I was a hardcore smoker and smoked two packs a day for more than 30 years. I didn't know if I would…read moreever be able to quit. Then, about 25 years ago, I had some health issues that required me to stop smoking. I tried everything--patches, pills, white-knuckling it, and more. I tried everything I could think of. I'd heard of hypnosis to stop smoking but didn't believe it would help. After many failed attempts on my own, a friend referred me to Drake Eastburn. By that time, I was desperate, so I decided to give hypnosis a try. And I have never smoked again! Really, it's amazing how easy it was. There wasn't the constant struggle or overwhelming cravings I had experienced before. I wasn't ripping people's heads off or reaching for food to hide the cravings for a cigarette. Immediately after a session I'm in a much calmer state and this is with me entering in at a high level of panic & despair.
