Then you get an ordering card you check off what you want on, then take it up to the counter. Waited at the register a rather long time while the person tending it chatted with another customer she evidently knew before I could pay. It is a pleasant place and they are welcoming, but most people would probably like a wait person so they can get their eggs and sides done the way they prefer them.
