Andrea decided the first day we spoke that I as a single mother would not be leasing a home, she made disparaging comments about me being the only one on the application and blamed decisions she made on John when questioned and refused to answer simple questions regarding the leasing criteria and denied my application. It seems she has no oversight on approvals and denials and it is all decided at her bias. John played completely clueless and neither of them responded to my questions. The also will insist on putting electronic locks on the doors that anyone with access to their system can open and they will refuse to provide details about how this data is protected and stored. Shelter house policy is they do not ask for the deposit back and that the deposit goes to the client. I rented a place from Muench Products and I also abide by the terms of the lease. I didn't break the lease agreement and I didn't destroy the apartment and also the apartment was clean and move in ready for the next tenant. Now Ms Jennifer Muench is the one that has my deposit and she refuses to give it back. She told several lies as a way to excuse herself to keep my deposit. At first she said I destroyed the apartment and that she cleaned it herself which is a lie. I asked her to show me proof that I destroyed the apartment. I took pictures after I cleaned it and I have proof. Every lie Ms.Jennifer Muench has told she has not been able to back it up. She never showed me pictures of what she keeps lying about. My Attorney and I been to court 5 times and she can never face me in court and show me that she have pictures of damages she said I did. I am a single woman with no kids so I couldn't destroy the apartment and why would I destroy the place? This is a public announcement to anyone who rent from Muench Products (Owner Jennifer Muench) she is a theif and a liar. She will fight to the end to keep your deposit. She wants you to keep her place clean and not destroyed, but don't follow the terms of the lease either. I never did anything to her for her to treat me like this.
