It is very unfortunate that a practice would be so unethical. I was greeted by the incorrect…read moretherapist for what I was told to be a phone consultation. I was then charged $225 for an intake assessment. Not only was this not what I was told it would be, I was also met by a therapist that I did not request. To charge me $225 for a mistake on their part is incredibly wrong. More recently, I realized that I was charged another $150 a week later for an unknown reason. I have tried to get in contact with them and requested a phone call many times now. I have been completely ignored and received no call from the owner or upper management that could assist me with this. I will be reporting them to DORA unfortunately. Please beware of this practice trying to steal money from individuals solely trying to seek help. It is a very unethically run business and it is so disheartening to have discovered that this is occurring within a therapist community. I highly recommend seeking help elsewhere. This practice has only caused me more stress in life.

I give my highest recommendation to Alexis as a personal coach. I find her incredibly warm,…read moregenuine, highly intelligent, and perceptive. Most importantly though, her coaching gave me results. We worked on me being more expressive of my true feelings, which has had a huge impact on my personal relationships. Not that I had serious problems in the area of relationships, but working with Alexis has helped me fine-tune my assertiveness and my ability to express difficult feelings like anger and frustration in a skillful way. Before I would bottle up frustration and then it would leak out in passive aggressive way, but now I'm much more able to express my feelings in the moment in a way that doesn't provoke defensiveness in the other person. I think something else that I really liked about working with Alexis is that I immediately felt comfortable with her. Each session was highly productive and felt like we could jump right in, get down to business, and left each session feeling very clear and knowing my next moves, and like I had gotten great value for my money.

She is genuine, open, no-nonsense, and comes from a place of honesty. She won't sit and spew psychobabble nor will she coddle you or tell you what she thinks you want to hear. I honestly believe that she is always seeking the path of righteousness for both herself and her clients which at times isn't the most comfortable thing, but at the end of the day is the enlightening thing. You'll leave feeling like a weight has been lifted, or at the very least that you don't have to carry that burden alone. After all, isn't that what a good therapist should do? If you're reading this review because you saw her picture and you noticed that she's easy on the eyes, well ain't that the truth! Alexis is one in a million in a sea of LMFT's, and you can take my word for it.

Rebecca has great attention to detail, listens well and has an approach you can trust and actually relax into the adjustments. My wife who had a very bad experience elsewhere did not trust seeing a chiro but needed the work. Rebecca recommended she come in and see how a session would go and do a consultation after. My wife opened up and has been a regular client ever since. That's not all, we also now have our senior pup coming in with us to see Byron who's helping keep our old lady feeling young. Their front desk, Haleigh is the absolute best! She helps us plan ahead, knows our routine and is another great staff looking out for my family.

Different styles, modalities, men and women, young and old. Before starting to see Dr. Tyler several months ago, I thought I knew what a great chiropractor looked like... but he blew away our previous notions, expectations, and standards of care! Never have I met a chiropractor with so much passion for his craft, and a relentless pursuit of mastery. It's a sight to behold. My wife, daughter, and I have made major improvements in our backs, necks, and overall bodies within a relatively short period of time. We have learned just how vital and influential our spinal cords are (as extensions of our brains) to areas of our body, inside and out, that you'd never think could be treated through chiropractic care... because he takes the time to explain all of that. His treatment plans are SO much more than just adjusting/cracking backs and necks. Gentle, but highly effective. And, when needed, as a relatively young man, he has the strength and energy to give anyone of any size or condition the nuanced force their body needs with finesse. Dr. Tyler takes his Gonstead training and its framework very seriously. He never makes us feel rushed during our appointments. And, as a very important bonus, he's got a pleasant and fun personality that makes you feel like you're a good friend or family member, with plenty of light-heartedness and humor, but while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, at the same time. This review is a long-time coming, which is why it's so long and detailed. I've come to view Dr. Tyler not only as my chiropractor, but one of my top trusted wellness advisors, and a good friend. Whether you're currently seeing another chiropractor, or you have visited one, I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Tyler Simpson the opportunity to assess your situation and demonstrate his immense competence!
