The experience with J&C was quite the opposite: excellent communication, fast response for quote, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the floor was repaired quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the whole transaction and the results; I feel like a valued customer. Without a doubt, I will reach out to them again if I have more flooring needs.

This is very unprofessional behavior, especially since I have a year's warranty on my flooring. After I received the quote, I emailed twice asking for additional quotes as we chose a different carpet. No response for 3 days. That is not acceptable. They lost our business. How could we trust the rest of the process after the bad start? I reminded you that you said, "2 to 3 days (April 14) but it wasn't until April 24 that I got a concrete answer that you will not be doing the job. My contention isn't that you can't do the job, but that I wasn't given the courtesy to tell me that you weren't interested in providing the estimate nor would be able to do the job. If I hadn't called or inquired, I would never have gotten an answer at all. How could I give you a higher rating? You only came to look at the project.
