In fact, had I not emailed, she would have never had the initiative to notify me. Any professional business would reach out to the client if another order came in for the same date, but instead she booked others without warning. From the start, it felt like she didn't want to take on the order, and the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress. However, nothing was priced and I have to admit I had a bit of sticker shock when I hit the bill. $25 for a bag of coffee it is good but I definitely would not have purchased at that price. Too rich for me.
