I cannot emphasize how incredible my experience was with Sandrine during my sound healing session. Before my first visit with her, I had been working on my own holistic healing at home for several months through meditation, breath work, and YouTube sound baths. The progress I had made on my own helped me realize I was on the right path, but I knew I needed outside help from someone who knew more about holistic healing and could help me push further. I had tried another session with a Reiki healer as well, but the support I was looking for was still missing. My mom had recommended I set up an appointment with Sandrine, someone she held in high regard after her own sound healing sessions. When the day came for my session, my expectations were blown out of the water! Without any prior knowledge of my life or my healing journey, Sandrine humbly told me many things about myself using her intuition that confirmed all the work I had been doing at home. I was left in awe of her accuracy, especially given she knew little to nothing about me. This all happened only 20 minutes into our session. I knew I was in the right hands. When the time came to begin the sound healing, Sandrine carefully and caringly made sure I was comfortable as she laid freshly cleaned blankets on me and offered a face mask to keep my eyes closed. She had given me the option to lie down or sit for this part of the session. I was very comfortable. To keep my review from being pages long, I will simply say that this sound bath session was one of the most cathartic experiences in my spiritual healing journey; I learned so much and I am still feeling the positive effects of the session. I highly recommend booking Sandrine for your holistic healing journey. She is a kind and warm person who knows her stuff, and you will not regret booking her!

Immediately after a session I'm in a much calmer state and this is with me entering in at a high level of panic & despair. Later into the evening I notice more improvement and by the following day my mental and spiritual state resumes to an even higher level of functioning than my normal. At first I wasn't sure if hypnosis would work especially when instructed to visualize because imagery is not a strong point of mine but each time I've been pleasantly impressed at how I enter a deep state of relaxation so much so that my head falls and a couple times I woke myself up snoring. I've also had a handful of sessions with Halen the hands on energy healer at Inner Soundness and strongly recommend her services as well. These two ladies I'll forever be grateful for, they were able to rapidly pull me out of some really dark times and I appreciate how they've been able to fit me in for short notice appointments. Although I now live overseas, I'm relieved to know I can still utilize their services via virtual appointment. Melove and Halen are the real deal! If you're looking for rapid relief therapy or a means for self improvement I highly recommend booking a consult at Inner Soundness **MANY** thanks for all yalls help!!
