Had a great morning flight. Would recommend for direct flight from Hartford to Norfolk. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Recommendations, for the airline itself, would be to include the snack boxes for the nicest guests! They would go great with the wine and drink options. read more

No way to get any help when their app refuses to pull up ur reservation and u must spend five hr via chat and still no help, because they just repeat the same steps that don't work over and over .,. If it doesn't link correctly using ur step the first time , personal experience, it doesn't work the 5,347 time either!!! So now I'm stuck with useless tickets for the wrong dates, after paying extra for flexible tickets, and won't arrive the correct dates for my dads brain cancer surgery that is only way he lives beyond the next month or two! And don't have the $ to just buy more tickets scared they will be wrong dates too, because it took every red cent I had to buy first set of tickets and pay for air bnb!! Ok so just an update to my last review. If you take them at their services and not what a conventional airlines offers...they're not bad. Though flights are typically on two days a week, you get cheap flights with actual leg room and a new plane on a direct flight. Where things don't work is when a flight is cancelled or you need to get in touch with someone, they are all digital and don't have any one that can jump on a call. You will need to plan to cancel your flight, which they are happy to give you flight credit for, or you will need to deal with waiting a few days for a response. read more

There is no way to talk to a live person at Breeze...they simply don't have people to talk to their customers, even in an urgent situation. So, when your flight is delayed or cancelled, or if you need to make changes or ask a question, or if the website does not work the way it should, your only solution is an worthless, endless, robotic tennis volley of texts or emails with scripted responses with the familiar long pauses in between while they juggle other duties. Do not book they promise you a ticket if you cancel or have legitimate reason for missing a flight and tickets are promised when it comes down to it. They only wanna give you 25% of whatever you paid they don't talk about you paying for extra baggage, etc. I don't recommend these airlines you won't come ahead it's like having to buy the ticket all over again at full price. If not more they don't act fair they do not keep their word. They will not replace your ticket full amount they lie even if they tell you they're going to good luck by the time you're done doing that it will never happen. You'll find at the end your one up for the 25% credit which adds up to nothing really if you paid $250 for your flight still working on it but I wanna recommend these credit now if you wanna waste days trying to figure out how to get home read more

This was my first time trying breeze airlines, flew in from new haven to west palm beach Thursday with no issues and actually a smooth trip. However Sunday (5/4/25) the entire experience getting home from West Palm Beach to Tweed was a nightmare. Our flight was scheduled to depart from West Palm at 1:12 pm, it was delayed due to weather 3 hours. Ok fine that's out of their control. After 4 hours of waiting for our delayed flight we finally board, great! We take off and get to Norfolk for our scheduled quick layover, no problems getting in. We land and park the plane to wait for the other passengers to get on so we can finally get to Tweed. The pilot then gets on the intercom and says we all have to deboard because they have to time out due to flying for 13 hours which is there maximum. Okay that's fine, BUT they had no back up pilots on standby ready to go and had to call for back when we arrive. So we ended up having to wait for 5 HOURs in the airport with absolutely 0 communication from breeze about whether or not they would get a back up crew in. This airline has 0 customer service or communication when things go wrong. After finally finding pilots from another incoming flight we then have to wait another hour because the plane was "overfueled". So what ended up supposed to be a nice short hop from Norfolk to Tweed turned into a 9 hour trip with little communication from breeze about what was actually happening. Run! This company is an absolute joke. I spent 2 hours of my life trying to book a flight. Every single time, after going through the entire process again and again, and again, I got a message that they were unable to book my flight at this time. I went through their troubleshooting routine, cleared the cache of my browser, tried 4 different browsers, used 4 different credit cards, same result. I assume that they try to avoid the SPRING promotion discount like the plague. I will spend the $150 more and go back to a real airline like Delta or American Airlines, but I would like to get my time back. I wish Yelp would allow me to apply a ZERO star review. read more

I started flying Breeze when I discovered they fly direct to Norfolk from Tampa (usually a 1 stop flight). Tickets are reasonably priced, but like all discount airlines, prices have risen and no longer the cheapest option. They have sales from time to time, but I continue to fly them because of their direct flights to Norfolk, and other cities. My flying experience has been great: comfy seats, clean planes, and friendly staff. I took 2 stars off because their customer service is pretty much non-existent. Like so many companies, they've eliminated the human interaction, which makes it difficult to efficiently and quickly address issues when you can't speak to an actual person. It took me about a week to get an issue resolved with my account, and I also cancelled my flight over it. There needs to be a better way to communicate with a customer rep that isn't a WhatsApp chat. read more

We have flown four times now with Breeze. We have had an amazing experience. The seats were comfy and spacious in first class as well as in the mid section of the plane. Most of all, their flight attendants were amazing. We had Flight Attendant Beverly on two flights, and she made traveling with a 2-yr-old and a 4-yr-old actually fun! Beverly was so sweet and went far above and beyond to make our whole experience unforgettable and wonderful! Thank you to Beverly and the rest of the flight crew for being so great at what you do! I have the same complaint as the others on here. If you need customer service, there is none. Their text messageing is automated and just ends when it can not figure out what you are asking. I have a $656 breeze credit due to a flight I had to cancel because of a family emergency. When trying to book another flight to that location, they only have 6 flights in the next year to this location, and they are all in the same month which also does not work. I have not been able to speak with anyone and will loose this credit because they have no flights I can use. I will probably not use this airline again because of this. read more

They run great specials and have their systems down, the customer service said they will get back to you - it takes 10 hours and all of the sale prices are gone. Scammers!!!!!! The Supervisor said her name was Kikki. She didn't want to provide additional information and her service was horrific. I wasted about one hour of my time with her while she jumped to conclusions, didn't ask any questions, made accusations, and had a comprehension Issue. Kikki never asked me about my concerns or how she could help. She assumed I had issues with my system (was on WiFi) it was fine. Had to repeat my response and concerns and she would respond with our response time was higher than normal, completely off topic. This was a BAD experience- they are fraudulent!!!! Breeze has no such number and, unfortunately, prefers text messages to handle their customer inquires. When I called the (501) number to attempt to change my flight, the person (with an Indian accent) answered as "Breeze Airways, this is ####, can I help you?" and asked me for my flight confirmation. When they saw that it was for a change in itinerary, they put me on hold and then hung up after two minutes. When I called back to complain about why they hung up on me, they totally claimed to be someone else. Twice in the last two weeks my husband's flights have been delayed by more than 6 hours: a 9:25pm flight turned into a 3:00am flight. The worst part, he had to check in by 8:15pm or he would not have been allowed on the 3:00am plane. TSA Security got off duty at 9:00pm. He waited in an airport for 7+ hours with no Explanation! we loved Breeze Airways when it first opened for business. However, the honeymoon is wearing off! While the flight was fine my problem is with the lack of customer service. I lost my laptop on a recent flight (my fault) but why is it so hard to get customer service on the phone? They don't have a number at any airport desk. Customer service just doesn't exist. I went back to the airport and talked to the people at their desk and that was the biggest waste of time. First time flying this airline and I would recommend against it. First they need to fix their communication system. My flight was delayed multiple times but they kept sending notifications that my flight was boarding. They also sent different messages one the plane was back on schedule then another notice the flight was cancelled. Then another that was a mistake. Our flight was delayed 4 times in 4 hours, scheduled to depart at 7pm to arrive at 9.50pm, actual departure was next day 12.30 am arrival 1.50am,, we rebooked for next day, had to miss work and hire a car. The next day we boarded with my 15llb dog which I paid $150 for the flight was 3/4 empty, pet owners beware the flight attendant was rude and unprofessional, barking orders at me to jam my pet carrier (which is airline certified) under the seat which is about 8 inches off the ground, told me I need to buy a new pet carrier!!!, then I was told my husband and I needed to swap seats (we were next to each other but the pet needed to be under my seat because that's the way I booked it‍), never had an issue with jet blue and the carrier or if it was under my seat or my husbands the captain came out and was very understanding and helpful, long story short beware We will never fly breeze again, jet blue maybe a couple of dollars more but definitely worth it and more professional airline read more

If I could give no stars I would. We were headed to Orlando for a wedding this past June. Our flight from Burlington VT was canceled by a day for unplanned maintenance. We had decided to upgrade since I was celebrating my retirement. We did not see that upgrade and sat in horrible seats. As the plane took off you had to wonder how old it was as the whole plane shook. On our flight home we understand weather but if they had not delayed our flight again we would have never encountered any weather and made it home on time. There was a full plane of people waiting since 7PM for 5 hours to take the flight to Orlando. We almost hit another plane on the runway as we were heading out to take off. I have flown on Breeze 3 times and have had only one experience of a delay. The airline is no frills but very clean and efficient, easy to book and very convenient and reasonably priced. I love the direct flight to my destination experience. The flight times aren't the best and limited but most times it's workable. If there is a delay for some reason they do compensate you for it without having to complain. I will use them again for sure. read more

Our flight kept getting delayed( the plane was sitting at the gate for hours) we weren't being told anything. Eventually they cancelled our flight we had the option to fly to an entirely different state for a layover( Rhode Island) or re book. I ultimately decided to take the layover. When we finally boarded we sat on the plane for 2 HOURS waiting to take off. Not to mention the gate people came on our plane and basically took attendance they went around the plane calling out names literally like 4 times at this point everyone was extremely upset and the pilot came out to talk to us all. He even was on the phone to try and talk to the ceo of breeze. Just wanted to change from a carry-on to a checked bag and pay the difference. I got a headache and nosebleed, it was that bad. Cant call, they only text. After 45 minutes of trying to text they finally replied, saying I was travelling within 24 hours so the option to make a change wasn't available online. Nope, I was travelling in 3 days. Took 3 attempts and robot replies to get what seems to be a person. Then it went silent for 15 minutes. I could not contact them and they would not respond, and text is the only option. I sit here waiting...lost over an hour of time, not resolved, and all I need to do is make a simple change (and pay more, which is fine, if they would take my money).
