I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Asplin…read more Where MDs, DOs and specialists have failed me for most of my adolescent and entire adult life, used me as an injection pincushion, a pharmaceutical petri dish and used one size fits all diagnosis, Dr. Asplin has made huge progress with me in tackling a chronic issue that has been misdiagnosed by 5 MDs over two decades. I am so grateful to have Dr. Asplin as my primary Doctor. She definitely incorporates common sense into her practice (that everyone should be reminded of from time to time). Visiting her is a very different experience than visiting an MD, because she will genuinely care about your life, nutrition, specific health challenges, and overall wellbeing. You get the sense that not only she is very intelligent, but she's also a great person and a Doctor that you can trust. There's still a little ways to go as far as reversing some of my digestive symptoms, but I've never felt better and we've made great progress. On a side note, singing is one of my passions and Dr. Asplin has helped me so much to overcome some of my "silent reflux" side effects and I have significantly improved my singing abilities/endurance as a result of the work she has done with me. Very grateful, and I will continue to be a patient of hers even though I have moved out of state.

But then I stumbled across Teresa. She has the clinical knack of knowing bodies but also carries a sincere sense of compassion for her clients. I've never felt so safe. Or so seen. And it's life-changing! Not only are the treatment rooms warm and inviting, but the secretary is smiling and welcoming too. Parking is ample and subsequently stress-free, which particularly matters on a rainy day like this one, while the building inside is tastefully designed and adds to the calm aesthetic throughout. I would strongly recommend stopping in and meeting the delightful talented staff serving and healing this community one case at a time!

I hadn't ever tried it before so I wasn't really sure what to expect; another friend of mine spoke highly of it so I decided to give it a chance. Despite starting out with significant skepticism that my physical problems could be helped by getting stuck with tiny needles I am amazed by the changes I've seen aspects of my life I wasn't expecting. Getting started, I appreciated that Nikki takes the time to explain her treatment decisions to me in a way that I can understand. She is very holistic, patient and methodical however maintains a good sense of humor during the diagnosis portion of her session. My first couple treatments and discussions with her were very thought provoking and subsequent visits have proven to be very therapeutic. In fact, I'm sure it's no coincidence that I was brought to Nikki when I was. Her positive guidance has helped me to become more open minded to my life potential while treating the physical complaints that I initially brought to her. At this point, my friends and family (despite never meeting her themselves) know Nikki by name as I consider her services an important part of my personal development.

My problem was multiple allergies to food and over a span of time I was able to go back to gluten with no problems. It's really nice to get back to a healthy place the right way. Instead, I was treated in a practitioner's room down a far hall in the back of the facility where no one was being treated. This was my first time being treated in Colorado. I just moved from St. Louis, MO that week. Ruth, the practitioner, placed needles in me all around my body while I was being treated. Then she left me. After ten minutes, or more, I thought Ruth would return to check on me. Instead, I lay there with pain shooting in my left hand. I shouted, "Someone, please, help me. I am in pain! Please, help me.!" I repeated this numerous times over the thirty minutes or so. Then, when no one came to help me, I begahn to cry. When the practitioner returned, finally, she was surprised to see I was covered in tears. Ruth said I should return every week for treatment. I thought about making another appointment. Following the events of the rest of that week, I cancel eled the future appointments. The next day, I developed a rash on my left groin. I went to Urgent Care on Wednesday to deal with the rash. That evening my finger swelled more and became extremely painful. I suffered all of Wednesday night with the pain in my finger. In the following morning at 8 AM. , the Urgent Care provided me with an appointment for my hand. The doctor said an infected finger can become really nasty, so you should have go to an ER if it gets any worse. She prescribed antibiotics, but they didn't really seem to work. I woke up at 7 PM with a big black sore around my finger where it was infected. There were red streaks streaming up my arms. I went to the ER near my place in Littleton. There, I was transferred to a different hospital where surgery was performed at two o'clock in the afternoon. That was Thursday. Now, it is Monday and I am still in the hospital waiting to see if I will have to have another surgery to clean out the infection. I am grateful for the medical professionals who are helping me.

Amy, Lessa great jobs on my massage. Summary for my…read moreexperience was, great. I got a great 1 hour massage for 70 included tip and most of the problems that I had were a mix of personal taste and human error. When my group and I showed up, there were 5 of us and 5 workers. After a little talk the workers decided to do all of us at once (in separate rooms) Amy was my masseuse for most of the massage. She was very good. When I had a pressure problem she changed for the specific spot but went back to deep when she moved away from the painful spot, in my experience if I ever voice my pain for a small part of my body the masseuse makes the rest of the massage lighter, which I don't like. So the fact the Amy changed pressure with my pain was awesome. Now while doing the massage, due to all masseuses massaging my group, they periodically had to pause the massage to go take care of arriving customers, (the time that they spent doing this, I'm pretty sure was taken out of my hour massage, but I didn't calculate it) now Amy for some reason switched with Lessa, Lessa was good as well. She finished my massage. My issues with the overall massage was, they massage my butt cheeks which was uncomfortable at first but I appreciated the new experience and I didn't realize how many knots I had in my butt, the last issue was while the massage was good it was uneven in both technique and time. This overall wasn't a big deal but I have a evenness thing so I noticed it. About the other comments about having issues with the tip part. They have a value system for the words that you use to describe the massage that connects to the tip value. Such as, if you thought the massage was "excellent" then they wanted you to give a 25$ tip. I don't know about Denver's ways (as a visitor) but this was bothersome to my party, while the massages were good, we don't believe in tips for this type of job, we believe the workers should be paid fair by the company. I don't know if they were a crappy company or just did something weird with the pay outs for the services but either way we didn't want to pay that much in tips. We would have rather have the massages be more expensive. BUT while insistent on the tip charges they did not enforce them. Anyway if you stuck til the end congressional you know all my opinions on this place. Which is good! I recommend it!
