls. I was sold on it as soon as I walked in. The main office even has drinks and snacks for you AND your pets when you come to stop in and visit. Super cool. Amanda was also very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She showed me three different units and they were all awesome. Lastly what REALLY IMPRESSED ME: was the new Nova system they use to verify income. Omg total game changer for whenever I go in the future to apply for an apartment. Gone are the days of printing bank statements and showing tax returns and pay stubs. Such a hassle to do all that. The Nova system can literally verify your income in 2 minutes. Crazy! 2 minutes. 2 minutes isn't good in most scenarios lol but in this one it is! They popped out my annual gross income by simply checking my bank app and approved my income on the spot. If you're thinking of moving in the area definitely consider Breve. I lived at Breve Park for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. From the start, Amanda in the leasing office made everything easy and welcoming when we toured and signed our lease. Over time, there were a few changes in management, but always for positive reasons, and it never impacted the community in a negative way. The community itself is great. There's a nice mix of families and college students, and the neighbors were never an issue. It's a gated property with the entrance open during the day (6am-6pm) and closed overnight, requiring a gate remote for access, which gave an added sense of security. The apartments come with kitchen appliances as well as a stacked washer and dryer, which was really convenient. There are also community laundry rooms throughout the property for washing larger items, and they use a simple app-based payment system. It's also a very pet-friendly community, with a small gated dog park and dog stations with bags throughout the property. The amenities are well kept--tennis court, pickleball court, and even three fire pits that are perfect for relaxing. Maintenance was always quick to respond and flexible with scheduling, which made life a lot easier. Rent is on the higher side, but the amenities, events, and quick maintenance response make it worth it. One of my favorite parts of living here was the sense of community. Every Friday evening, there's a taco man, plus a rotation of food trucks during the week. During the holidays, the property hosts events for Halloween and Christmas, including patio decorating contests that are always fun to see. They even do a March Madness bracket contest for residents. Overall, I highly recommend Breve Park. I was sad to leave, but only because life circumstances made it the right time to move on. These apartments are a 5 STAR ALL THE WAY AROUND!! They're the whole package! Management, cleanliness, service orders, amenities, community, landscaping, and safety. I've lived here for a year now and I couldn't have been more grateful to choose a place for my family and I to call home. Every time I've had a question, management always worked on answering it or getting back to me right away. Management has always been and continues to be friendly and helpful in every way possible. Every time I've submitted a service request, maintenance was there within a day to fix it. Let me add that every time there is an issue, THEY FIX IT DIRECTLY. No Mickey Mouse fixing or short cuts! The amenities speak for itself. My life has changed because I have access to the gym 24/7. The pool is resort-style and even has a nearby fire pit. There's 3 fire pits in total. Not many apartment complexes offer access to a pickleball court, but this one does. Several onsite laundry facilities, the machines are almost always open. Business center offers access to a computer and printer. They also have community building events like an easter egg hunt, movie night, paint and sip, etc. There's usually a different food truck on Tuesday and a taco man every Friday night. Now the living space itself is GREAT!! You get every dollar's worth! Closets are HUGE, storage closets in hallway and outside with patio. Rooms are a good size as well. Took over a month to get our security deposit back with no communication from Jeff the property manager. Called everyday for 2 weeks straight with no call back from him. Had to threaten small claims court to get it back so don't expect to get your deposit back without fighting for it. I have lived in this complex for about 2 1/2 yrs., I love the trees, the layout and the staff are great. My BIG problem is I have an ongoing problem with the water pressure in my unit which has gotten progressively worse to the point of being VERY BAD AND UNACCEPTABLE. I barely have any water now. For the past couple of weeks I have been using buckets to bathe and wash the dishes. I have sent countless complaints, I have been to the office multiple times about this. Now the office staff has told me that the problem will need a major repair in the pipes under the unit and they are waiting for corporate's decision. Come on, corporate! The owners need to step up and remedy this. I have been patient but now the water has dried up in my unit. It is not a livable unit and I have asked management to move me to a comparable unit that is agreeable to me and shoulder my moving costs. I am going to seek other options to address this situation and find out if the city can assist. I have been patient and nice because the staff and management are nice and professional. The 2 stars belong to them, otherwise they get a big fat ZERO. For those looking for a new residence, I would make sure first that issues are settled before moving here. I lived here for about 4 years until new management took over. They were so strict and didnt care about any of their tenants. I had a one bedroom and was going to downgrade to a studio because i thought id be less. They woulda charged me more to downgrade then to stay. I had enough with them so I moved and am happier than ever. If the old management stayed I would have been their longer. I do not recommend moving here. Also i had a constant bug problem of water bugs. Bugs would continuously come up the drains and thru the cracks. Beware! read more

My (now-adult) son and I lived at Breve Park for a little over 5 years and it is honestly one of the best apartment complexes that I have ever lived at. Office team: everyone in the office was always very professional and helpful to us. Any time we needed something, they were responsive and kind, and never appeared put-off. The move-in and move-out processes were quick and seamless. They hold special events (movie nights, pet Halloween costume contests, food trucks, and various get-togethers) that really help tenants feel like they are part of a community. Also, they are great at communicating policies and upcoming transitions in the community. Facilities and maintenance teams: this is where Breve Park absolutely shines... These teams deserve 100 Yelp Stars and salary raises all around!!! I have so, so, SO many good things to say about this group (and not one single negative thing). They were SUPER friendly whenever we saw them - they always greeted me and my son with genuine smiles and hellos. (This went a long way, especially during the pandemic, when it was so meaningful to see a friendly (masked) face out in the world.) My work orders were always completed in a timely and thorough manner, and they were respectful of us and our home at all times. A few years ago, our cat ran away and one of the staff went out of his way to assist us in looking for the cat. When we moved out, they were more than fair with the refund of my deposit. The grounds: are gorgeous! There are trees and flowers and shrubbery that are just beautiful and well-maintained. There is a team out there on a regular basis, working so hard to make the community look good. Safety: as a single parent living on her own with a child, I never once felt unsafe living at Breve Park or in the surrounding communities. Neighbors: they rock! I met some great people over the years and formed a few friendships. Yes, of course there are folks who keep to themselves - not everybody is social in nature. But they were never rude. Unfortunately, there are some folks who smoke (yuck) or don't clean up after their dogs (double yuck) but all in all, a great group of people. Based on these things alone, Breve Park deserves the full 5 stars. That being said, I am giving it 4 starts for the following "cons". I do feel that these should be stated here, just so potential residents know what to expect. Noise levels: although impeccably maintained, these buildings are old, which means that you are going to hear your neighbors. This is just a fact of living in an apartment. We were always very lucky that our neighbors were respectful, but we could still hear many noises that I don't think they would want us to. Dogs: are allowed and there is a beautiful dog park for their enjoyment. That being said, there are A LOT of dogs here. This probably won't bother you if you are a huge dog lover, but it can be a bit taxing if you are not. At one point in our tenancy, we had dogs in every single neighboring apartment and when one of them started barking, all of the others would join in. There were many times when I felt like I was living smack dab in the middle of a kennel. I do wish that the leasing staff would keep this in mind and perhaps limit/ spread out the number of dogs assigned to each building. Laundry rooms: the machines here break down, constantly. I don't think that there was a single time in the past 3 years where a machine did not break down mid-cyle while our clothes were washing. I am not sure what changed (?), because this was not an issue for the first few years that we lived here. I complained about this multiple times (as did many other tenants), but it continued to happen. I feel that unfortunately the office team couldn't do much about these complaints because the laundry rooms are not managed by Breve Park - they are contracted out to a third-party vendor. I am not sure why Breve Park does not change this (switch vendors? ask the current vendor for more frequent maintenance or new machines?) but, if you can afford it, I highly recommend getting a unit with its own washer and dryer since those are maintained by the Breve Park team. Despite these few things, we absolutely loved living at Breve Park. I have read through some of the more negative reviews here on Yelp, and I feel that perhaps these are from people who haven't rented from many other places in their lives. I have been renting for longer than I would like to admit, and trust me, Breve Park is GREAT. I have lived places where I had bad property managers, or bad neighbors, or both. Places where neither one cared and you could tell. Everything about Breve Park shows you that they do, indeed, care. Last but not least, I just want to say THANK YOU to the Breve Park team, for making it a home for me and my son these past 5 years. The reason for my one star is because new management is in default of compassion towards their tenants and will accused tenants of wrong doing without any prove nor evidence. They go by heresay and the second reason is the MOLD! I was notified that my "old dog" (this is what My dog was called by the leasing office) "old dog" has poop on the stairs and even though I made them aware that I had surgery and would go and check and pick it up. I get a call yet again on Monday to remind me to pick up the poop that apparently I had not picked up the poop again, Not true! I get accused of such because of a one time that I didn't pick it up by mistake. I get accused of not picking up the poop from my dogs with no evidence at all. This is very disappointing. If the owner would like more feed back I would be glad to provide more. The team here can improve by using better communication skills. This team needs a lot of work to keep tenants for a long time. We have a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony, On no circumstances are you allowed to display flowers or a hummingbird feeder on the balcony top has to be inside balcony for safety reasons, Also you are allowed pets though even there are flyers! dog bins, and a dog park many owners do not pick up after there pet...... watch were your walking. There has been a ongoing issues with the mail boxes as they keep getting broken into too. All mail boxes have been relocated into the laundry rooms ,,,,,, though this doesn't seem to stop thief's breaking into the laundry and still breaking into the letter boxes. you try to report to staff in the office , You don't get listened too!!!!!!!! 3rd New staff compliant and seem nice till you have a complaint then they become Cocky. Homeless people also on the grounds after 7 pm, Our truck has been broken into 1 time with the back window being smashed. They may have a swimming pool though guarantee it is over packed, people drinking alcohol too. That seems more of a safety concern to me, Be careful of unwanted vermin of mice and rats either in the apartment or laundry. If i new this before we moved in,,,,,,, i would have avoided by all costs...... and to many rent increases........ read more

We have been living here for going on 2 years and it has been such an amazing experience! The leasing office staff are fantastic, specifically Amanda and Bree who I've communicated the most with. They are always so responsive, accommodating and make me feel very comfortable when speaking with them! Aside from the staff, the community is so well kept, the gym has everything that I need, and the location is perfect for us. The only issues which I'm sure many places experience is the parking but they are always trying to make it better, which I appreciate and the other is the occasional ant problem, but either way Bree or Amanda is on top of scheduling a bug spray! I just moved in 2 months ago and love it! As it was my first experience living on my own (well with my fiancé). I wasn't sure what to expect. The apartment community is safe, clean and quiet which I appreciate! They are super dog friendly so much so that it made me and my fiancé want to get our own dog . Our apartment is in great shape and on the rare occurrence we did need maintenance, (our closet was falling off the track) it was easy to put a report in and they fixed it no questions asked! Another awesome part of our community is the office staff! We go in there often since our dog loves to visit and are always greeted with kindness, the Office staff actually takes the time to get to know us by name and remembers it! Thanks Vy, Christina, Audra, and Jeff for making my first experience in an apartment community such a pleasant on after living here a full year i felt it was time to update my review! I knew about these apartments because I used to live there with my mom when I was young. Fast forward 15 years, my boyfriend & I were looking for a place to call our first home! We wanted to stay in the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda area because this is where our family is. We decided that this would be the best place for our first ever home! We lived in the large 1 bedroom in the "P" building for two years. For the area, these apartments are a great price! Everyone in the office is so kind and truly cares about everyone living there! Vy and Christina were the two I spoke with the most, and they always were amazing! If I got a delivery they would email me and even walk my package to my door! They just went above and beyond. On your birthday they even bring by a little treat! Now, these are apartments, so there is going to be some trouble. With renting you never know who your neighbors will be. Thankfully, we had some great ones! There would be a few insistence's where a tenant was yelling like a maniac, a few spouse fights, and occasionally police called for the yelling and fighting. But the price and location, it was well worth it! Some perks about this complex is that it is not very large, so it's never too loud and you can easily walk around the whole complex for exercise. The train can be loud, but if your apartment faces away from the tracks, it's not bad. We were close to the tracks AND faced them but we got used to the noise. They also have a little dog park that is great for anyone with pups! Usually around 5:30pm, the cool dog parents meet at the park as the pups play! All the neighbors and dogs I met at the park were so kind and caring. We never knew each other's first names but we always knew the dogs names! A downside to this complex is currently the parking situation. A lot of tenants don't use their carport and park on the street. When we first moved in, parking wasn't too bad unless it was the weekend. A few months ago they added lines to park between on the streets and made it harder to find spots. I have driven around the complex for over 20 minutes multiple times. A lot of tenants blame the leasing office for this, however it's not their fault! They are trying to make the parking better. Some people park in red zones and make it unsafe, but now a tow truck comes around to stop these rude folks. Just park in your car port and you should be fine. If you are someone with two cars like we were, just have whoever gets home first park on the street so the last one home gets the car port. Overall, this is a wonderful place for someone who is experiencing living on their own for the first time! The reason we moved out after two years is because we really wanted a one bedroom with a washer/dryer. I've lived here two different times in my life, and I would go back if I ever needed too! I would also recommend these homes to friends. Hopefully my long review helps you in your decision to choose The Vineyards! When my fiancé and I first moved in we were greeted with a lovely card that thanked us for choosing the property and was addressed to us and our cats! They left us some cat grass to grow for our cats and two small toys, it was very thoughtful. Also left me one of my favorite drinks in the fridge! When I went to go check the mail, I noticed that they wrote our last names on a small piece of paper inside the mailbox, usually something you have to do yourself or the residents names in the unit before you are still in there. May not seem like much but I can tell this leasing office team cares about their residents. They communicate with you about what is going on and never afraid to answer any questions with a smile. When we first moved in our washer didn't work and I was upset but it was taken care of in a timely manner, even with the pandemic going on right now. Felipe on the maintenance team helped us out with that situation and he did a great job helping us fix everything that was needed. I have not had a problem with parking yet, I have seen multiple spots open after 8 pm. The gates have always worked properly and the remote to open them I haven't had a problem with either, works from a good distance too. The gym, clubhouse and pool are awesome amenities. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is huge. The gym has a nice outdoor area to workout in. The clubhouse has everything you need to work from home or if you're attending school online. There was a community event the day before our lease started and they said we could come but we weren't able to make it but after looking on their Instagram page I was sad I didn't make it, it looked fun! They had free drinks and food. It was a resident appreciation party if I remember correctly, which is awesome. I will be at the next event! After becoming a resident here, you are invited to the app they have where you can post things for the community to see and the leasing team gives updates through there as well, something I have not seen anywhere else. I have communicated with other members on there and even bought something that someone was selling. I have seen the maintenance team with tools to get rid of spider webs in high places and have seen them sweeping the area in front of residents doors. Additionally, I have seen them cleaning the inside of the tall sidewalk lights where the blub goes, which is more than what I have seen at other complexes. Something I wish that could be different about the complex is the water quality, which has more to do with the city than the complex I think. The complex had no issues with us installing a water filter on our shower head, as long as we are able to change it back to the way it was originally before we move out which is easy. Furthermore, I wish there were security cameras for the parking areas, only because I think it would deter car thieves. I have not had any issues with theft and do not think I will. As long as you lock your car and keep things out of sight, as you should, I don't think there will be any problems. I have seen the security guard driving around in his car at the complex at night, which does make it feel safer and possibly deters car thieves more than cameras. read more

Very beautiful apartments but that's about it! 1. Rent goes up every other few months. 2. They're always doing some kind of renovation so if you work at night and need a quiet place during the day, dont even bother, this place is not for you. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU, i repeat!, it is loud af! The lawn, construction, its crazy. It was literally going on for the past two years I stayed there! 3. They offer just a space to each apartment so literally the parking is always flooded. You will drive atleast 20-30 mins and finally park on the street if you're looking for parking between the hours of (7pm and 10 or 12am) 4. I would highly recommend this Apartment Community. Its clean, quiet, has wonderful amenities and the leasing team really seems to care about its residents and wants to make sure that people love where they live. My husband and I are moving out after living here for 5 years and as much as we are happy to be moving into our new home, we are sad to leave our Breve Park apartment. This complex has gone through some major changes since we moved in, but it was all for the better. This complex is well kept, the maintenance people are always cleaning, fixing or doing what they can to keep this place as well maintained as it is. We had our air conditioner go out one summer, and the maintenance gentleman was here within 30 mins to look at to see if he could fix it. By the following morning we had an appointment scheduled to have an air conditioning company repair the issue. Fixed within 24 hours! This community has a brand new gym, redone pool, tennis courts, dog park and brand new fire pits. They also do little things to make people feel welcomed! They have dog treats to give to your dog sitting right outside the leasing office door, water or sodas in the leasing office if you need one. This place really was a fantastic place to live! The only downfall my husband and I found was our unit was closer to the main street so you could and sometimes feel the trains when they passed by. I would be picky with your selection of apartments, and I would choose one further back next time. The apartment we had was a one bedroom, and although we have now out grown our one bedroom, looking back it was very large when we first moved in, and our layout was great. I lived at the Vineyards for 3 years with my wife and dog and it was absolutely one of the best places we've ever lived, definitely the best in Southern California. (TL;DR at the bottom) First, as everyone else has said- office staff is incredible. Vy, Christina, Audra, and Jeff always made us feel incredibly special and valued. They knew us by name and our dog loved visiting for the treats and to see the staff. They were always understanding and patient when we had problems and I don't think I'll ever live anywhere with as good of a staff. A++++ Community/Grounds- we had an apartment in the back part of the complex near the golf course and it was so peaceful. My dog loved the little field behind building K and we both especially liked the path behind G and H. So quiet and relaxing at night. The residents are also probably some of the nicest I've ever met. Most keep to themselves but everyone I've met that was chatty were very positive and kind and made for great conversation. Also, if you have a dog, don't miss out on the unofficial post-work dog park meetups! It seems like every day when residents get home from work they all go straight to the dog park so between 4:30-6:30 you'll always see a handful of people and their dogs talking and having a great time. I've never seen anything like it at any apartment complex. The sense of community here is unreal! (Also, for non-dog owners, I very, very rarely saw unpicked-up feces) Living Space- our apartment was fine. We had an upstairs A2 plan and the layout was one of those "you like it or you don't" sort of things. Although I prefer a more open concept plan, the space was nice. Our living room got plenty of natural light while our bedroom kept relatively cool. My only gripes were that the kitchen was a bit small and tight, but we got rid of our microwave halfway through living here since we rarely used it and that freed up soo much counter space, and the lack of washer/dryer in unit. Going down to the laundry room wasn't terrible but man, is having one in your unit convenient. (We lived pre-renovation so I'm not sure how those look) Parking- parking was never an issue for us despite what others have said in reviews. It takes a little bit of planning and musical chairs but most residents seem to get it. If you go out to dinner, leave a car in an unmarked spot and when you return park in your reserved spot, duh. Even during repaving I never had to park outside of the complex. Surroundings- Easy access to just about everything. Super close the the freeway, restaurants, movies, etc.. Groceries? Take your pick. Within 10 minutes there's Stater Bros, Vons, Trader Joe's, Tokyo Market, and Bristol Farms (with Whole Foods just a hair over 10 minutes away). Can't beat it. My wife and I have been here for a little more than 2 years. 2019 was a bit of a rough start, where it seemed that we were no longer living in an apartment community but a construction company. Even with the construction going on, the management here really held everything together. Now that the construction has seemed to stop, I'm really impressed with the modernization of the community. On most evenings, you can expect to find many families out in the amenities whether it's pickle ball, tennis or the common area. The community spirit is a reflection of the management here, and none of this would be possible without them. Every member of the staff is extremely professional and truly seems to care about the well being of the residents here. Service requests are promptly resolved and each staff here will always work with you to the best of their ability. read more

Look, residents and people need to be aware of the Incredibly high theft rate in this area and we have had to file a police report on 3 separate occasions due to burglary that occurred in our own carport. We no longer feel safe here as of the past year and management shows no consideration or empathy to what has happened to us. They just tell us to file a police report. Incidents occur in the am (5-8am) but security is no longer present at this time. This entire community is unsafe in our eyes and we are now living in paranoia due to the theft that occurs right outside our apartment. People need to be aware of these incidents as it does help decide a living situation and living how my wife and I have been this past year is not healthy for anyone and their well-being. This has been a tremendous stressful experience living here and I can't wait for the lease to end in a couple of months. If management even showed some sort of empathy I wouldn't be writing this review but we are so frustrated having to deal with vehicle theft 3 times in less than 12 months. This is just unacceptable for anyone's living situation. read more

I've been living at Breve Park for a year now and I have had nothing but a welcoming and helpful experience from everyone at the leasing office and staff. Amanda helped me from the very beginning and has consistently been a resource for anything I've needed. I'm not one to write reviews but during a very chaotic year personally, my living situation was something I never had to worry about. This place is across the street for train tracks it's not loud and you don't really hear the train. You can tell that they put a lot of work into upgrading the units. But its a facelift on an older complex in a odd area. The place is nice the staff is nice, but 2100 for a 1 Bed room is kind of a lot for what you get. read more

I moved into this place a few months ago with my fiancé and after living at a couple of places with terrible experience, living at Breve Park was a breathe of fresh air. The community as a whole is treated like a big family and the leasing office and maintenance staff are all wonderful people, easy to talk to and they all make you feel so welcome. Of all the places I've been this is the first place where I know all the staff and they make an effort to know you and the smallest thing of even remembering your name. The move in process was super simple (though rent is a little pricey it's worth it with all the amenities and feelings of comfort they provide) I couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for an apartment or a place to call home. Though we live near train tracks, it's never noisy to bother you and it's not annoying. It's a hidden gem honestly. The amazing gym, heated pool, hot tub, dog park, tennis courts and little fire pits all make this place so much better! I've never once felt unsafe in this area. Even at night I can walk through the community and feel at ease. Parking can be an issue but it's also easily resolved if you can't find a spot. I can't thank all the people who work here enough, Christina, Jeff, Audra, Vy and anyone else who I may have missed for making this community an enjoyable place to live! read more

I lived in Breve Park, the former Lyons Living, apartment complex from July 2019 through July of 2020. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. The hot water to my building was constantly going out and without notice. I'd have to call maintenance to see what was going on, the management provided no advanced warning or even notification. It was always 'boiler problems' that they either couldn't figure out or didn't want to find a permanent fix for. They allow pets for a monthly fee that is tagged onto the rent.... $50/mo. I've had my small dog for 10 years and was happy to find a place that allowed pets. Come to find out in talking with other residents, not everyone was being charged, and not because of other renters claiming 'service pets' or 'emotional support' animals. They just picked and chose apparently who they wanted to assess the monthly pet fee to. Residents talk!! I found out some don't pay animal fees and even get their whole deposit back...others don't. Some break the rules with balcony storage and don't get fined and others do. Some suffer routine power and hot water outages and others do not and yet there's NO COMPENSATION. I moved at the end of my year's lease at the complex and not only did I not get my $1000 deposit back but owed an additional $510 for pet damage. It was only me and my 12lb chihuahua mix living there for 12months. Come on! BUYER/RENTERS BEWARE! Claim emotional support animal or 'pay' the consequences = Monthly animal fee in addition to rent AND no deposit back. Also, speak to other residents in the complex before you move in to ask about ACTUAL power and hot water availability and/or lack thereof. Parking is a joke and I even got my window smashed in while it was in my designated carport spot... What happened to the routine security patrol they advertise and the electronic gate that closes from 6p to 6a each day??! It didn't prevent my car from being broken into! No. Think twice before thinking of moving into this place! What a racket. Jeff, the Manager, is useless and Audra just his useless puppet. What a disappointment. read more

I love living here, I can't wait for the new renovations, the staff is always accommodating. Vy, Christina and Jeff have been so prompt with any questions we have! The location is so great! The neighbors are really kind, and we enjoy meeting everyone at the dog park. When we first moved in, my fiancé and I just got engaged and they made us feel right at home! Between Christina and Vi, the management team can not be beat. They are quick to help resolve challenges and will help you find things that are around. This part is great as I am new to the area. My husband and I recently moved out of The Vineyards after living here for 2 years. This place has been so great to us! The management team is so helpful and does an incredible job with activities for the community. All of our maintenance requests were addressed quickly, I think there was only once where it couldn't be due to circumstances beyond their control and they honestly bent over backwards helping us. We lived in a downstairs apartment close to the front of the complex. Some people might have concerns about being close to Orangethorpe and near a set of train tracks, but you don't get a sense of the business inside and the train is hardly noticeable. Parking can be a struggle but other than occasionally having to park a little farther from our apartment we always found parking. The complex is close to grocery stores, shopping, movies and restaurants. If you're considering living here, I can't recommend it more! read more

My husband and I went in to checkout the apartments today and we were very excited since they appeared to be really nice. Upon arrival my husband ask for information and the girl simply responded "everything is online". We know that in today's age everything is online, we did an extensive research before driving there. If we wouldn't of liked them, we wouldn't of had taken the time to go see them in person. The girl didn't even ask us to sit down nor she looked interested in providing any information. And she didn't even offer to show us any apartments nor the complex. We have been looking for apartments all day and I must say they have the worst customer service. read more
