Loren's eye for detail and ability to supplicate this with those he works with sets him apart from other builders. The team he works with are all individuals that are the best at what they do. The culture at Loren Wood is one of support and quality work in an encouraging atmosphere. Talking to someone who is employed there, you can tell they like their careers. I would rather have someone happy working on moisture sensitive areas than someone just pulling a paycheck. They are knowledgeable and have been picked not just for their skill but because of their attitude and emotional intelligence. That is a rare commodity, these days, for a business.
