Mike had the car shined up and ready to go as promised. He received his payment in full from the ins. co. and I paid him my copay directly when I retrieved the car. This was a $3,000.00 job... let's say ballpark as it was years back. A week or so later I was approaching my car and the sun caught it just right. Unbelievably I could see where Mike did not touch the bodywork he just camouflaged the damage by buffing out the paint. I contacted the insurance adjuster who assessed the damage originally. The adjuster was kind enough to look at the car again after I questioned if a portion of the work had been done at all. After looking at my car again my suspicions were confirmed. I contacted Mike and called his bluff. He reimbursed me the money for the portion of work where he had cheated me. I believe it was $400-500. Because I was local and a single mother, I told Mike that if he reimbursed me I would not report him to the BBB. All these years I kept my word. Years later I am free to leave a truthful review so Beware of Mike's Auto. This business is not trustworthy!

Vanworx doesn't specialize in truck campers but they were willing to give it a shot, and we weren't disappointed. Emille did the majority of the work and his attention to detail and transparency/communication was top notch. Luke, the business owner, was also involved, but primarily handled the customer service element, which was also top notch. We've needed their assistance a few timing since hitting the road and they've remained open and available to help, including spending a few hours troubleshooting some issues that we were having. The cost for these custom jobs won't be cheap, but again, the fine touch, attention to detail, and availability of support makes it more than worthwhile.
