I went in to get a pedicure taking my pregnant friend along as she had never had one before! We were very excited in the beginning and it turned out to be awful. My feet look to worse than when I went in after I left. The skin on the bottom of my feet was peeling even my nail polish was nicked and the girl that was doing my friend told her at one point to not look at her feet to talk to me instead which was ridiculous and I don't know why that comment was even made. I do not recommend getting pedicures at Breeze EVER. And it was $47! I cannot believe the level of service that I got for $47 apiece! I could've gone down the street to any old nail salon and got an away better job for $25 where they also include a wax treatment and things like that. But point-blank is the fact that my feet look disgusting like they halfway did my feet versus making it look worse my skin is peeling and really embarrassing to be honest. read more

Lori did my hair exactly like I wanted and I took a picture and she made my hair to match the picture which is what I wanted. She's pleasant and very up-to-date on Hairstyles and color. read more

I love this salon! They have the friendliest people and the best customer service! You're offered snacks and mimosas and it's really divine! Mackenzie did a cut and color on my hair (that was to my hips!) and she was so nice and listened to all of my hair needs. She gives a great temple massage as well! Highly recommend this Breeze salon. read more

I found out about BreeZe through an online military support community. Women were driving 35+ minutes just to go there, and I was having horrible haircut after haircut so what could I possibly lose. I walked in and smelled the aroma of Aveda products and was taken back by the really chic interior in the middle of Georgetown. Since I am cheap I asked for a junior stylist. Shelby was my stylist and soon became the only person I'd let cut my hair. She remembered every thing about me each time I came back, was very efficient, quick and gave me great haircuts. I also visited BreeZe for massages and they were great as well. The turnover back there was bad though. I'd receive a great massage by someone, call a month later and they were gone. That happened three times, talk about crazy. read more

My daughter and I had a great day here! Eli cut my 10yr olds hair and we love love love her! She was so cool with her and made my little diva feel so grown up! My daughter says she will never go anywhere else! Lol Jenna gave me a cut and color and did a great job and was really fun to visit with! I went from very long brown hair to very short blonde and I'm very pleased with the end result! We will definitely be back! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this salon and my stylist. I had scheduled an appointment for an express keratin treatment and when I arrived my stylist told me that we needed to do the full treatment (which is much more expensive and take hours longer to complete). I told her I did not have the time or money for that and we went back and forth on this for several minutes before her mentor came over and explained what she needed to do. Not a great start and didn't feel very confident, also felt pressured to pay for a more expensive service that I was not ready to commit to (treatment I wanted lasts 5ish weeks, treatment she was pushing lasts several months). After the appointment, I followed the post-treatment guidelines. However, the treatment did not work and my hair looks the exact same as before - after 2.5 hours and $125. I called the salon and the receptionist confirmed with the manager that they would offer a complimentary service to re-do the treatment. I told her I'd be going out of town for the holidays and can book in January, which I was told was fine. I then got a call today (the day after this service was promised and I told them about my travel plans) saying that they have a 10 day policy for complimentary services. I was very clear that I'm unable to come to the salon on such short notice and they refused to accommodate. I wasted hours of time and too much money on this and am incredibly disappointed in the treatment and service. Also want to add, the stylist had food in her hair and made political comments during the session, which made this appointment even more uncomfortable. I'll be searching for a different salon. read more

Me and my 5 and 7 year olds get our hair cut here. Maggie cuts my hair- she is amazing!!! She explains why, how, what... let's me know exactly what she is doing. Plus recommend best product and shows me how to fix my new cut, this make my life easy!!! My kids have had different stylist but each have been great, they are so nice and kind to my kids. Not only do my children's hair look wonderful, they enjoyed getting a hair cut here! read more

I've been getting my hair cut by Andrea at Breeze for about 8 years now. She's a great stylist and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Seriously, whenever I come from the salon, I look AT LEAST 10 years younger!! (If you like that sort of thing.) She's always professional and courteous, and on schedule 98% of the time. (I hate making an appointment and then waiting!) If you're looking for a stylist or colorist, give Breeze a call and ask for Andrea! She's terrific! read more

Uncaring staff. Don't return phone calls. Pricing varies wildly depending on who you get. Color didn't last more than a week. Not worth the money. read more

Lucinda the new addition on staff was great! She has lots of experience just new to this location. She did a terrific job and I highly recommend her! I would give five stars but I had a terrible headache the entire time I was there. The music was so loud that everyone was trying to talk over it making the whole room sound like an elementary school cafeteria. The noise level made the overall experience less than relaxing and spa like. read more

Never disappointing! Always great service, complementary drinks, aroma therapy and hand massage. Always professional and never disappointed. Always use great products in the salon and spa. I have never had an eyebrow wax where I could fall asleep, but I have at this spa! Spa has a very relaxing atmosphere separate from the hair salon. Everyone is always so nice, welcoming and professional. Hands down a great experience. Every time. read more

I get my brows waxed here by Carrie. she is awesome! so friendly, and does a great job! Can't wait to get a facial from her!

Every service I get is perfect every time. Today I went it for a dramatic change. I cut 12 inches off my hair and added bold highlights. Megan DeMarco did a FABULOUS job! (Ask for her!) She was patient with me (I was nervous!) and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I've been searching for a permanent stylist and I've found her at Breeze! The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Breeze! read more

Me and my bridal crew went to Breeze on the day of my wedding for hair and makeup. What a great experience. They give hand massages and try to make your visit there as relaxing as possible. Our hair looked great, only drawback was the flower girl didn't get any hairspray applied...her mother wasn't happy about that. So don't be shy and ask for more hair spray...you're paying for it! The service was excellent. I chose the package that I thought included mimosas, but they didn't have them on hand. So they actually went to the store to get some! How awesome is that?! read more

Really?!? In order to schedule an appointment, I was required to give them my credit card information. Too many things could go wrong, and I prefer to pay in cash these days. Unfortunate that Breeze Salon refused to budge on this policy for a new customer. You just lost lots of business. read more

I came from Los Angeles, so wasn't expecting the same expertise in G'town as I found in LA. I was wrong. I am a procrastinator and finally made the call to set up a time to have my arms waxed. I called at 11:40am on a Saturday and was setup at noon. What a quick appointment time!! I go in (been here once before) and am greeted. I was informed that Brandi was going to be helping me out in the spa area so I was walked back to the back and was offered a water which I declined. I was only there for a few minutes. Bradi was very cool. We talked about various things, shared a few laughs and had an overall very good experience. For $20 you can't really beat the service and the smiles read more

Spent 200 full color and highlights... showed Mackenzie pictures of highlights to help my gray now show as much and got anything but what I was seeking. Sent owner letter with pictures and asked her to call and never heard back. One star is too much ... so disappointing that they don't respond or care about their customers when something goes awry After writing this review, I heard from the salon. The owner said she did not get my letter but was very willing to right this unfortunate situation at no cost. I appreciate her wanting to help correct this mishap. Thank you Beeeze! read more

Last Sat. 1/10/15 I had an appointment with Natasha as a new client. Wanting something completely different than what I had currently and Natasha delivered. Being a new client Natasha to her time listening to what I wanted, she let me know what was achievable with the condition my hair was in at present. She did a corrective color, highlight and a really cute bob cut if I do say so myself. Everything thing turned out awesome Natasha did an extremely great job. I already have my next appt. set. I have been a client for over three years and it just keeps getting better and better. After a long wait due to Covid I was able to go back this week and see Natasha, my very talented stylist. The staff handled the restrictions extremely well - clients were far apart, customers coming in were checked and cleared and everything was clean and spotless. They were even careful to not have clients pick up products so you know that you're in a pretty safe place in terms of the virus. Since my hair color had grown in quite a bit I decided to take the plunge and try going gray. Natasha and I had discussed this earlier in the year and so I knew what the process would be. She took a lot of time with me and I love the result. This is a great salon with excellent staff and it's always a fun experience. read more

My teenage daughter went there with a very explicit and detailed request and photos about the styling she wanted. We did not need to bother. The stylist did not listen and essentially did his own thing on her hair. This was not the case where we are upset that they cannot recreate something that we saw in a magazine or online. I know that is unrealistic. Rather it is the expectation that when a customer discusses and asks for something and it is totally ignored that becomes a problem. It would be like asking how you would like your steak done at a nice restaurant and then being served a bowl of soup. Why bother asking if you are only going to get what they serve you? Highly disappointed in the experience. read more

Absolutely loved my first visit to breeze salon in Georgetown! The interior is very well decorated and trendy (like something you might find in downtown Austin). All employees were kind and professional. I loved my stylist Krystal! She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she also gave feedback based on her years of cutting hair. I left very pleased and so glad to have found my new stylist! read more

I'm giving this salon two stars because I did get a really good haircut. If it had been the haircut I'd asked for, I would have been really pleased. And everyone I know likes it, it's just not what I wanted. I filled out the form before the cut, my first time there, and I had hair down almost to my waist. Going over it with me, the stylist said "so you chose a 1 out of 10 for how much change you want to make, meaning hardly any?" and I said yes, I just want to take off the dead ends, I still want to have really long hair. Just trim up the layers, leave it long. Well long story short, she cut off at least 5 inches, if not 6! It's a good inch above my bra strap now, and it had been almost to my waist. Be very very careful going here. read more

I usually come in here every 6 weeks to 9 weeks to get my highlights touched up. I haven't been in a few months due to financial matters. My hair is really long so it cost a fortune here to do, that being said, shouldn't I get the same treatment? I currently am in the store writing my review, I walked in and let the front desk girl I was earlier and I was going to sit down and don't mind waiting. Usually they ask you for something to drink and if you need anything. Well she never asked me, barely said a word, than when this obviously wealthy women walked in who was a regular and she knew the customers name, asked her if she could get her something to drink and was super pleasant to her because she looked "rich". Well, money's money isn't it? I love breeze but I think this will be the last time I come here, the front desk girl made me feel less than standard. read more

Stay far, far away from this salon. The stylists quit all of the time, so you will constantly be jumping from person to person. As soon as you find someone you actually like again (after 4 terrible haircuts) they too will leave. Endless cycle. There is something to be said about a salon with so much turnover...why do all the good ones keep leaving? I feel like now I am constantly just rushed through my appointments and am not treated as a loyal customer. I tried to stay loyal to this salon but after 3 years and way too many stylists to count, I think I'll stay loyal to my hairdresser instead. Bye Breeze. Maybe treat your employees better so they stick around? read more

I went here because I was in absolute dire need of a Brazilian wax. I Didnt have an appointment but Val made time to see me and hands down gave me the best wax I have EVER had. Val was friendly but not super chatty which I liked because I'd rather her pay attention to what she's doing. She didn't ask me if I wanted a strip which I didn't mind because I wanted everything gone anyways. And boy did she get everything. She was up close and personal and I'm pretty sure has seen parts of me my own boyfriend has yet to discover from her thoroughness. I'm just super sad that I'm from out of town and won't be able to see her regularly. The only reason this review is getting a four star is because when I first walked in the hostess was on the phone, which I understand, but didn't have the decency to acknowledge me. A few more employees came to the front and I wasn't helped until I had been standing there for a few good minutes. didn't have an appointment and was a walk in and the read more

I am a fan - some of their stylists are getting a little too pricey, but if you specifically ask before they start - you can get a great sylist for a reasonable (competitive for an Aveda shop) price. I love my stylists (won't share who! I'm selfish), but she's a little power-house who can do an incredible cut and color. I also highly recommend their wax & mani/pedi - they have spa services, but I haven't tried them yet. Front is busy, but they are nice and definately have talent. read more

The worse manicure, when I got home I had to redo my color, had pits in the color. I don't know, other then she sprayed them with something. I had to to ask her to clean under my nails! Never going back and it cost more then normal! read more

I have mixed feelings about Breeze. Some haircuts I've had were really great due to communication between the hairstylist and I. Unfortunately some bad cuts have been had because the hairstylist decided to do their own thing with my valued locks. Many of my favorite stylists have seemingly disappeared. Some aspects of Breeze really enhance the experience such as the refreshments, environment and Aveda products. I have stopped going in order to pursue a hairstylist I can count on, however people I know have received better results than I. Try it out, you may love it. Just not for me. read more

It was horrible ! I was out of the town I did hight lights and mani/pedi , they charge me for hight lights over 200 and for cut my ends 75 , And charge me separate for blow dry I asked why is that much they said that I was in senior chair... well when I came they didn't said about it ,and they didn't told me how much it gonna cost all total they said about 175 $ for everything , but they over charge me ! When she done my hair I went to do manicure , and they said I gonna wait for pedicure about 1 h, well I didn't have time because I had my daughter with me and I said I'm not gonna wait , so they charge my credit card 67$ for pedicure whit out my permission They totally charge me almost 400$ for nothing !!! I was very pissed of very unprofessional hair salon , absolute don't recommend it for anybody !!!!!!! By the way administration girl very rude !! read more

If i could give zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this salon. Not because anyone was rude or unfriendly, but they are just not good at their job. I have short hair, and a fade. Only went in for a trim, so I was surprised at their ineptitude. Mackenzie was nice enough, but I don't think she was comfortable with short hair My fade is uneven, and my hair is awkwardly cut. I would say, if you have long hair this is a safe place to get your hair cut, but short hair may be better to go to Supercuts. Skip this place. read more

Kimberly and Andrea went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for me. Kimberly is one of the managers at the Georgetown location. She was genuine, kind and approachable. Andrea sat down with me to discuss the goal of the appointment before we started, she then took her time throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed or unheard and in the end she was able to give me exactly what I asked for. Andreas assistant was also delightful. She gave me a hand massage, shampooed/head massage and finished by blow dryingmy hair. Overall this was my best experience in any salon. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to Nicole Eagle for a little over a year now, and she is - hands down - the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She always has my hair's best interest in mind. I originally came in with very dark brown box color hair (dyed at home!) and wanted to go back to being my normal bright blond self. One year later, and I am blonder than I've ever been, and somehow my hair is healthier than it's ever been! I am getting my hair done by her next week on my wedding day, and wouldn't have it done by anyone else. Nicole is THE BEST! And the Breeze experience overall is so great! Complimentary hand massage while I'm in the chair... are you kidding me? Yes please! I love getting my hair done - is is truly a SPA experience, not just a run of the mill hair salon. read more
