There was another nurse practitioner (missing her name) and she was involved in the initial care like the steroid injection and so on. Linda and Allya lead the show and alternately executed the procedure, including donor zone preparation and FUT transplant extraction. Lameen was their associate. This was a wonderful experience with everyone. They patiently implanted 2500 grafts in the areas where this was required. It took almost 12 hours to complete the job. Both were extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated professional expertise throughout. Following the proceedings, Linda explained everything in detail. It should be noted that after such a long day, they were supposed to drive back to Virginia Beach because they had another case scheduled the following day. Despite that- they patiently explained everything, nothing was rushed. Their patience and professional demeanor were greatly appreciated. Next day, they scheduled me for a guided and tailored head wash, which was done by Lameen. She came this far just to do it. I would say it was overall a great experience, and I look forward to the end result of the transplant, which can take 4 to 12 months. I can update my review to reflect this. According to my experience, I would strongly recommend them.

She was impatient, unkind, accusing me of taking up 4 patient slots. I was faint and she rudely said: "You took up my whole morning!" She made her nurse tell me: "you're not welcome at this office anymore. Don't come back" Dr Jo Bohannon-Grant has terrible bedside manner. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

I really can't say enough nice things about Dr. Adams and her staff. Her front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile, and her nurses are compassionate and helpful. It's the reason I commute there all the way from Williamsburg and will continue to do so. If you're in the area or surrounding area, I would recommend giving Dr. Adams a shot. You won't be sorry.

When I showed up, they didn't have the appointment in the books. The receptionist apologized and offered me a Friday afternoon appointment, which was fine. What I was having done is a short appointment and being upset about the error wouldn't do any good. Came back on Friday for my appointment and everything went as expected. The facility is clean and bright. It skews a little clinical, but that doesn't surprise me given their affiliation with a dermatologist office. I made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks to see the results, so I'm definitely coming back. Glad to have a reliable service provider in Richmond.

A woman at the door said "yes, come on" and walked me to the back implying that it was her. I informed her that I want a silk wrap and highlights. She informed me that she would have to blow my hair out because it's curly (first time this has happened, but I'm not a stylist so I agreed). She then proceeded to do my highlights by parting at the line where my old highlights were, not at the scalp. This resulted in uneven, choppy and messy highlights. When it came to my trim, she left dead ends and it's uneven as well. I am currently going back to get it fixed. Will update with any new information. Update: I went back to the salon and the owner fixed my color as much as she could. I didn't get charged an additional fee. My second experience I would rate a 4.

Jessica and Amber are both really knowledgeable and skilled in aesthetics. You can trust them! I have brown skin and was worried about how these procedures may react with my skin tone (I've heard horror stories from other brown girls) but I've never had any issues with them. This is actually my second-time around getting a series of microneedling with Glow Envy. The first time was also really effective for my acne scars and other pigmentation.
