I was in the middle of a divorce at the time and immediately felt lighter after our session. Like I was able to let go of a lot of pain I had been holding onto. I found Innerviews near our house and that random choice brought me to Mira Rubenstein's practice. Don't know what to expect from hypnotherapy? Neither did I. Mira was tremendously informative about the process which essentially calms the mind and works through the layers of conscious and unconscious behaviors which I needed to put behind me in order to make progress. No passing out and forgetting what I talked about. Conscious the entire time and able to retain the process to calm myself down afterward has held now for over a year. Two sessions were enough to be able to get to the dentist on my own and leave the vallium behind. Overall, the health benefits I derived from this were much needed. Reasonably priced sessions, comfortable office, and excellent results. Office is located on corner of 7th and Grant..

During those 13 years, I turned down trips to some of the most desired destinations in the World. I traveled by train, car, bus... anything to avoid getting on an airplane. Of course, this was limiting in terms of where I could travel. A few years ago, I went to a hypnotherapist in Southern California for a couple of sessions, but I had no success. When I met Mira at a workshop she was teaching, I decided to try tackling my fear of flying once again. I had one session with Mira and it literally transformed me. Since our session together, I have flown across the United States for a work project, to California for a beach vacation, across the World to Israel for a family trip, and to San Francisco to board a Hawaiian cruise ship! My friends and family cannot believe the change that I have made. My work with Mira was a true blessing. I recommend her with the highest confidence. I have referred her to several loved ones and friends. If you have something you want to work on and you desire a safe space with a gifted professional, definitely schedule with Mira.

My latest session from Holly this past week was very attuned and caring. I felt very cared for thru the whole process. She even used sound bowls and I was very relaxed and dropped in. So far my integration is shifting me into a great place energetically (I am also an energy healer and bodyworker) and I am falling back in love with my work because I am taking better care of myself. I am so grateful for Holly's presence at this time and feel my energy is more open and safe and free. I would highly recommend her work (not to mention her space is very immaculate and inviting and beautiful). thanks Holly!!!

Immediately when I met her I felt cared for and safe. She started the session and intuitively picked up on the issues I was having that day almost right away. During the session I felt I could let go and deeply relax and enjoy the healing taking place. I thought my symptoms went away because I was just so relaxed but when I left her office that day, I couldn't believe that my nausea and headache went away. And it went away for several days afterwards. I wasn't sure if I could feel that powerful healing again, until I went again and the same thing happened. I was blown away by the power of Reiki and her healing abilities. During sessions, I felt so many shifts within myself and I was able to feel this energy working its way throughout my entire body. She was able to give me intuitive advice that helped me in between sessions to take better care of myself. I could also feel that my baby was enjoying the reiki as well, as she'd move closer to Holly's hands. I had my baby in January 2020 and she is very healthy and has been a complete joy. I credit Holly to helping me have a healthier pregnancy and giving me and my baby that emotional and spiritual support. Holly exudes warmth that makes you feel restored and refreshed after every reiki session. She is easy to get a hold of and schedule sessions with. She never rushes and is always punctual. She's just a dream to work with. I hope everyone gets to experience Reiki with Holly.
