My husband and I dined here when we checked in the hotel when we arrived at night about 8pm the restaurant was still open so we ordered pizza and the pizza was just okay it was good for a quick bite to eat and we didn't have to go far to find anything. However, the next day for lunch, I had the fruit bowl and that was so good oh my goodness I could have had another one but definitely good I highly recommend! The staff was friendly and offered meal suggestions. There's something definitely on the menu for anyone so again for it to be a hotel restaurant great choices. Have fun and enjoy life :) read more

Listen, for a hotel poolside restaurant this place was pretty good. Yeah it's probably a little overpriced but when you're travel weary and just don't want to deal, the food is solid - even good. I had the shrimp tacos which had a really nice Cole slaw with cilantro and fresh shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for after eating too much fast food. My daughter had the chicken parm and it was a very generous portion and the chicken was actually excellently prepared! No gristle no weird texture, perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. My daughter is very picky about chicken - one bad bite and it's over. She ate the whole thing! Oh and the truffle fries were great as well! I will say the process to order is a little strange because you have a choice of ordering at the bar, ordering on an app, or ordering with a server. The online system was down so we just ordered at the bar and then found a table, food came without a problem. read more

On site at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. A great food option for Lunch & Dinner. It's the only restaurant on the property. The menu is good with salads, wraps and tacos. Burgers, Wings and Chicken Tenders. You can order ahead using their mobile app. You can sit on the covered patio or inside at one of the many tables. It's very casual and family oriented. I checked in on a Thursday evening and sat on the patio and played Trivia and had the Mahi-Mahi tacos. Served on flour tortillas, you get two topped with their spicy slaw and you get chips and salsa on the side. They have a full stocked bar with all the top shelf tequilas. The setup of this restaurant is nice, it's an outdoor concept, but with some of it it enclosed. I decided to sit at the bar and figure out what to do as I was not quickly approached, did not see anything to scan or a menu. The person sitting next to me had a menu, so I asked to see it, however it was was just the drink menu. Eventually, the bartender provided me with a food menu. This restaurant is mostly a self serve spot, where you use a QR code to place your order, however at the bar the bartenders take your order and serve you as normal. However, IMO the bartenders are not setup to provide good customer service, they are manning a walk-up window where you can order food (a lot of people from the pool hop out of the pool and order from the window) and the line stays consistently long. There are actually two walk-up windows, and while I was there, there were two bartenders, so it was naturally difficult for them to provide good service to the patrons sitting at the bar and to all the people waiting in line at the walk-up windows. However, the bartender was very nice and apologetic that she was not as present as she wanted to be. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and was surprised when I received it that it had quite a bit of guacamole in it, I would have preferred no guac. The wrap was average, it came with French fries and they were delicious, nice and crunchy. All in all, this is a subpar restaurant that definitely came in handy while waiting for my room to be available for check-in - pure convenience is what this restaurant is. read more

Service staff friendly, but we saw her when she took our drink order and meal order, that was it, no refills nor did they offer us another cocktail, we waited over 30min for tenders, a burger, a "salad" and a kids pizza, nothing wild. Me and my BF stayed at the resort due to a deal we got and due to seasonality, Breeze Bar was the only restaurant open (or maybe it's the only one on the resort). I'm not sure why the ratings are so low but I thought the service was pretty great and the food was solid. I tried the mahi mahi tacos and the Philly cheesesteak on two separate days and really enjoyed both. We've also tried their pick up services while we were lounging by the pools and when we picked our food up, it was fresh. They have a wide assortment of frozen drinks and cocktails so definitely something where for everyone. I personally really enjoyed the mudslide frozen drink! read more

Don't pre order food here. They seem to like hyping this up. There's signs in the elevator, around all the pools, throughout the resort. Heck they'll even text you telling you to order your food then come pick it up, easy peasy, right? Well I preordered my lunch and it told me to come pick it up in about an hour. I arrived several minutes before my pickup window. Food was stone cold and fries were a soggy mess. Clearly the food was cooked immediately and it sat for nearly an hour. Obviously they need to readjust their ordering system. Make the food close to the pickup time, or call or text when it is complete or something? The fries probably would have been good fresh. The blackened chicken sandwich had no discernible flavor beyond the sauce on top, which was good, but you'd think a blackened chicken breast would have some kind of flavor!!! read more

I normally don't eat at restaurants at the resort/hotel unless it's actually well rated; I like to try local restaurants when travelling. But on a Friday night decided to stay in and just order from here. Super long wait, we waited over an hour for mobile order, 30+min after it said our order was ready. All the people were asking about their order. Seems like something happened and kitchen was not at all able to handle the crowd. Busy night, I get it. But the food was really really disappointing. The poke bowl was disgusting. I'm not sure what happened, maybe whoever made the food was like eff this, just get this thing out there. I tried really hard to eat it but gave up half way through. The fish was kinda hot, the avocado was like heated up?? The seaweed was heated up?? It was also pretty much just a huge bowl of rice. (My camera gave it way too much credit..). Grilled cheese sandwich was so gross, not sure what cheese they used. This should be one of the easiest thing to make?? Located on-site at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, this location is very convenient to the pool area. They offer on-site dining as well as mobile ordering. If you eat the site you can mobile order or order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table. They have a bar as well that you can order drinks on-site or mobile order to pickup and take to the pool area. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The food was very good that we had. We went twice to the restaurant during our stay. We had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was delicious. We were able to get it with grilled chicken versus fried. We also tried the shrimp tacos and the Philly cheesesteak during our visit. Everything was hot and had great taste. They offer both inside and patio seating. There is free water on the outside patio. The view from the patio is of the pool area and the lake. They have karaoke on different nights of the week and the patio fills up quickly. What a colossal waste of money. I typically can tolerate resort food and am less picky when I'm busy, but today's abysmal fare left us seeking other food elsewhere. Our lunch today: chicken Caesar salad, the chicken avocado wrap with fries, and the chips/salsa/guacamole platter. First, the chips platter. To call it guacamole is an insult to guacamole that has even the basics of salt, pepper, and lime. This was mashed avocado, straight out of the Gordon's foodservice catalog. No salt. No pepper. No like. No cilantro. It was a mashed avocado--which is fine if that's what you're claiming it is. But this was not. The salsa was terrible jarred mix--somewhere between Pace and Chi-chi's, duking it out for the worst. My girlfriend ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was a fine combination of some pretty-bagged rough chopped romaine, mini-croutons, a rubbery microwaved chicken breast that looked to have fake grill marks, and two single-serve containers of Ken's Caesar dressing (easily the best part of her meal). I ordered the chicken avocado wrap, which had approximately 15 small crouton-sized pieces of the same rubber chicken that made an appearance on the salad and the same rough-chopped romaine. The only way to make it palatable was to squirt the room-temperature table side mayonnaise on it. The fries were the best part of the meal, but that's kind of like being the winner of the ugly dog show. Neither of us could finish our meals. We threw most of the food away. We spent $45 and would have been 10 times happier going to Burger King. When Sheraton emailed me a survey, I gave them the same message. Lesson learned. read more

Honestly, for a resort bar restaurant it's very solid. The food isn't fancy but very competently cooked, tasty, and you get the convenience as well. The cheese fries are really good, the pizza is solid (so long as you're not expecting a traditional ny pie), the burgers and wraps are very good. Drinks are very good as well. Loved the resort, but this restaurant was pretty bland especially when you're paying about twice as much as you would pay by just going offsite. Service was also fairly poor. Our to go order was missing an entrée which I discovered after I had paid and tipped 20%. When I came back to get it, there was no apology and no concession. We had a nice lunch today outside on the patio at Breeze. I had the special- chicken fajitas- and my husband had a chicken sandwich. For a resort restaurant, it did the trick. Our server was super nice and attentive and the view can't be beat of course! The chicken was a little dry and I'd probably get something else another time, but it was perfect to not have to leave the pool area and drive somewhere for lunch.
