Dr. Bream immediately helped me over the phone to get relief from the burning acid and got me into her office right away. She also followed up by calling me at home to see how my eyes were feeling. Quick, convient, best prices and an overall fantastic experience for going to the doctor. Originally stopped by to get itchy eyes checked out while I was out at Costco and quickly decided that this was my new optometrist. Staff was excellent and even as a walk in they were able to get me in without too much of a problem. With my astigmatism I've always had issues getting my contacts right but Dr. Bream was able to get it pretty perfect in just one appointment. The staff made me feel welcome and safe as I awaited my appointment with Dr. Bream. The wait was short and I was taken at my appointed time. I had been having issues with my eyes for a couple of weeks, Dr Bream did a couple of tests and determined the problem within a few minutes. She gave me her diagnosis and her treatment plan. Quick friendly service and both of the optometrists I've seen there took time to check the health of my eyes and explain what they were watching out for. I apparently have thin retinas, leading to some concern about developing glaucoma. The optometrists showed me the test results and explained what was and wasn't concerning about them. Great staff, appointments are easy to make, Dr. Bream is really helpful, answers questions and reviews my chart, knows my history. She was the first doctor to diagnose my normal pressure glaucoma even though I had seen other eye docs every year. She helped me get the diagnostic info to an ophthalmologist.
