Only con: Once upon a time I went to do laundry and this tweaker couple kept trying to get into the establishment. I was there alone at night and management had to call the cops twice. The people left and came back. They tore up the flowers outside. Would be nice if they had more security. I don't know how they would do that without hiring a night person. It would be nice if they didn't have to do that to keep costs down. Overall I love this place. The couple wasn't enough to scare me off. Can't downrate them for some people trying to break in.

It might just be because it is the weekend and a few more people than usual but there should still be more counter space for you to be able to fold your laundry once it is done. I usually stay here and play on my phone while I wait for my laundry but there is a huge TV here that you can watch to keep yourself busy which is also a huge plus.

My laundry was washed, dried, sorted & folded with care and dropped back on my doorstep the same day. Their pricing is surprising low compared to other services I checked out in Portland. I may never go back to lugging laundry again.

This begs the question of whether it was even cleaned....when I voiced my concerns to them about the lack of cleaning done -- he just smiled and nodded. I thought maybe there is a language issue and asked if he understook what I had said -- he said he did. So it's clear now, they just don't care if they clean it enough or correctly. Certainly not worth the $20+ I paid for cleaning that I need to get done again.... I won't be back.
