Since then, she's rotated between the Cypress and Tomball offices, which has worked out perfectly for me since I live between the two. What keeps me coming back is how thorough and attentive she is during every eye exam. She takes the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way, making sure you know exactly what's going on with your eye health. One thing I really appreciate is how she always compares your current exam with your previous one, walking you through any changes or findings in detail. It's not easy to find a doctor you genuinely trust and feel comfortable with, so I feel lucky to have been able to stick with her all these years. I definitely and highly recommend her! I'm giving one less star due to my experience picking up my glasses. I never received any notification about when they were ready, so I had to call and ask. When someone answered, they said, "Can you give me 2 minutes? Let me check on that for you," but didn't even ask for my name. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before they finally came back and then asked for my name. When I went in to pick them up, the person at the front asked for my name but then just sat there doing nothing. I was on my lunch break and a bit pressed for time, so it was frustrating to wait another 10 minutes while he just sat at his desk before finally getting up to retrieve my glasses. The lack of communication and urgency was confusing and disappointing.

I have a dry eye issue and the medication that was prescribed to me at another Eye Center is not what I needed after Dr. Binder explained to me about dry eye vs. inflammation of the eye. He suggested that I give iVIZIA a try and see if it makes a difference and if it does that's great and if it doesn't I can come back and we'll discuss the next steps. I just really appreciate his honesty and him not wanting to slap a band-aid on it and send me off. He's very professional, patient, kind, honest and efficient and I'm just glad that I found Mann Eye Institute and a great Eye Doctor! I would highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs! The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and Nikki could do her job blind folded! I mean that in the nicest way...she's quick, thorough, easygoing, patient and has you all checked out before you know it! Most of everyone else acted like they didn't want to be there and that's including the optometrist!!! They were generally not friendly or communicative. The doctor did the exam but gave me I wish I had gone into a different profession vibes lol. She answered my questions and she did her job but nothing about the experience made me want to return. She also couldn't hone in on my prescription but I'd rather her test two than have me leave struggling to see which definitely has happened before (particularly at night which is constant and I've learned to live with). The lady at the checkout, order contacts desk turned out to be super cool. We had a really good conversation while going through the rest of the process. We talked about all kind of stuff (favorite food, dating) lol. I did buy their membership cause it was a few dollars more so next year I'll return for my exam but after that, well TBD.

I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam.
