This put my mind at ease after being previously anxious to try waxing at a spa that I'd never visited. I had such a wonderful experience during my first appointment. My esthetician, Rory Exton, was kind, genuine, and welcoming and put my mind at ease, especially after I detailed my past not-so-great waxing experience at a different facility. Throughout my appointment, she led me through the process and gave me tips and tricks for lessening pain (which worked) and for aftercare. She made me feel right at home and truly safe and the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming as she was. I was told over and over again I was too dark and to bleach my skin was the recommendation. I felt very unwelcome enduring these comments. My laser session with the owner was beyond horrible and no one could explain what had changed from the first session. Thankfully my regular esthetician found another spa that has vajacial services. I'm thankful I do not have permanent scarring from being burned by the owner with the laser. I am definitely looking for the state agency that governs estheticians. I seriously doubt I will receive a refund and will definitely contact BBB and any other agency that can help with this problem.
