But it was exactly what I needed...to get from point A to point B without paying a lot of money. It was cool. We made a couple of quick stops. If you are planning on taking this bus here's what I recommend. Bring tissue, disinfectant wipes, and wet wipes in case you need to use the bathroom on the bus. I didn't use it, but I had these items just in case. Pack food/snacks. There is no telling if your stop will be in a place where there is food. There are charger outlets and wifi. The wifi was a bit weak. I would recommend this bus. You can't beat the price. I'm planning another trip in the near future.

We took Rockledge bus on a round trip for Baltimore to New York. I do not recommend…read more Our first bus from Baltimore smelled heavily of urine and feces. Every time the bus hit a bump, or someone opened the bathroom door, the odor was stronger and wafted everywhere throughout the bus. The seats were terrible uncomfortable with little legroom provided. The driver was nice enough, though, and we arrived quicker than I thought. The second bus from NYC smelled better, and the seats were better.... but it was still somehow a rotten experience. We stopped somewhere in Jersey, because they apparently don't do that ahead of time, which took roughly half an hour that was unplanned and we were not informed about. Throughout the drive, the driver was on his cell phone yelling very, very, very loudly in Chinese. Finally, I would be remiss to not mention the heat on the bus was SO hot. Coming from cold New York, where people dress accordingly, I was ill prepared for mid-summer heat in Florida provided by Rockledge bus. Our group ended up taking off as many layers as we could, and it was still too darn hot and the air unfortunately didn't work. People who get motion sick, especially with heat, this would be your worst nightmare. The service was cheap. I think we paid roughly $100 for RT tickets for two, but I'll spring for a better service provider next time.

Why do they ask you to be there 30 mins before departure when they were 1.5 hours late…read more I did get to my destination safe and sound, but there were lots of hiccups on the way that prevented me from having a good night's sleep. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the temperature on the bus constantly went from hot to cold. There was never a happy medium. It was difficult to move my legs around because my feet would stick to the floor. People on that bus, including the driver barely understood English. At one point a lady had to ask him if she could sit up front because she had a medical condition. He just ignored her, so she called the cops and 30 mins later, he was pulled over so she could get off the bus. My expected time of arrival was supposed to be 5am, but didn't get to NY until 7. I guess you get what you pay for.

I docked a star because the schedule feels very inconsistent and there is no way to track when a trolley is coming. A daily route schedule or even a tracking feature on the app would make a lot of sense. It would also be best from an accessibility standpoint to eliminate unnecessary standing and waiting at the pick up spots. Speaking of which, the signage is pretty limited. The signs are not eye and maybe are hidden or covered by trees. Having a dedicated trolley lane makes it easier to indicate that you're waiting to be picked up but it was still unnecessarily difficult as first time riders to figure out where to stand. All of the drivers we encountered were pleasant and friendly, and the trolleys were clean with options for air conditioned seating or a fresh breeze if you sit towards the back. Great videos of the oceanfront either way.
