My daughter has had neck pain in the last few days but it escalated around 4am this morning. She couldn't move her neck too much. Jose, the security guard in the building was friendly as we waited patiently for a call back. The remote receptionist returned our call around 7:30am and said the earliest appt would be 8:40am.
