I needed to have AAA send a repair truck and they sent Arts towing, the guy that came told me exactly what was wrong with the jeep because he had the same problem, once I told Dan's they finally found the problem that the man from Arts said it was. I was so thankful for him otherwise I would have kept throwing money at Dan's and it never would have been fixed. I was super pleased with Arts towing because of that incident.

They cost us thousands and thousands of dollars taking on a repair for us that they said they could do but they hacked it up so bad that the truck has never been the same since we took it to them. And now they are deeming all the work to finish fixing it as not covered under their warranty, even though it was parts that they had to move and work on. We were fearful of voiding the warranty by going anywhere else, but finally took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed that Auto Go did not do quality work and left the truck in such a state that it continues to cause problems.
