There was such a thick layer of frosting - it dominated everything. And it was terrible. So called buttercream was very clearly made with shortening. Given the price of these cakes, it should have been butter. It was SO difficult to clean up because it was like grease. Didn't melt with super hot water. Honestly I was so disappointed and frankly embarrassed to serve these cakes at my party. I would never order from Queen of Cakes again.
