I had tried to quite chewing for years but, I would always give in to the cravings after a few months. The problem was that I was not addressing the main cause of my failed attempts to stop using tobacco. I needed to get the subconscious to buy in on quitting and not just the conscious. After the first session with Joshua, I felt like I had complete control over my life and I was not going to let tobacco rule my mind any more. The whole experience of being hypnotized was very pleasant and nothing like what you see in the movies.
