They didn't mask off at all and the bondo work was terrible! Top Tier Autobody, from people I know, does not cut corners or do poor work. They take pride in doing an excellent job on repairing your vehicle and I heard they warranty it as well. After my husband had a great experience here, I felt compelled to write a good review because I am currently having to go back to a fix auto location because their repair job is cracking! Go to Top Tier, avoid the headache of other autobody shops doing bad work. Top tier has competitive pricing and not only does the owner know his stuff with cars, the receptionist is a car enthusiast herself. Their passion shows in their work. As I was getting ready to sell it, I noticed an area that seemed to be failing. I didn't have any leaks from it, but just some "cracking" in the paint and substructure. I FULLY expected to pay for most, if not all of the repair it had been so long. Let's face it, in today's society you're lucky to get a 30 day warranty! However, Cascade covered it 100% under warranty work and did a fantastic job! I did tip them well for a job above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant, calm, knowledgeable who helped me schedule the drop off. I finally brought my car and met Daniel. Daniel another very pleasant, calm and knowledgeable person checked my car. He fully explained the process and what to expect and all. Got an update each time there is something to let me know. He texted me every step that they were doing and updated me of the expected pick up date. This place did an awesome job of putting my car together like new. They are horrible. My car got hit from behind and they were to do a 4 point inspection and I got…read moremy car back with a tire wobbling and numerous people pulled over to tell me this. So I took it back and they argued with me about having to replace the tire. Like they wanted me to pay for the broken rim and tire. Plus it took for ever for them fix it. They surely didn't do a four point inspection thats for sure. Unrealistic, and disrespectful. Don't recommend.
