This is such a great breakfast place food and portions are great, the waitress is very sweet service is very good. And the ambiance is so cozy and quaint. We really enjoy having breakfast here read more

Do not recommend! We were finally waited on after the waitress went around discussing how she had filler injected into her lips. Food was ok. When it was time to pay at register, we pulled out a debit card and was abruptly told they do not take cards and to use the ATM machine at the end of the the hall. We had no problem doing so, but because of how abrupt the woman was, we both just looked at each other in astonishment then later discussed we will never go back. Had she spoken to us nicely we would've been ok with that. read more

What lousy service. Miss Honey spent most of the time chit chatting with her friends at a nearby table instead of waiting on a full restaurant of people. My coffee cup was empty most of the time. Food was good, but premium priced. Cash only. Better be prepared to wait forever for your check. They share one Abacus. read more

Place was cozy and had a nice staff always smiling! Service was excellent and the food was very good! I was in and out fairly quickly for a Sunday late morning! Food was excellent! Will come back for sure next time I'm in town! read more

Breakfast At Tiffany's - Coffee and OJ & Tiffanys combo with a side of home fries - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Clinton, New York

Perfectly cooked breakfast and a comfortable atmosphere. Buttered toast and coffee, wide bacon, just-right sunny side eggs, and garlicky greens with flavorful crisped home fried potatoes. We knew this was going to be a good place by the number of elders eating here. They know what's good! The waitress was efficient and friendly. The place is welcoming and creative with its seasonal decor. One star less than perfect because the facility could use some updating. No biggie. read more

Made my first visit here on a trip to see family. This is one of those places that makes you love the food choices in the Utica/Rome area. Great food, served by a friendly staff, in a place that make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Our waitress was friendly and patient, got all 7 orders exactly right, and kept the coffee cups full throughout the meal. Food highlights were the home fries and the light & fluffy pancakes, but everything we ordered was delicious. And, I always love a place that gives you truly crispy bacon when you ask for it. If you like home cooking and a comfortable and casual breakfast/lunch experience you will love this place. read more

Awesome diner. Service was great and our server was very friendly. Always a good sign when a restaurant is crowded on a Monday

Excellent breakfast joint. Been here many times and it never disappoints. Parking is a breeze as they have a private small parking lot in front and at the back of the restaurant. Customer service is always great and they are usually pretty busy but usually you can seat yourself and they will come within 5 minutes to take your order. Eggs Benedict is a must try, as well as their giambotte. Oh and since it is cash only, remember to have some cash on you! Will continue to come back just by their great customer service and of course, excellent food. read more

Had a great brunch at breakfast at Tiffany's this weekend! My party of 8 arrived at 11 and there was no wait and the food came out incredibly fast! Everything was delicious and the food was great. This was my 2nd time visiting and I'll definitely be back. read more

Doesn't accept credit cards, debit, or checks. They're not with the times and that indicates the cheapness might carry over to everything else. Don't waste your time they are just there for the cash and atm fees. Not sure of any reason to avoid documented transactions unless they want to hide money read more

breakfast was very good: portions were generous and tasty. The service was quick and everyone was friendly. They do not accept credit/debit cards which is not a game changer. Many businesses are trying to avoid the charges on both ends associated with charge cards. Obviously, the crowd that was there, many returning customers I could tell by the conversations, do not mind the cash-only requirement. We will also return. read more

Great spot food is fresh and good, the ladies are nice and professional. It's a place u can eat anytime for breakfast or lunch.

Easily the best breakfast place around. It's basic in many ways, all of them good. No credit cards tho.

I was actually really excited to go to this place because of all the reviews and comments i've heard but...I was disappointed. Since there were around 8-9 of us, we sat at a long table in a separate room at the back of the restaurant. The seating arrangement took us away from the cute space in the main dining area and that was disappointing. The main point is that there was a lot of space in the main dining area. Putting that aside, I got an orange juice and two eggs with a side meat combo in addition to hash browns. The food was not extraordinary - it's actually pretty similar to the food I have at college (I strongly believe the food at my school is pretty amazing compared to most schools). So it wasn't anything really good. Pros: The atmosphere - if only I had it Good place to bring parents Cons: Waiters/waitresses - since we were in the back room, we had to wait 15 min for them to come take our orders Food - decent, it's a regular breakfast place - hence the name If you need a place to bring your parents, this place can be the one because there aren't that many restaurants around this area. read more

One word: YUM! My friends and I wanted to grab some breakfast before a day of shopping. Being from good ol' central New York you know there are very FEW diners/cafes around the area that serve a good breakfast. I put my Yelp to use and stumbled upon Tiffany's. This cute little diner is a little out of the way if you're shopping around the New Hartford area... but it's worth it! Two of my girlfriends and I got coffee and breakfast for under $30. I made my own omelet with a variety of fresh vegetables and greens, baked to perfection. I loved every part of my breakfast and it was perfect portion. The waitress was attentive and came around with coffee several times during the meal. I would definitely come back here. read more

Coming from out of town, the four of us were expecting something a little different, but it's just basic breakfast food. Staff was nice and hard working, but each of our meals was nothing special I'm afraid. read more

Breakfast at Tiffany's was a staple for late night breakfast for my friends and me for years. You can't go wrong with a basic eggs over-easy and bacon, homefries, greens, and toast. While I prefer my greens a little on the spicier side (like at the other great late-night diner Char-Latte's in Utica), you get a pretty generous amount here. read more

I tried to eat here, but I couldn't. Here's why. 1. They only accept cash. This is idiotic, made worse by the fact that they don't have an ATM on site (or if they do, there is no indication of it when you walk in) - and are in the middle of nowhere. No one carries cash anymore. Please join the 21st Century. I accept credit cards for God's sake, and I don't even have a business. There are homeless people that accept donations via Square (Hint: that's not cash). 2. In the time it took us to find cash and come back, they closed. Who closes at 1:35 pm? I didn't see hours anywhere. Maybe they were hidden under the 290 "cash only" signs. 3. There was no hostess at the front door. When we originally walked in, hoping to see an ATM somewhere, there was a hostess stand, a bunch more "Cash only" signs.... but no sign of an ATM, and no sign of a human being. Had there been a person standing there who could have said, "We're closing," we wouldn't have wasted our time going to get cash. We also could have asked her the closest place to get cash, which would have been useful information. Oh, and now I'm stuck with cash. Great. read more

Nice local's diner. Visited for breakfast. Good cripsy home fries. Tasty "greens" (a Utica thing) - but very buttery. Probably better to ask them not to use butter. Friendly and attentive waitress. Kept my coffee full. Fun atmosphere of obvious regulars - sitting at separate tables thruout the room but all talking to each other about the country's political corruptions. Even included us in their Rebulican rantings. Heads up: Cash only. Prices ok. Not a steal, but not exorbitant. read more

Need a quick bite with no frills? Did I mention easy to find? Tiffany's will do the trick. On our college trip to Hamilton College, we needed to find a place for breakfast. We had 27 minutes, really cutting it tight. Walked in, found an open table. The decor is very simple, table and chairs are no frills. They were busy, a good sign. Waitress came over handed us menus. I really wanted oatmeal but not on menu so went easy and simple. Both had eggs with toast. I also had bacon. All was done well but bacon was not crisp. The food was served quickly, 11 minutes. Eat in 7 minutes, paid then out the door in record time. We would visit again. read more

Amazing! Constant companion and I were driving home one morning last week when we realized we wanted breakfast. We didn't want a chain or stop at a rest stop on the NYS Thurway. So we Yelped and found Breakfast at Tiffany's- a local place, with local flavor and fabulous food! Companion ordered a delicious omelet with cheese and whole wheat toast (thick cut)! Very tasty! I had crispy hash with 2 eggs over easy and crispy hash browns! The best I have ever had! The rye toast was also delicious! This place is a secret in the central NY area! Prices are extremely reasonable and it's worth getting off the highway to find it! Give it a try! read more

Mediocre food and ridiculously SLOW. We were up visiting Hamilton and decided to give this place a try for Saturday breakfast. It's Clinton, so you can't be picky about your options. While the food was just okay, I wouldn't have minded so much if we didn't wait 45 minutes after ordering to get it. We came at 12:30 (they close at 1:45) and there were several tables available for our party of 4. The waitress immediately came over to give us menus and take our drink order. She was very attentive, but unfortunately the kitchen doesn't seem to know what they're doing. It's your typical breakfast place; there is nothing special on the menu that would warrant such a long wait for food, yet they seemed overwhelmed. The good reviews seem to be from loyal locals or nearby students who are just happy to get off campus. Unless you're desperate, skip this place and drive a little farther out. read more

I arrived at 11:15am and got on the waiting list of 3 parties ahead of us. The food is good here BUT my party of 7 waited 1 hour while multiple parties of 3, 4 and 5 came in and were seated 5 minutes later. When I inquired about the seating que methodology 45 minutes into the wait, they simply said the people leaving where in different areas and haven't been able to find seating. NOT logical or correct in queuing theory for a restaurant. You have to put some priority with the waiting party instead of simply waiting for two tables next to each other. That may not happen for hours. Management needs to rethink this logic. read more

Alright, i drove this place for years and never stopped in. Now thanks to yelp i decided so many stars, i had to try it. Its some great simple diner food, and yes you can get eggs benedict for lunch. That's a win right there. They have lunch specials everyday, and with several meals under my belt, they have all hit the spot. And you really can't beat the price these days. However bring cash, as they do not take credit/checks. read more

After moving from Boston a few years ago, my partner and I have been searching for a good Sunday brunch spot, we have found it. The food was excellent and the size of the plates were very generous. My partner had the banana nut pancakes and they were amazing (the only things he said would make it better is real maple syrup). I had the combo meal and everything was great. Furthermore, I always appreciate a brunch spot in which you never see the bottom of your coffee cup. Service was wonderful! An update to another persons review would be they still are only cash only. I mean, the register required the worker to crank it for it to work. But, they do have an ATM in the coat room now which will help you if you show up with no bills in which we did. Overall had a great breakfast and can see us stopping by this place on most Sundays. read more

Very good prices with good food. Old school diner atmosphere very happy with everything. Friendly wait staff Snd owner

You won't confuse this place for (NYC based) Tiffany's but it executes its mission with efficiency and aplomb. Fast, friendly breakfast service at reasonable prices. Don't come looking for eggs Benedict or go searching the menu for gravlax. You're in upstate NY. Enjoy your bacon, eggs and French toast and don't forget to bring cash. No credit cards accepted. read more

I love their food for the most part, but their corned beef hash is the most disgusting crap I've ever eaten in my life. It tasted, looked, and smelled like cat food. I brought the rest of it out to my dogs. Would go back, but never getting that horrendous corned beef hash again. They should take it off the menu. read more

I love bringing my family to Tiffany's for breakfast or brunch when they're visiting for Family Weekend (I'm a student at Hamilton College). It's great because it reminds me of the New Jersey diners I grew up with and is really reasonably priced. A couple of important things to know: Weekends are always busy for breakfast, so expect to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your group, especially if a lot of H.C. families are in town. Also, it's CASH ONLY, though there's an ATM on the premises. The wait staff is friendly but usually rushed, especially if it's busy. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty basic, but it's clean and simple and, anyway, this isn't the type of place you go for atmosphere! You can't really go wrong with the menu. My personal favorite is the Giambotti, basically an omelette with everything in it. For around $9 it really fills you up. Overall, a great value with great tasting food. read more

A stellar greasy spoon where the HamTech students mingle with the locals. I've only been here once despite four years as a student at Hamilton, but the solitary experience was enough for me to realize why this place is such an institution. Very down-to-earth vibe with a solid menu and basement prices. Food was just what I expected and everything I hoped. Cash only doesn't bother me that much since I love making it rain. read more

Solid place for breakfast! Food is always consistent and the waitresses keep the coffee pouring.

So I came here all through highschool, when back from college and usually other times when I came home to visit. It's always open it seems (might close at like 6am and open at 9am) but their breakfast is pretty good as well. I mean usually when you just had a night out you want some breakfast food with some hashbrowns, sausage or eggs and bacon. Oh you can have that here. You can also get waffles, pancakes and basically any breakfast food that you can think of. Think of it as a nicer Denny's that has more seating and more lively crowds come through it. read more
