I also appreciate that he is a small local business and I am in my own private treatment room with personal attention (I have had PT in the past where one practitioner is seeing multiple people in the same room at the same time). I went to another physical therapist before coming here, and there was a huge difference - Garth took time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly, and explained what he was doing and why - all of the folks here are extremely knowledgeable. The only thing stopping the group from getting five stars is that when you have appointments at peak times (right before or after work) it can feel a little bit like an assembly line - there are many physical therapists working out of the space, so even though it's a big facility you can feel a little crowded when all of the therapists are working at once.
