Kris is incredible at her job and had the twins sleeping through the night in just a couple of months! She is truly gifted in her work with newborns and children, the twins loved her and still do. It is difficult to put into words how amazing it was to work with Kris. We made arrangements with Kris prior to our daughters birth. Two weeks after she was born we began working on the sleep shaping. While a two week old is not going to fully comprehend was is occurring, it did help her (and us) get into a routine. By 10 weeks she was sleeping in 7-8 hour night spans and by 12 weeks she was and continues to sleep ~12 hours. Throughout the process Kris was accommodating to our schedule changes and always arrived on time. While this service is not inexpensive, it is very much worth the cost and we would not hesitate to use Kris again should we have another child. You're eyes aren't deceiving you, Kris has a crazy amount of awesome reviews for a reason! She's a miracle worker! Our little guy had HORRENDOUS colic for the first 8 weeks....like I'm talking he would scream for 6 DAYS (yes, days!) straight. He was only sleeping about 20 minutes at a time and had to be held the whole time. My husband and I were trading off every 3 hours during the night and sleeping on our nursery floor. Kris was recommended to me by another first time mom who told me her baby slept 6 hours straight the first night after meeting with Kris. Needless to say, I desperately wanted to try it out, but was also realistic that we probably wouldn't have as amazing of results. BUT WE DID! The first night we met with her he slept 6 hours straight (he was 7 weeks)...we were SHOCKED to say the least. The next night he slept 7 hours straight. We were finally able to sleep in our own bed! If you're laying awake reading these reviews/letters at 3am like I was...CALL KRIS! She is absolutely amazing. We were first time parents and on top of already feeling like we had no clue what we were doing our 7 week old son NEVER slept. He was so overly tired he would lay awake in his crib for hours, eyes wide open but he would never truly fall asleep for more than 20 minutes at a time. We were desperate, I got online and found Kris and our lives changed the second she came over. Not only did she stay overnight to care for my son through out the night to give me a much needed full night of sleep, but she spent hours talking with my husband and I to educate us about babies and sleep. She showed us all kinds of baby products we didn't know about that are now staples in our household. After just a week or two of implementing her suggestions and schedules, Austin started sleeping 12 hours through out the night, 7pm to 7am. Day time sleep took a little longer but within a month he was taking 1 hour + naps along with sleeping soundly through out the night. My wife and I often think about our lives in terms of "before Kris" and "after Kris." I cannot sing Kris' praises enough. We were referred to Kris by family friends when our first daughter was 4 months old. I admittedly was overwhelmed with how to care for our infant. Kris is AMAZING! Our son Jackson had a milk protein issue, colic and severe acid reflux. As a result, many bad habits were created in our house to get as much sleep as possible and try to keep him comfortable. Once we got the meds right and controlled the reflux we needed help teaching Jack how to soothe himself to sleep. We were also trying to figure out how to move him from the rock n play in our room to his crib .... and due to the reflux.... what elevated solutions may exist. Kris was amazing with us and Jack. I cannot say enough good things about Kris! If you're reading this review you are probably like we were - at our wits end, completely sleep deprived, and seemingly helpless. Our second daughter just would not sleep! After one particularly desperate night of waking up every 45 minutes at 10 weeks I reached out to Kris. Two days later she was at our house observing us and teaching us "the way". I was hopeful but somewhat skeptical, but I committed to do exactly what she said.
