Breeze is great. The only 3 things that keep it from getting 5* are these: 1. Consistently failing to announce Breezeby for boarding. 2. Not seating first class early and providing a refreshment during boarding. 3. At every airport (3 so far and 2 consistently) there is never enough staff at the counter and checking bags takes forever. read more

One star earned only because the airline staff were pleasant. THIS WAS THE WORST DAY OF TRAVEL MY FAMILY HAS EVER ENDURED. Flight was to depart San Diego at 1 pm and was delayed 5 times and ultimately didn't depart until 9 pm resulting in a 5 am arrival (vice 9 pm of the same day as departure) on a non stop flight!!!! We missed the rental car hours in Norfolk and had to wait an additional 2 hours for them to open. We were given $20 meal reimbursement vouchers that expire in 12 hours from now and we have to charge our own credit card and then wait for reimbursement. No standby flight and no next day flight. We even had our rooms cancelled due to arriving too late. This was Worst experience trying to make it to daughter's wedding. read more

Had a great morning flight. Would recommend for direct flight from Hartford to Norfolk. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Recommendations, for the airline itself, would be to include the snack boxes for the nicest guests! They would go great with the wine and drink options. read more
