What a great experience. I was warmly greeted as I entered and made to feel welcomed. Breeze is beautifully decorared and designed. The salon is not out in front but nicely tucked behind the front area and the spa is behind that. The spa is serene soothing and relaxing. I just finished enjoying a 90 min relaxation massage. Rose was my masseuse and she was exceptional. Very thorough, had a gentle and delicate touch, and could put the right amount of pressure too. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I was ok during treatment. She is extremely nice. And the girls at the front desk are very nice. Great place people and location. read more

Very disappointing experience, but it could be partially my fault because I requested a junior stylist after seeing the price list. My partial highlights took a ridiculous amount of time for the stylist to complete, and then ended up brassy and uneven. I skipped the haircut after hearing it would be $80+ and recognizing the inexperience of the stylist with the highlights. read more

I was really hoping this place would be great, but I came out pretty unhappy. I went in for a perm. I asked to have a consultation and they set one up for me. Couple days later had the consultation and showed the girl 3 different pictures of what I was thinking about. My favorite one she said she could definitely do, no problem, so I set up an appointment. I get to my appointment and I start asking a few more questions. I don't use any heat on my how so I wanted to make sure i wouldn't need to after this and she said I could throw some curl serum in and let it air dry and it would be fine. Awesome! She asks if I want to cut my hair and I said I wanted to see how long it would be while curly first, and she said that would be fine. She rolls my hair and puts the perm product in and this was my first red flag. After she put the product in someone asked if she used a, I think it was called, level 3 solution. She said no and that she used a 2 boxes of level 2 so my hair would be saturated. The other consultant than went on about how someone used a 2 instead of a 3 on. Previous client and that is why her perm fell out and didn't take on the hair at all. It was already on my head so I could 't say anything at that point. After everything else at the end I ask her to blow dry my hair and she said she couldn't with just perking it, ok that's fine. I get home and within 15-20 minutes with my hair drying I notice the front right is flat, no curl at all. I waited to see how it would look after I washed it in 72 hours. Well one side looks like I braided my hair wet and the other side looks like I used sea salt spray, the front right is straight. I make an appointment at the salon to figure out what is going on and she calls the manager over and I show her the picture. She says I needed to cut my hair before (the stylist said it was fine that long), that the stylist used the wrong curlers and curled it the wrong way. The picture has curls to the roots and my waves don't even start till a few inches down my head. She said that she should have blow dried my hair, which I asked her to nd she said no. And that I will now have to not only use curl serum, but a blow dryer with a diffuser, then use a curling wand on the front of my hair, and some random curls throughout to get it to look just ok. Then i had to decide to cut about 5-6 inches of my hair that I've been growing out for forever to get it to look even a little more than "my hair got wet in the rain" wavy. Their other solution, I can come back in a month and pay another $200 to get another perm. If she had told me in the first place she didn't think she could do it, that would have been fine. But instead I paid $200 to get a perm that wasn't even close to what I asked for. Edit: Currently emailing with GM, hopefully this will be resolved! read more

I was visiting friends in the Austin area and was referred to this spot by my friends and sister who serve in the Army. Since others were raving, I had to check this joint out. This chick named Natalia assisted me and was really professional. I told her I was nervous about trying a new place, but she reassured me of her experience and did a great job on my facial and face wax. I felt so relaxed and she was gentle with my sensitive skin! nice place, but a little pricey. I wear my hair in a Mexican old fashion hairdo with it long and U shape in the back and shorter and high on the top with many layers on the bottom. I am having trouble with the longer top, cut straight across the bottom and maybe I will get use to it in time or maybe I will just grow it out and go back to cutting it myself. Havent decided yet. Love this place. I have had a few different styles done here over the years and never had any trouble getting exactly what I want. Color is always spot on and lasts long enough to be worth it. I usually ask for Jenna but I've used a few others here when I couldn't get the scheduling to work and still been pleased. I've been to several hair salons between Round Rock and Georgetown only once or twice, however I am very happy to finally have found Breeze and will definitely stick with it. It's an Aveda salon, and while the products there are obviously pricier than the drug store, you can use something a few times and bring it back if you don't like it. The staff has always been friendly, and the place is always clean. The best part is getting a head massage during the shampoo. If I had a billion dollars I would get my hair washed there like every day. They also offer complimentary hand massages during your visit. Between the massages and warm hairdryers, I just want to take a nap in the chair. It's soothing. But anyway, my haircut always comes out great too. Kaitlyn is awesome. She's very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to hair cutting and styling. I hope she's around for a long time! read more

I had been going to Breeze since moving to Georgetown in 2008 and I've seen this salon go downhill with the prices going up. Their attention to detail is poor- in three years (going every 5-6 weeks) my stylist never took the time to learn my name although I told her multiple times. Most recently, I was left for an hour and a half in a tiny back room facing the wall to process and when I asked my stylist why I wasn't processed out in the salon under heat (like normal) or at least communicated with, she said, "well now that you have gray hair its just going to take longer...sweetie." I was furious and would've appreciated an apology but was just asked to pre-book my next appointment and buy Aveda products before the cut was even finished. This is one of the worst customer-service salons I've been to and I would highly discourage anyone from using their services. After 3 years, I'll be looking for a new salon! read more

Horrible treatment when they mess up your hair. I went in for a treatment and it went really bad. The salon person was sorry and she admitted what happened but when I was asked to go speak to the manager at the salon in Round Rock all hell broke loose. She accused me to ruining my own hair (say what) among many other excuses and scared the crap out me for sure. she was angry and took it out on me. hundreds of dollars down the drain. I have since seen another sytlist that said it will take time for my hair to heal. What a nastly attitude and shows what type of person is running those salons. read more

I have been going to Breeze off and on for 2 years. Generally I have been satisfied; I contributed the extra $ to the hand and scalp massage, warm towels etc, which I enjoyed. The even fixed my color at no cost. But today stopped me in my tracks. After waiting 40 min. past my appt. time, my stylist and I agreed to " just touch up" the sparse gray strands and a quick cut. My hair is cut in a pixie- very short. After 2 1/2 hrs. and my stylist saying she figured the cost a little different so it would be cheaper, my bill was $175.00!! Cheaper? I just spent a weeks worth of groceries on my hair. Not to mention feeling humiliated when the receptionist asked if I wanted to add a gratuity and all I could say was " I can't'... Expensive lesson learned. Never again. read more

Worst experience ever at a hair salon. Went in for a color correction and a hair cut. Walked out paying over $200 for my roots to be dyed white and still have the same color I came in with everywhere else. I was not explained in detail what I would be paying for and got charged $37 for some shampoo treatment they said wasn't optional to take out of the bleaching process. My stylist was running behind 30mins or so and then while I'm waiting to get my bleach washed out, she's goes and cuts someone else's hair and leaves me with an assistant who half ass washes my hair and leaves bleach on my skin after wards. She also put some random toner in my hair that wasn't supposed to be put in at all and I have grey streaks on my temples where she didn't wash it out correctly. Then after my wash slash half assed blow dry, the stylist finishes up her other hair cut and then comes back to me and says that we shouldn't go darker and that it's as good as it's gonna get for now. I was so frustrated, I left. Completely disatisfied with this service. Lack of professionalism, complete lack of empathy. Total waste of money. I will never go back. read more

Very disappointing facial. Aesthetician took the time to ask if I had any skin issues and examined my skin under magnification, then totally ignored the areas I pointed out. No steam, no glycolic treatments, no extractions. Just layer upon layer of different smelling goop slathered on then wiped off. Lots of touchy-strokey on face, chest and arms, but no noticeable improvement in my skin. Just a greasy, slimy feeling that I washed off as soon as I got home. And no one cared to ask how my facial was, but very ready to schedule my next appointment. Sorry. Not going back. read more

I got my first brazilian done here by Tori, she did a great job! I was expecting lots of pain, bruising and swelling from what other people have told me, however I experienced NONE of that. Since I was a "model" for Tori's training her instructor Chandra was there assisting the whole time and she was very informative and professional, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that the proper techniques we're being used. The inside of the salon is very pretty and looks very high class, I LOVED the decorative bamboo on the ceilings! My complaint however it that it was hard to find in the shopping center because its hidden by a huge tree and they dont have their salon on the directory map so even though I showed up early I was late for my appointment because I couldn't find the salon in the shopping center which was a little frustrating. read more

I went to Diana at Breeze recently for some waxing. She not only has a gift for making you feel INSTANTLY comfortable, she does a VERY good job. I've always been happy with the services I've received at Breeze, but Diana is hands down my favorite waxer I've ever had, anywhere. I hear she also does a great job at facials. I'm from out of town and needed my hair done for a wedding I was going to be in. I hadn't had a haircut for about a year so I just scheduled an updo and a haircut at the same time. I had Lauren, who said she usually works at the Cedar Parks. It started off really well, the shampoo and massage felt awesome. But it went down hill from there. I asked her to cut off my dead ends...next thing I know she is styling my hair. I asked if she was going to cut my hair, and she said, 'I did'. First thing I"m thinking is, "I'm paying $60 bucks for barely a trim?!" But then I got so sidetracked by what she was doing to my hair. I told her just something half up half down and curled. She was nice enough to let me go through her phone to find something, but the outcome was not good. I was not pleased but due to time constraint, had to leave so did not say anything. I was extremely unhappy with the poor results of her styling ability and my barely haircut. the $120 I paid for both is the BIGGEST waste of money I have done in a long time. I still have split ends and had to get another bridesmaid to redo my hair, which looked 100 times better than what I paid $60 to get. Very disappointed. I don't know if I just had a terrible stylist or what, but my rating is based on the outcome of my hair. Customer Service was good. Just realllly bad job on my hair. read more

I've been getting my haircut here for the past 5 years & haven't had a reason to go anywhere else! I noticed others mentioned the price changes over time, but I wait so long between haircuts I've never noticed. Jen is wonderful, she got my hair back to its natural color (multiple shades lighter than I had it at the time) with very little damage to my hair. She's cut my hair many times as well, & always does exactly what I want. Maria is fantastic as well, last time I was in I told her I wanted to chop my belly button length hair to my shoulders, & she convinced me to not go quite so short. In the end I was so grateful she took the time to really explain what would look best, because she was so right, I would've cried if my hair was that short! They both seem to actually care about your hair, which makes getting a haircut so much less nerve racking! I've never experienced any rudeness visiting here, everyone is so friendly, even other hairdressers will compliment your new hair. My mom, sisters, grandma & cousins all love it here, we recommend this salon to everyone! read more

After getting a horrible haircut at another salon, I was desperate to find someone to fix it and quickly. Thank goodness Breeze (Cedar Park) was open on a Sunday. Amanda was my stylist and she did an awesome job. She spent a good amount of time discussing with me how we should fix the disaster atop my head. She was very meticulous when doing the cut and she did an awesome job fixing my hair so I wasn't embarrassed to leave the house! I will stick with Breeze and Amanda in the future. read more

Crystal was amazing. I had my hair destroyed, worst cut of my life, but I came in and Crystal did an awesome job fixing it. I love it now. But Shelly colored my hair and it's horrible. I told her I wanted a honey brown color and NOT to put red in the dye because it looks terrible with my skin tone. So what did she do? She put red in it. Way to listen to your customer, Shelly.
