The place is very unique and can be easily found. Inside the restaurant, there is plenty of seating. The menu we got was printed on newspaper which I thought was a really cool touch. Tastes: - Pho Poutine: Was not expecting this to be as good as it was. Straight up taste like pho with some fries and gravy. Super delicious and was a favorite for all of us. - Ooo Bae Pancakes: Ube pancakes. Nice and fluffy and super flavorful. It was a lot lighter than we thought but it was really good. - Noods Please: Garlic noodles. A solid option but wasn't as great as the other items in my opinion. Still good though don't get me wrong. - Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice: The truffle unagi sauce definitely makes this. Super rich and tons of umami. Really good! This place left us absolutely speechless. The best thing about a restaurant is when they offer dishes you can't find anywhere else, and this is one of those places. Starting off with atmosphere, the dining room is elegant when it comes to the look and even the gold trimmed furniture. There was also surprisingly a DJ playing the entire time (throwback R&B jams that fit the brunch vibe). RBF: subbed the coffee syrup for coconut syrup and it paired really well with the pandan waffle. Each time we ordered, the food came out within 10 minutes. 1. Shrimp goi - Turned out to be like a salad/appetizer so we ordered another entree. Not sure if the Vietnamese vinegraitte was added on (not on side like in some pics) but the dish had a refreshing, bright, and acidic note - Came with 7 pieces of shrimp. The entire shrimp is easily eaten (only the tail still has the shell but it's pretty crunchy) - We didn't seem to get half of the described items like lettuce, green apple, possibly papaya, and purple onions. 2. Crispy pork belly fried rice - Pork cubes were halfway between crispy and soft/fatty. Red like Chinese char siu (barbequed) and delicious - Taste of truffle unagi sauce in the rice was pretty faint but overall rice texture and taste were excellent 3. Fo sizzle: Beef cubes were super tender as were the cooked cherry tomatoes! Also came with two poached eggs. There's quite a bit of sauce at the bottom - I think oyster sauce and other marinades so it tastes like shaking beef. 4. That's how breaking dawn felt I knew it wasn't going to be great when we came in for Sunday brunch and the place wasn't even busy. The menu here is pretty large - they serve brunch, apps, and burgers during the first half of the day. This place is certainly pricey, but we really enjoyed it. The soufflé pancakes took about 20-25 minutes (they warn you in advance) and were excellent. The Fo Sizzle plate had two eggs, two large slices of baguette, and a generous serving of beef. They have a full bar and lots of non-alcoholic drink options too (Vietnamese coffee was AH-MAZING). They also have a machine that apparently assembles burgers?!? The bar server attended to me right away. We finally got seated and started ordering some apps like the truffle fries, tacos and stuff. Went here again, they weren't too busy at 11am on a Saturday. Parking is definitely rough here, so account for that if you make a reservation. It's better to look at a lot than banking on street parking. I personally tried the pho poutine, fo sizzle, viet coffee, and banh xeo tacos. The pho poutine is honestly the only thing worth getting here. It is a very heavy dish so I would either share the dish amongst a few people or just get it as an entree. The fo sizzle was pretty good, but all the food here was definitely over priced. If I went here again I'd probably order the fo sizzle again. The banh xeo tacos are definitely impractical to eat. They fall apart so you just end up eating it crumbled up on your plate. The viet coffee was nice and strong but $8 is kind of insane for a coffee especially cause it feels like less than a normal cup of coffee. My friend ordered the pho banh mi dip and she definitely didn't like the dip. The pho broth, which I tried, was really bland. I personally wouldn't order it. Found this place on Yelp and it was a game changer. Bottomless mimosas and right across the street from the weekend farmers market. This place was an extreme let down from moment of checking in to the end of the meal at payment. We checked in at noon but didn't get seated until 30 minutes later. Once seated we were able to put in our order with two of our members running late but promptly placed their orders about 5-10 minutes later. With that in mind, all of our dishes came out at varying times. My chicken and waffle came out first and we had to awkwardly eat it while the next single dish came out 10 minutes later. Drinks also were out at random as well throughout the meal. One in our party didn't get their food at all and staff came over with a couple dishes that we did not order which was rather strange. I tried the poutine fries, Ube pancakes, RBG (chicken and waffles) and the pork belly fried rice. The Ube pancake lacked Ube, the waffle a bit dry. My favorite was the pork belly fried rice only because it was the only thing that tasted seasoned well. For the price, it wasnt really worth the experience overall. It was hard to hear in the place and rather loud. The service and vibes were overwhelming and food underwhelming at the same time. Maybe a bit too fast, since all seven of our dishes came out at once, which felt a little overwhelming. Staggering them would've made for a smoother dining experience. Seasoned Potatoes - $6 Rating (5/10) It was good well seasoned but the oil may need a purge. Overall they were too oily Grilled Pork Spring Rolls - $15 Rating (4/10) Pretty basic overall. The crunchy egg roll inside was oily, and there was just too much vermicelli which threw off the balance. Pho Poutine - $15 Rating (8/10) I think this is the must get dish at this place. The short rib meat was super tender and the gravy is super flavorful! The only issue I had was that the gravy was poured on top, so by the end, everything dried out a bit. A side of extra gravy would've made it perfect. Loco moco - $24 Rating (7/10) The rice with the gravy and egg was super delicious. The patty was very bland it needed a bit more seasoning. Noods please + beef - $17 + $8 Rating (6.5/10) The beef was super tender! The noodles were flavored and sauced well but it was just too heavy. It's a hard dish to eat solo. Shake 'em - $25 Rating (9/10) Super well balanced and delicious dish! The beef was super flavorful and tender and the vinaigrette was so tasty. RBF - $25 Rating (7.5/10) Pandan waffle was a good sweetness and texture. We came around 11:15 am on sunday for brunch and there were a good amount of tables open, so walk-in is probably fine. parking is too hard to fine but it's in downtown los gatos so it's pretty busy. they have a DJ playing music in the actual restaurant, which i thought was cool but is probably not everyone's vibe. food was actually pretty spectacular - strong flavors and overall pretty big portions. Pho Poutine: 5/5 - Really nice pho beef broth flavor with large chunks of beef and the cheese paired really well. I loved the shapes of the poutine fries and this dish was executed really well. Ube pancakes: 4.5/5 - Really good pancakes with a bit of ube flavor. Wasn't anything particularly mindblowing (compared to the rest of the food) but it was good. I would've preferred a bit more ube flavor personally. RBF (chicken and waffles) : 5/5 - Waffles were soft and cooked nicely (without being soggy), hazelnut syrup was good, chicken was cooked really well too - nice crunch on the outside and super juicy and tender on the inside Crab Cake Burrito: 5/5 - Really good balance of eggs, crab cake, and bacon. Nice textures throughout, and paired amazingly well with the spicy mayo sauce. Fries were nice and crispy too. Definitely recommend this place for brunch - good food, decent prices, and good portions. read more

Had a reservation for 14 here on a Saturday morning at 11:30am. The table before us was still seated when we arrived but we were ok with it since it was traffic and a portion of our party had yet to arrive. The rest of our group arrived shortly after and we were seated. I docked one star because of the unusual wait time it took to get not only water for my two toddlers (we always appreciate service that prioritizes kids so they're not whining and waiting... but every restaurant is different *shrugs*), but also 10-15 mins it took between sitting down and getting our order. It was 12:15pm before we even ordered Outside of that, the food and drinks were really good. Strong and smooth Vietnamese coffee, really flavorful and delicious chicken and waffles, mouthwatering, fluffy soufflé pancakes. Need I say more? The DJ gave a shout out to my grandma (we were celebrating her birthday). And the restaurant itself had a cute aesthetic - modern, newspaper style menus, clean space and restrooms, and dainty, cute plates with the restaurant's name stamped on it. They also have a burger bit (robot that puts a burger together) and invited us up to see it at work when an order was made. read more
