UPDATED* 9/24/26 Spoke with manager Mike and he agreed that…read moreI was not supposed to be charged for a clog clearance with my membership, but it was going to take some extra work to get that refunded so he counter offered 6 months paid membership ($120 value), I paid $150 for that service, so shorted $30, but I will take it. Deflection, lack of accountability for anything, bad look for holding the manager position. Contacted by Supervisor Jesenia who reached out twice, yesterday and again today, we were able to speak about everything in length and detail. Jesenia who had been with the company for some years (+10) was able to represent the brand excellently. She completely understood the situation, gave logical reasoning on the misrepresentation of the brand, and accountability and ownership was taken. End result, she made it right, refunding the entire amount of $699 and 1 year membership paid ($240 value). This will give Service Champions another opportunity for redemption and show they still have good technicians and they are a company that stands on their brand moto. Changed star rating from 1 to 4 because a single person, Yesenia, can make a difference in brand representation, appreciate her time and effort in looking into this issue, making it right and exemplifying that every customer is important, Thank you Jesenia. Initially 1 star rating due issue below - VISIT DATE: 9/22/26 Problem: Water was leaking from my air handling box primary line in my attic which caused some ceiling damage. Action: Being a member of Service Champions I called them out to clear the clogs in the line which is part of the service I pay for monthly. Senior Tech Jason Gomez / Tech Donavon Saario both came out. Job they conducted: 1) Clear the line which was the p-trap under the sink. ($150 they charged, though was included) 2) During their inspection they noticed my air handling box primary and secondary lines were installed backwards, needed a swap. ($150) 3) Install a safe-T switch (water overflow switch) in line with my secondary line ($399) Issues: Overcharged / Lack of integrity & loss of my trust 1) Overcharged - The safe-T switch is a $40 switch that took about 15 minutes to install, the PVC pipe to swap over the lines another 15-20 minutes but about 2ft of total pipe *picture (Attic work) and cleaning the p-trap under the sink *picture, wouldn't that be part of clearing any lines? Materials, I say would cost total of $100 being VERY conservative. So they charged me $600 for about 1 hour of work plus parts. REDICULOUS! 2) Lack of integrity and loss my trust - After they cleaned my condenser (part of the service) we went to go over the work they will conduct. The senior tech joined the other tech and was trying to advise me, then being the experts that I had a refrigerant leak. They wanted to do this inspection that cost $699 same as the cost of what they told me it would cost for the above work, "they didn't want to nickel and dime me" and if I don't fix the leak, the coils can freeze over and a big block of ice can form and destroy my ceiling with water damage! They mentioned they didn't see any residue leaks from the condenser and it would most likely be in the attic at the coil. COST: $4,000 (if current equip is warranty) / $7,000 (if not) I told the tech after the senior tech left that I will just get the above work done, possibly call them out later. I had been a lead aircraft mechanic several years, so I did my quick research from the numbers they got and looking into the MFG manual for my system. System: Lennox ML14XC1-060-230A04 Fieldpiece Measurements (see picture) showed all my readings were on point, 78degree weather at the time if you guys are less technical and want to plug this into google AI. Basically though refrigerant was perfect to the temp we had, TXV was feeding my indoor coil efficiently without flooding liquid refrigerant back to the compressor. Delta T was 71 and 50 which 21 degrees difference is exceptional! They were trying to get me into a $7,000 dollar deal, note they get paid also on jobs (commision).

Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning - Tree roots invading the line -- we cleared and restored flow.

Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Highly recommend Graham Plumbing and Robert Trujillo!…read more We have used Graham Plumbing several times, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, Robert came out to reset our toilet, and once again, he did a fantastic job. Robert is the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right. It's so nice to have a plumber you can trust and feel comfortable calling when you need help. We've been very happy with Graham Plumbing and will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommend Robert and the entire Graham Plumbing team!

My usual plumber was booked and couldn't come to our house for some urgent work. My neighbor…read morerecommended Graham's and been a customer for 20 years. We called and were a bit irritated we had to deal with a chat bot but it understood everything we said and made a same day appointment. We were very happy until 30 minutes before our appointment we got a call saying they had to cancel. Future calls a human answered so the bot is probably just a backup. Danny arrived the next day at 8:30 am. He was very pleasant to work with and was great at communicating the solution to our problems. First was our clogged bathtub. Our other plumber always had to go on the roof but Danny was able to snake the issue from the drain no problem. Cost to snake was honestly pretty shocking compared to my usual plumber and it would have been double from the roof. My usual place doesn't charge extra if they get on the roof. I did appreciate all pricing was up front and clearly explained. Next was my other bathroom's shower. The 63 year old valve has been failing more and more with cartridges being replaced in shorter intervals. Danny mentioned he can retrofit our two handle valve into a new single handle. In no way did he pressure us, just gave the choice due to my existing failing more often. It made sense so I agreed. It was a tedious all day job that he was probably regretting suggesting. He was at our house for 9 hours but got the job done. I am glad I replaced vs fixing the existing valve. It looks great and love the single handle. If we ever remodel we can replace the larger plate with a smaller one which was nice to know. Reason I am not giving 5 stars besides canceling our first appointment is the fit and finish. Our new expensive install was covered in dirty fingerprints. We had to scrub the newly installed handle and plate. The shower head pipe coming out of the wall is crooked now which it wasn't before and the caulking had gaps so I had to recaulk myself. Actually my wife recaulked it. I have zero real world skills. He didn't cover our bathroom in plastic before sawing the wall so every inch is covered in white powder. He tried cleaning up a bit with a shop vac but was ready to get home. I know it was late but for the amount of money I paid it should have been a cleaner job. In the end I am pleased with Graham plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. Danny had a great personality and I would probably request him again.

SoCal Plumbing & Rooter - Replaced broken tank water heater with new Navien tankless water heater

SoCal Plumbing & Rooter

(342 reviews)

SoCal Plumbing was exceptional! They are my plumbers for life…read more I had a leak in my house and found SoCal Plumbing. I had also contacted other plumbers for estimates, but Mikey, from Socal Plumbing really stood out. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and continued to be responsive when I had additional questions--even when I was getting another estimate from a reconstruction team there. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. That level of patience and customer service really stood out to me. When they first came out in August, they replaced our angle stops because the old ones could not be turned off properly. The work was noticeably better than the angle-stop work for the emergency toilet leak done by the plumbers from my insurance company's emergency response. I attached a picture of the angle stops SoCal and the toilet angle stop installed so you can see the difference. Because the abatement, mitigation, and reconstruction and HOA took some time, there was a delay before we were able to have SoCal return to complete the plumbing for our new vanity and toilets upstairs and downstairs. Our upstairs toilet had been leaking, and since Delta no longer makes the same model, we decided to replace both toilets so we wouldn't have to worry about another leak downstairs. SoCal recommended Toto toilets, and after sitting on them, I completely agree--the flush is definitely powerful and are definitely the most comfortable toilets we've had! The vanity was definitely the more challenging part. We went from an open double-sink vanity to a new vanity with two sinks and two faucets, which required reconfiguring the drain, giving each sink its own P-trap, and relocating the existing hot and cold water lines to connect to the sinks. They also needed to open the drywall to access the plumbing. They completed all of this in one day and were even able to accommodate us by coming one day earlier than scheduled. That's SoCal Plumbing! My plumber was Mikey, and he was excellent. Joseph, the manager at SoCal Plumbing, was also exceptional. From communication and scheduling to accommodations and recommendations, they were there every step of the way--even when our project was delayed because of the reconstruction. They are reasonably priced, but what stands out most is their legendary customer service. They communicated well, worked with our complicated reconstruction timeline, and made sure the plumbing was done properly. I would absolutely recommend SoCal Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

After an emergency that flooded parts of the house, Nant came out to repair the cause of the flood…read more He was knowledgeable and on time and didn't hesitate to crawl under the house to get the job done. While under, he noticed some water and after testing, concluded that it was probably from the flood the night before. He also advised us on a few other issues and offered us to text with questions. He then showed us how to check our water pressure(which was high and likely contributed to the flood). He gave an estimate to install a regulator, which we accepted. While doing that job, he graciously helped with another item we were trying to fix inside and wound up saving us a lot of hassle and money (it turns out we don't need the parts purchased, so those will be going back). Nant again advised on a few other items we can probably repair ourselves, but it looks like we've found our go-to plumber for the future!

Communication was clear and consistent, the crew worked fast, and everything was completed on time. I had a detailed list of project requests, and they reviewed everything with me up front, explained what was and wasn't possible, and then delivered exactly what we agreed on. I got five different quotes for this big project, and their pricing was one of the most competitive I found. They do not offer financing and no drywall patch work but they definitely give you the best price. I highly recommend.
